I signed up with Access Wireless a few years. I was at first impressed with what the representative told me about the plan and received a cheap phone immediately. I was told I would be eligible for a new phone every year. I thought it was a good deal. The phone they gave me didn’t work efficiently. I waited a year and went through a fiasco to get another phone. Their second phone they gave me was nothing great and has been getting worse. It has been two years and when I called customer service because my phone is not working, they told me I wasn’t eligible for a new phone. I would have to buy a new one. They said they’re upgrading to a new network and my phone will not work after 2021. I am a senior citizen and dont have access to another phone. Their website offers little help to resolve this matter. Customer service sent me an email on steps I could take to get my phone working. NOTHING has worked!! English doesn’t seem to be their preferred language. Customer service reps are very hard to understand and havent been helpful.
People are just hard to talk to. Hard to make them grasp the situation on hand. Very dissatisfied.

Zero customer service. No live tech support. Ive been hung up on by the lady on the recording 10 times, spent half a day pushing numbers on my phone that lead to nowhere, its the Winchester Mystery House of a call center. What gives? This is supposed to be a LIFELINE service. LIFELINE, PEOPLE, that means essential to some people, like myself, who simply want to report my phone stolen, and have it replaced with a new one (I will pay), using the only number YOU provided me on your website. Hung up on by a recording, RIDICULOUS!!! Beware of this company, use another lifeline provider. AT ANY AND ALL COST!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AGENTS DOESNT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH LIKE I DO AND THEY ARE VERY ANNOYING.WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR BUSINESS.
