We had two rooms in our home that still had w/w carpeting from when the house was originally built and we wanted to have laminate installed in both rooms. One glaring issue for us was that the house is typical Florida open plan and already had laminate installed in several rooms and areas that we would need to match.After being unable to find an appropriate match for the existing laminate at three other vendors, we found Flooring Master online. Jeff came over the next day after I called with samples that matched the existing floors and did a free measure of the rooms and closets. We had the estimate the same evening. It was a no-brainer to choose Flooring Master because of the matching laminate material and now, I know we absolutely made the best choice.After placing the order, the installation supervisor Todd contacted me immediately afterwards to let us know that our material was ordered and that we were already on their install schedule. The materials were delivered to the house the next week as scheduled and the actual removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new laminate flooring was completed in a single day two days after that.Our installation tech, Micheal, arrived as was planned and he set to work immediately upon arrival at 9:00 AM and he was completely finished with the installing tasks and clean-up in both rooms by 6:30 PM. Micheal is a skillful and focused tradesman. Check out the example of his sweet skills in the photo of the curved corner in our gold guest room. It was so nice to see that old school work ethic and attention to detail in a younger man. We very recently had new carpeting replacement in our downstairs 3 bedrooms, as well as our Living Room and Dining Room downstairs. Flooring Master came in and brought some samples, measured well, and determined what was needed with carpet/ good padding, and furniture movement. The 3 man crew that came to do the job were wonderful! Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation of the beautiful carpet, but they were very careful moving our furniture and taking apart the beds that needed to be moved. In these challenging times of Covid, they were careful to wear masks. After the carpet was laid, they restored all my furniture to its proper locations-- and I know it was hot and cumbersome! ( a record HOT summer day!) But, they were so polite and congenial, as well as informative if I had any questions. This business DID IT RIGHT! The carpet installers had over 20 years of experience and didnt miss a beat. Thank you Flooring Master for a job well done and a home I can be proud to share with anyone! Used Flooring Master to replace carpet with laminate flooring after a minor flood. Two rooms covered by insurance and two rooms and a closet paid out of pocket. Jeff the sales guy was great to work with and we ended up with the perfect color and style. The installers were great. Very helpful and careful in moving furniture, etc. Would highly recommend their services.

Not really the best experience or floorwork. I specifically requested a price breakdown with services and still received a none broken down quote....which makes it very easy to hide or manipulate prices. I also asked for the price for only installation and due to confusion( since im not an industry expert) got a quote that didnt include baseboards?? You would think someone would make sure your requesting the right stuff, but no. Regardless the guy would rather argue with me over giving good customer service? Overall they promised me a end date that they went over by almost a week, including the things they had to fix due to the installation not being done correctly. Willy at least was nice enough to check in and fix things, but overall the way I was treated along with so many mistakes made this experience horrible for a 2nd time customer...I also missed dates on appliances being installed as well as wasted money on movers and other things. I unfortunately wont use these guys again, since this is the way they treat customers who have used them before.

I had THE best experience working with Flooring Master!! From the moment I walked in the door Elizabeth was there answering all my questions, walking me through all my choices and options. Willy was at my house the very next day taking measurements and answering any follow up questions and giving his expert advice and I had a quote that same day.After signing the contract, Todd was in touch with me in a couple days, the carpet arrived shortly thereafter and I had it installed 2 days later!! Jose and team doing the installation were awesome to work with. They were very respectful of everything in my house, very communicative and had my entire house done in 4 hours.I looked into several other local options including the big major stores but in the end it was a very simple decision to go with Flooring Master. I maaaaybe couldve saved a couple dollars with a big store but the hassles I wouldve gone through in dealing with them was nowhere near worth it knowing how awesome it was to work with this team.I found them (literally) running through my neighborhood one day and I am SO happy I did!! They will get all of my future flooring needs and hopefully many of my friends as well. I really could not have asked for a better experience working with this whole team.

We had a major home renovation to do and the floors was just one part. We had them come out to the house and give us a estimate after having other companies also come out. They were better priced then all of the other companies. When the project started everything was done in a timely manner and all employees were very professional and clean. They never left a mess when they left. They finished the project early and did a amazing job. I am always getting compliments on the floors. And 2 months later they look great and there has been zero issues. This was a whole house replacement. I highly recommend this company and I am not easily impressed or easy to make happy.

