Supreme was amazing in helping realize our kitchen remodel. All the people at Supreme from the beginning were extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We worked through a lot of different designs with them at the start of the project and they made and showed us all the changes we asked for visualization of our kitchen before we finalized it. They communicated with us through each step of design, ordering, and installation and answered any questions we had along the way. Nilam was especially helpful in talking us through and helping us each step of the way.Their installation team was also amazing and put everything together and installed all items in professional, organized, and timely manner. They also were able to make small changes and work with us on the spot to ensure everything was how we wanted it and that we were happy. Wellington and his team were professional and super nice during the install phase.We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Supreme to anyone who wants a beautiful redesign with a team that is easy to work with!

I wanted an in home bar after actively searching around and getting quoted prices through the roof for materials and installation I stumbled across SUPREME INTERNATIONAL who was affordable and price worthy. The guy who did the installation was professional and took no time at all with the installation. I was so happy with the finish product I cant imagine having gone elsewhere for the outstanding services they have provided me with. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would and I highly recommend them and will be using them again for all my future home improvement projects.

Absolute nightmare, all i had was one small 7 x 6 bathroom and a 10 day job is not 9 weeks in and they did not finish the job. No one ever showed up on time, if at all, Plumbing leaked, tile installed wrong and had to redo, cabinets rigged to fit and still do not work. i cant explain how many times i was told someone is on their way and should be there within the hour only for no one to ever show up. i took many days off of work for no-one to show. they dented my hardwood floors, scratched my furniture, never put down plastic. i actually had to do some of the work myself like fix the plumbing on a sunday, do the painting myself and now the job is still not finished so i have to hire another contractor to finish it. they were sure on time when they wanted my payment though !!! dont do it.

We just remodeled our kitchen with new white Shaker style cabinets, large stainless steel kitchen sink and beautiful Amarillo Solarius granite countertops with matching granite backsplash and it looks fantastic! I can definitely see why the previous reviews are so positive! E-Jaz was our project manager who helped with the design, cabinet and granite selection and coordinated the entire process from demolition to cabinet installation to granite installation. Price was reasonable and included disposal of existing cabinets so we didnt have to worry about that. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Supreme International to anyone! I used this company when I was in Winter Garden years ago and had a great experience so used them again for my Orlando home. What I loved was they didn’t charge me to come out and spend so much time with me putting designs together. It took me a few weeks to make up my mind and when I was ready they honored the same prices. They are a fairly big company but when you are there it seems warm and family oriented. Nice showroom and has the actual slabs outside to choose from.Highly recommended for a complete bathroom and shower remodel or kitchen renovation.

I drove by this place while getting gas next to it I’ve been thinking about remodeling my kitchen and is soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by sweet ladies upfront and they showed me around their show room . I have a pretty good selection and my shower and for ideas it’s a pretty large place they also sell flooring and saw they did shower remodeling. A couple days later they provided me with a free estimate they came to my home to look at everything and their prices were very reasonable .I ended up going with the quarts countertop with white shaker cabinets they did a great job. Looks great. They were pretty fast too. The owner of this company cane out to shake my hand very humble guy.

I went to the showroom with exact measurements of each type of cabinet i needed for my kitchen wich i already knew from other estimates. So I got an estimate for $5,412 with instalation. A week later they go to my house to make sure everything is going to fit in which i was told he would arrive between 9am and 1pm. He arrive at 4pm after i waited all day and i did call at noon to make sure they were coming.The guy took the measurements and i show him the same estimate that he gave me to be on the same page. So guess what?! I Went to the showroom to order the cabinet and the same guy that im pretty sure is the owners son, gave me a diferent estimate that was almost $2,000 over the original estimate and he said that the cabinets change, witch was a lie cause my wife was there when i gave him the exact measurements with the type of cabinet i want it. Then the owner said that the guy made a mistake on the estimate. Anyways i wish i could show the pictures of all the nonesense the show me with totals that didnt add up. I mean it was not a couple hundred dollars diference. I gave them a chance to make business and they were not straight up. Very shady people. I never ask for discounts anywere but i expect honesty.

