First we called lowes,they over measured by 32 sq ft. Then we called Ideal. The person explained everything in detail. Easy to understand. Very systematic and professional. And they were $300 cheaper than Lowes. The crew was even better. Got done in 2 hours. My mom loves her new carpet. I highly recommend this company.THANKS GUYS!!!

Very professional from start to finish. Once I picked out eug and signed contract they were there the very next day on time. They removed and installed 3 bedrooms of carpet in a little under 90 minutes and di a fantastic job which by the way was the cheapest by far of all of the 5 quotes I received.

I just had 9 rooms, a landing and stairs replaced. They were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. On my first call they looked up my home online and was able to provide an estimate to start the process. Within 3 days they had a representative on site for actual measurements and assessment. He left me with various samples of carpet and padding with no marketing or up sales. I was able to take my time to determine what was best for me. That evening they contacted me with an updated estimate. As I held my breath waiting to hear “how much more”, because I chose 3 upgrades of carpet and 1 upgrade for padding... it was less than the original estimate! When does that ever happen? They scheduled the work in less than 2 weeks. They completed the work as originally scheduled which was 2 separate days, because the whole house was being recarpeted I needed to move furniture around. They do require you to have all furniture removed prior to arrival, as they don’t include this service in their pricing, so consider this if you should need help. The only item I was a little uneasy about is they require half payment upfront before scheduling. Of course we should all be cautious when paying for a service before the work has started, but as you can tell by the review of my experience that you can be comfortable doing this. I encourage anyone to start with Ideal Carpet and get their pricing first, then do your comparison pricing with theirs. I’m fairly confident after doing my own research that you won’t be able match it, much less beat it.

I had called many companies and even the initial, first information received already stood out from the others... then the price, choices of carpets, setting up appointment and doing the installation with a very professional, experienced crew! I am very impressed!

This place is sketchy, the woman inside is very rude, they would not install my carpet, and had no padding for it ! I would not use them again for even a rug.

Front desk secretary deals with customers like they dont matter, like they dont need any business or clients. Im an investor and had 3 houses I needed done and didnt even have them do the first one. Rude, I can only imagine how they treat you if theres actual problems.

Unprofessional, i cant believe how they stay in business its like they dont want to do any work and discourage you at every step... difficult process dealing with them from beginning to end save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Horrible costumer service, people are rude. I tried to make bussiness with them and when i complaint about how i was treated she said why you want to do business with us. Really bad.
