I came into Hertz Car Sales Orlando, and Ronaldo greeted me and was assigned as my Sales Person. He is incredible and so friendly! Right away, he helped me pick out the SUV on the computer with great options, and with not, too long, I was able to Test Drive the SUV and told him I loved what he picked out and agreed to buy the car. The Process after that was pretty smooth, fill out the Credit App, and after that, the Finance Guy was fantastic got my approval done smoothly. This place is excellent is ran by great people! The service I received was outstanding. This was the easiest and Most stress free car buying process I ever had. Our salesman Chandler was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Mr Leon the finance person was also down to earth and willing to explain all finance options. He was busy but he took the time which we appreciated. Their prices were very reasonable and I am so happy with my car. I highly recommend their services.

The only good thing about this dealership is their prices. My wife and I called and asked if they had a vehicle in stock and the sales person said that she had the keys right there with her. We told her that we were driving up from Tampa and we would be there an hour and a half later. When we got there, they didnt know which keys went to which vehicle. When asked about the car that we called about, the sales person said that it had been sold before we got there. I doubt it because it ended up taking about 4 hours to get through the whole process. So either they were lying on the phone to us or they were lying about someone else buying the car and then proceeded to show us a similar, but more expensive car. The sales person said it was ok because we qualified for a discount which made the price close to the other one. But then we found out while doing the paperwork that they couldnt give us a discount for it. With all that said, it was still a good price for a good vehicle but if you decide to shop here be careful because they are not honest and will switch things up on you.

Had been shopping for a car for months and it had been super stressful for me. Went into Hertz and test drove a few cars and decided on a Nissan Versa Note. Least stressful and pressure free car buying experience ever. They walked me through each step of the process and explained everything they were doing. If you are looking for a flashy car dealer experience than go elsewhere but if you want the easiest car purchase without the pressure and games than this is the place. I started the process ahead of time so once I arrived to get the car it was very quick. I cant emphasize enough that there are no games. I found a vehicle that I was interested in on the Hertz car sales web site. Juan assisted me in the purchase of the vehicle. The purchase experience was very casual and no stress. I then met with Matt to sign the documents to finalize the deal. Again, casual and no stress.The day after I drove the car off the lot, I had my mechanic inspect the vehicle. My mechanic stated the vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition but the rear shocks were leaking. I also noticed that the steering was a little sloppy as I drove it.I contacted Hertz and spoke to Matt about the two mechanical issues. Matt, without a question, had me take the vehicle to his fleet mechanic to assess the problems. I got the call mid-day that the problems were fixed and the vehicle was ready for pickup with no cost to me.Excellent.Thank you Matt and Hertz for your superior customer service!

Prices are decent. Two stars because it took 2 hours to complete the paperwork. They filled it out wrong three times. They Also put my bank as a lien holder on the title but I bought the vehicle completely paid for, so there should be no lien information. They lack attention to detail. When paying almost $30k I expect more professionalism. Unfortunately, I cant see myself buying from here again.

Bought a car from them about a month ago, and I could say it’s the best buying experience I’ve ever had. They had very professional service with us and most of their cars have a great deal on them. They did everything they could to provide us with the best experience, no hassles at all and every single part of the paperwork was completely explained to us. The Rent2Buy program made our buying really easy, we picked a car and could test it for 3 days to make sure it was what we wanted, and so it was. Jasmine was always available to us and every time I had a question I just called her and she always was ready to help. Would recommend to everyone... 10/10 and keep it up hertz!

Chandler took my call earlier in the day when I wanted to know if a car was still there. When I got to the dealership he was there and incredibly welcoming, Chandler pulled the car around for me and gave me his honest opinion on the condition of the car. We went on a test drive and I loved it! When we got back to the office Chandler worked quickly and efficiently, we were in and out in around two hours which is great for buying a car! Robert was our salesperson and we had an incredible experience. We bought a 2013 Toyota Prius for an excellent price, and were not once feeling forced or pressured into the sale like many dealerships will do. Robert let us take the car out for a test drive on our own and we had it out all day.. we brought it to the Toyota dealership to get inspected and it passed through with flying colors. They told us that the car was in excellent condition (for a great price!) and they said buying used cars from Hertz is a smart move because they know how well Hertz takes care of all their vehicles while they are rentals. Hertz does regular maintenance on cars, where other previous vehicle owners may not, especially if you dont know the cars history. Hertz also has some necessary fees in addition to the sticker price (tag, title, registration, taxes, etc.), but not as much as a regular dealership would charge. We are financing our car at a very affordable rate and Hertz helped us through it all every step of the way... NO stress at all for us, unlike the stressful experiences of stepping foot into dealerships to look at cars. Honestly if youre shopping for used cars, buying from Hertz Sales is a great choice. We really lucked out! Thank you for our amazing experience.

They beat the cars up and sell them for what you think is a good price. I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage for 6600 with 40,000 miles on it thinking it was a great deal. Hadnt even been 7 months and I have had to put over 1,000 in it and counting. They didnt even change the oil before selling it and it was 1,000 miles overdue. I should have known then they dont care

Helped my wife by her SUV here, it was a pretty low-key and stress-free operation. They try to get you with the extended warranty but if you come with your own loan the prices are awesome. They also warrants all their vehicles for one year.

No frills used car dealer. I looked at three different cars of the same model, year and type. The cars are fairly beat up (dents, dings, cracked windshield, check engine light on, etc.) - save a few more bucks and buy new if possible. The staff is really nice.