The timetable we had set was met without delay, any changes during the process were done promptly and the follow-up service was top-notch. From the showroom to completion, you never feel as though you are without support during the process. Instead of pushing certain choices, they will let you get an idea of what you like, then help whittle it down to what fits your taste and budget in that design category.Definitely recommend going by the showroom and looking at what they have to offer. My fiance and I visited the Orlando showroom after a positive recommendation by a close friend. Upon arrival, Elizabeth greeted us and showed us the options that were available based on our wants and needs. Elizabeth was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the products and process. We felt no pressure at any time and we came to an agreement while being treated to a nice cup of coffee. We did our due dilligence by pricing competitors and Elizabeth underbid them all by a great amount. Coupled with the savings, Elizabeth made us aware of a rebate offered by the manufacturer and she took steps to make that process easier for us.The project went off without a hitch and each scheduled promise was made without interruption. Making the project more difficult was that my fiance and I were located in a different state due to the restrictions on Corona Virus, yet the continuous flow of communication overcame any logistical issues and the whole project was completed in the promised timeframe. The floors look amazing and have added value and a personal touch to our new home. We are glad to have chosen Elizabeth, Willy, Todd and the team for a job well done.Overall, there is absolutely no concerns or hiccups that arose. Payments were made at different steps along the way. First payment is upon ordering supplies. The manufacturer is from Canada, so we allowed for about 3 weeks for delivery. The 2nd payment was made upon delivery of the products with the third payment due upon completion. The products required approximately 3 days for acclimation to the home and despite being a large project of over 1800 square feet on the 2nd floor and an additional master bedroom project, it was completed in 5 days (which also included removal of the carpeting that was originally installed).We highly recommend Elizabeth and the team for a smooth process with no hassles and high-end professional service.

They came when they were supposed to, they did a flawless job the guys installing the floor were polite, hard-working and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Todd managed the project beautifully and Mike who was in charge of the install of the vinyl plank was awesome. The tile demo team came and spent an hour just prepping my house - draping and covering everything so that the dust wouldn’t get on my things. The tile tile installers did a perfect job laying my tile in a herringbone design. I couldn’t be happier!I can’t say enough positive things about Willie and Flooring Master. I have had a tremendous amount of difficulty and it has taken me forever to decide on colors for the tile and for the vinyl/wood for our home remodel. I would highly recommend FlooringMaster for your floor needs. I purchased a new product line from them. Within 2 weeks of the floor being installed, we noticed some problems and defects. I contacted our sales person, Elizabeth who contacted Todd, the project manager. I received a phone call almost immediately to discuss the situation. Within a few days Todd and the distributor rep was at my home to access the situation. They all agreed there was a problem and would be back to me with a resolution with 7 days. Within that time frame, I was contacted and given an acceptable resolution. Because it was a manufacturing problem, the floor was replaced. Todd and Elizabeth were great to work with. They did everything they could to resolve the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.I have always said that when everything goes smoothly, any company is good to deal with. When there is an issue and how the company resolves it, really determines how great a company is. And in my opinion, FlooringMaster is great to work with!

We built our custom home in 2015. Flooring Master of Orlando did all tile work in bathrooms and laundry room. They also laid all wood flooring down stairs and laminate in the bonus room upstairs. Nice and professional crew. Installed probably close to 1000 sq.ft. of laminate flooring with perfect joints, new base boards and quarter rounds. No complaints and the product looks so much nicer and contemporary compared to the 20 year old laminate that it replaced. The Natyre Tek Plus looks and feels like cut wood panels! We had a flood in November which damaged the carpet in our master bedroom and resulted in us having to remove all the tile in our master bathroom and closet. Flooringmaster was recommended by the company our insurance used for the reconstruction. Dan Jennings brought perfect samples based on a picture we sent him and expertly guided us to the perfect grout and answered any and all questions we had. The showroom was full of samples and very inviting. The selection process can be very overwhelming! Luckily the office manager, Barbara, was there. She was very knowledgeable of the products. She did not rush our decision (we were there 2 hours) and made us feel at home.We met with Willy and Elizabeth to make our final decision. They introduced us to the project manager Todd. He set up a time line for the demo and installation that worked around our schedule. He made sure the materials were delivered to acclimate and he met with the installer at our house on the morning the job started to make sure the areas were covered with plastic to reduce the dust and mess. He was energetic and very easy to talk to. Todd kept us informed every step of the way, as to what would happen next. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.The installers, Sammy and his crew, were very courteous and easy to talk to when we had questions. They showed up on time every day and cleaned up before leaving in the afternoon. The craftsmanship was second to none. They re-created a design in the hardwood in the foyer, and there was not a piece out of place, I would say it even looked better than the original design.After our installation was complete, Todd came to meet with us at the house. We walked over every inch of the floor, to make sure we were 100% happy with the job. They even left us with a floor cleaning kit, and advise on how to clean the hardwood.Start to finish we were extremely happy with their service. We will be having Flooring Master return to renovate our master bathroom.

I had porcalin tile 18x36 installed . They did a great job and even came back to replace a defective tile. Very clean and on time.

We had estimates done for 3 bedrooms. We fell in love with an engineered wood floor that they had called, Bella Cera Amalfi Coast. The bedrooms look amazing! We had an old white tile floor that looked dull and aweful...not anymore! I would highly recommend their work. Staff is wonderful and professional.
