Making a decision about flooring for an entire office space is very difficult, a big investment and definitely overwhelming. Installers arrived on time, worked steadily until the carpet was completely installed, cleaned up (vacuumed!) after themselves, and tackled a tricky last step on the stairwell, curve and all.I was very pleased with the results! Two bedrooms, closets, hallway, “switch-back” stairwell - all done with professionalism and care. Definitely recommend US Design Source.

What a fantastic company. Lauren has been so patient with us while we decided what to do. Then they sent out the BEST crew to install the 1400 sq. ft. of beautiful tile. Reasonably priced. Excellent quality. Wont consider anyone else for my future flooring needs.

I walked into their office as an abused client with not so great experiences from using other companies to remodel in the past. I was overly concerned that the job cost would stay the same as quoted, it was done right and most importantly ON TIME!! I did not want a two week job turn into six months (has happened before). Lauren was our main contact and they did a fantastic job. She would come out 2 to 3 times a day to check on the job being done and that everything was moving forward as planned. She even helped with picking out things, didnt want to just tell someone what we wanted because what if they listened and it was a horrible idea. Lauren was a pleasure to work with, when the job was finished it was perfect, price stayed the same and it was DONE ON TIME!!