I do not know how anyone could rate this location at less then 5 stars. The employees are great, the prices are wonderful, and the process is easy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy through the entire process. She was beyond fantastic. I can;t thank you enough.

The actual buying experience went smoothly. However, we traded my car in on this purchase on 3/14 and I just called my previous lender today, on 3/31, to confirm payoff. The loan balance was not paid off within the 10 days and is now showing past due. Update, its 4/2, still not paid off and theyre well past the 10 day payoff that was requested. Nielson at the Orlando location still says the bank should have the check tomorrow. Update, 4/3, bank still hasnt received payment, payoff is now $150 more than when requested. We ended up just paying it off over the phone. Called Hertz and now Nielson says that the electronic payment wasnt sent to the bank until 4/1, so they didnt pay until we called asking about it. He argued with my husband that this is business as usual with them. So, takenote, dont bother with them.

I was looking for a car for weeks, found a 2013 Mitsubishi lancers I liked online, car was waiting for me out front when I get there, took a test drive and loved it. The car was priced at $9999 but do to taxes and title it went up $1200. But I still purchased it. Ive had it for 3 years now and never had a problem with it. Best car buying experience I had. Im fact so that Im writing this because I was looking at their inventory for my next car.

Lied to us about car after driving 1hr 30mins to get there. We bought a car and they didn’t even fill it up half way with gas for our drive home.... absolutely unacceptable

On 5/20/2017 I went to see a vehicle that I was interested on at the location, I checked in with the sales person, I asked for the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and he said... the so and so car quoted by $$$ and I said yes, that is the one, I then test drove the car and came back and I told him that I wanted to purchase the car and that I was willing to pay part cash and part credit ( I was already approved by Capital one)...then the price changed in a matter of seconds increasing it by $1300, today 5/23/2017 the price was reduced again by $1000.00. I wonder if they use this to bring customers in.I told them not and walked away....just by using this kind of tactic I can tell how honest the people working at this location are.

After beginning the paperwork for my FIRST NEW CAR my salesman rushed me, telling me that if I didnt beat another woman back with my documents she would get the car (You would think after signing papers that the car is well on its way to being yours, apparently not at HERTZ). The car had a bad clutch. They referred me to pep boys who told me that my car had a computer problem and that hertz would have to fix it. Hertz told me nope. We dont do that. Go TO a ford dealership. They wont charge you. Now if that sounds too good to be true, its because it is. Of course the Ford dealership wanted to charge me. After wasting several days on this, the manager at Hertz told me to give Ford their number and that they would take care of the costs (Its under warranty, so dont think they were doing me any favors) and of course Ford wanted some sort of document or proper way to bill them. After hassling with the Ford dealership they said that they would charge us and that we would have to go back Hertz. Save yourself time and a headache.

I didn’t end up purchasing a car here, but all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Had a really great purchase experience buying my car at Hertz Car Sales Orlando. Our Sales Rep Chandler was great. He was informative patient and super cooperative. Did not try to push for financing, extended warranty or any extras. Loved how transparent and convenient the process was from start to finish. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a rental vehicle but honestly they seemed better maintained than some of the certificied pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Hertz and Chandler to a friend.

This is truly the worst place to purchase a car. If you purchase your car faulty such as I did then you have to keep going through warrantee and paying for the car to get repaired in the first few months of purchase, they will not exchange your vehicle, they will not return your calls, they won’t even try to work with you to make sure you have a working vehicle. They tell you that there is no exchange or refund for the vehicle you have purchased even if you call the same day you purchased it and said that it’s acting out of order. This is truly the worst place to purchase a car. The manager also sucks His name is Lee and he does nothing for customers. Its all about money here . Don’t waste your time getting an overpriced vehicle from this lot .

They sold me a car with 2 totally different tires, the treads make my car sound like a big rig AND IM A TRUCK DRIVER 😡😡😡😡😡 am also think this car was in an accident when I got it back to South Florida it need over $600 work of work done I dont believe in coincidences

Hertz is great! We drove down from Jacksonville to visit another dealership that ended up not having the car they told us they were holding. Drove over to Hertz and had a great experience. They were friendly and took care of us quick. If you are considering going to Off Lease Only, dont believe all of the fake reviews online (they make you leave a review before leaving with the car, with the sales person right infront of you). Instead, go to Hertz and have a much better experience.

Wasnt sure what i wanted. Sales person came out with a huge rung of keys in very little time. Asked her what the bottom line would be, she gave me an answer right away. Ended with us not buying a car there, but they had a huge amount of great cars, just what i liked was more then we could spend.

They are like other used car/lemon lot anywhere else! Be ware for their 12months/12,000 miles warranty! Its BS warranty! Just hope your used vehicle doesnt break down on you or theyll tell you to go to a New Car Dealership to cash in manufacturing limited warranty! This place is terrible, they sold me a car that needed new breaks and tires almost as soon as I drove off the lot. Meanwhile, I canceled my gap insurance policy and they have been holding onto my refund check since august 10th. Jose is the person in charge and he has personally blocked any and all actions to release my check.

They kept me & my wife thetheir 4 hours saying they are working on getting me a DAV Plate for the Vehicle. Lee, the Manager came out and continued to run both me and my wifes credit for 4 hours. We already had financing approved 1 week befote from USAA.2 weeks later I found out Lee ran our credit into the ground 100s of times. I filed a Consumer Report with Hertz Sales. STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ SALES ORLANDO
