A must stop for people form the north visiting!!

Ill start with the downside to this outlet is the unorganized layout. Now I understand its an outlet and a lot of people come through and shop but continually finding stuff in random areas that it doesnt belong then trying to find where it belongs to find the size you want is a little frustrating. The 2 out of the 3 staff members told me the particular jacket I had was the last one with out looking in the back or helping find it. I had one gentleman that did help and at least give more info on the jacket, the upside was the prices were fair and the selection was good. Eventually got frustrated and left. So it got 3 stars for the poor customer service.

Recently visited here on labor day sale. It has flat 60% discount on most of the items from store. Worth taking advantage of such deals. Unfortunately I havent found single jacket of my size in this store but my husband found lots of nice T shirts and limited edition jacket here.

Whether youre looking for a light jacket, rain coat or something to keep u warm from snow, this is a good place to go! Everyone who works here is very helpful and does a great job helping you narrow down your options in this sea of jackets and coats that can be a little overwhelming. Not to mention the great sales during holidays!

Theres a tonne of good deals in this outlet - its worth holding out for the sales as you can often download a few good vouchers to use in-store.

Cool store and some deals but I passed on a few items when I was here and got even better deals a month later online. I dont think these outlet malls ever have good deals! Everything is always the MSRP price or alittle less but if you want to save some $ then shop online!

Nice store lots of choices.

Pretty decent outlet. I come here from time to time to see if i can get a piece of clothing on the cheap. It is very hit or miss as most of the items are discontinued stuff and laege sizes as well. Overall its a good store and you may find a gem if you look around well enough.

Almost everything is on sale, its incredible. I will never shop full priced north face again. I bought 4, 3-way jackets for 60% off for my trip to Alaska it was perfect!

You can get last months styles for cheaper. And the employees are very friendly. BUT the jackets that we were looking to purchase had a sticker for $55 with 60% off, but the original price of the jacket was scratched out and I was $42. So they mark up the prices so they can have an outlet sale of 60% off. you should be very weary when purchasing from them, because though its on sale, you may by be getting as good of a deal as advertised.

Good selection of jackets and sweaters even for it being Springtime and in Florida. North Face is pricey but worth the money.

Great selection, but pricing goes from semi-reasonable for a plain no-frills jacket to absurdly high in no time flat.

What a joke, this is no regular North Face store. This store basically sells fleece, gloves and some laughable rain gear to tourists. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Called to buy a down parka and told to come on in. After driving 45 minutes and waiting another 30 to park, I find out they dont have one parka. Not one. Then I got a nasty blowoff from the so-called manager. I will never shop here.

Not big, limited merchandise (jackets, fleece, rain gear, hats and gloves. Not much else). Good discounts though.

Its OK many items to chose from, however be cautioned that there are NO warrantees on any of the items. So you can save some money with the discount, but make sure it is on something that you would never worry about using the wonderful northface warranty on.
