I took my sons galaxy note 3 cracked screen to repaired about a month ago. I was really impressed with his work, he also advised me that there might be risk being that it might not work and that theres no guarantee. Well a month later its still working like new. Thanks to the gentleman at Technology Pros for a great job and explaining that there is a risk.

To anybody thats reading this this is from my own personal experience the guy fixing my screen about 3 months ago I wet my Galaxy S5 and when I took it back to the store to get it repaired the guy didnt tell me once you open a Galaxy S5 you cannot get the phone wet which never told me.also when I took the phone to him that day he showed me another phone that the same thing happened I think this guy is running a scam just to get double the money to fix the screens people you need to watch out and dont get burned like me and the lady that got her phone messed up he also sold me another phone that the screen is going blank every time we scroll down online and he told me that it might be a glitch which thats also a lie. because we did a factory reset and it still does it. The second thing he told me was that the phone doesnt have a warranty. I just think that the guy is not being honest with all his customers and people out there need to know this. What distance Billings I will never go back there or have him touch any of my phones remember if the price is too good something is wrong

Had an iPhone screen replaced here 2 months ago. A month later it developed phantom touches and is unusable. When I called them today they said their store policy is no warranty, refused to give me back my money, and that I must have damaged the phone because that problem doesnt occur otherwise. Its not worth saving a few bucks to get your screen fixed here instead of Apple. On top of that he was nasty, yelling at me over the phone, talking over me constantly. The guy is an idiot who doesnt understand customer service or the law. He insisted on recording me because I was threatening him with legal action and negative reviews. Well, it wasnt a threat; I was just telling him what was going to happen if he didnt stand behind his work.

Had the screen replaced on iPhone 6 Plus two weeks ago has been unresponsive to touch off and on to the point it doesn’t work at all was told after I payed there’s no warranty at all was working fine aside from the crack on the screen like I said it got progressively worse after the replacement would have been nice to know no warranty before doing the screen replacement