I have never gave any comments no matter how the job was done by them before but this time I am so frustrated sharing my experience. We had to remodel one of our bathroom and went to see them No Doubt they are very professional and greet you well and since we had service by them before regardless with many flaws we went to them again unfortunately. They didn’t had enough selections this time but I liked one tile which they said it’s brand new just came in and apparently their lack of knowledge to tell us how it will turned out was our big blunder and now we have to live with that . Secondly the person they assigned to us was supper slow, they promised us 3 weeks and took over a month to complete the job during entire Month of Ramadan . The person who was doing the job damaged our hot water pipe that caused flood in our formal dinning room and ruined our new carpet . I requested to many times to come and inspect the work done by the person in bathroom but no one came to inspect after 3-4 requests . I asked itemised invoice but they said it would have cost us 6 thousands dollars more if they would have gave us itemised invoice lol. I paid the contracted price I signed for but if you want the peace of mind please shop around even if you have to pay even little more because it will Worth it instead of frustration. We bought our own fixtures except cabinet and sink . The job was extremely slow one cabinet took 2 weeks to come and that was FedEx fault lol.

When redoing our kitchen, my husband and I had done a lot of foot work all across the city in search for the ideal granite counter tops. And just when my feet and my will were ready to give up, we happened to go to Supreme and I knew we had landed at the right place. Supreme had the biggest collection of slabs compared to all other places we had visited and the staff was a joy to work with. The decorator assigned to us was extremely helpful and gave us her full attention.To top it all, we felt we got a very fair price for a high quality product and service. So much so, we decided to upgrade the vanity and granite top and sink for the hall bath too.Very recently when our daughter bought her house and wanted her kitchen/bath granite redone, we didnt need to bother going anywhere else and went directly to Supreme.Thanks to the staff at Supreme, visitors to our house always admire the beauty of the Silver Sparkle granite we installed in the kitchen.Thank you, Supreme, for a wonderful job!!!

Just WOW! Tim and Armando have been working on my home for a few hours. They stayed until almost 8:30pm working diligently, quickly, and extremely detailed with their effort. This company quoted me the cheapest and didnt charge me to come give an estimate. I went to the showroom and they helped me pick out granite without hovering me or pressuring me to purchase out of my budgetI had them redo my entire kitchen which didnt take long at all and I absolutely love the way my new kitchen turned out. I know for a fact Ill be using them again in the future.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I had a 30,000$ dollar job done on my whole house recently. Supreme gave me the run around about price and would not be straight up about anything. (Red flag) after the floors were laid, the whole job had mistakes and the grout was completely done poorly. The kitchen countertops and cabinet project still isn’t Underway. If this company doesn’t follow through on their promises, a HOT LAWSUIT IS COMING THEY’RE WAY! Do NOT use this company for anything. They can and will screw you over completely!!!!!!!

We went to Supreme International USA in Orlando to redo our kitchen countertops. They explained us about the varieties that each natural stone will have. They really understood our situation and helped to educate us on the stone that we selected and we are very happy with the way they handled everything! They came to our home the same day and gave us a FREE estimate. All the work was completed within specified time frame and the work done was better than my expectations. All I can say is that I would definitely recommend this business because they have experience, great quality of slabs, and amazing customer service! 5 STARS!!!

I was looking for a company that will carry not only wood cabinets but features such as spice rack and double trash can drawer. After looking couple of places I found it on Supreme. One year ago we had Supreme replace 4 bathroom vanities with granite counter tops - they were excellent quality and installed with very good workmanship, on time and at great price. A few month ago, we had them build us an outdoor kitchen, which is much like the one in the showroom. Although, it took longer than we expected, the workmanship is top notch and we have a beautiful outdoor bar now. What I appreciated most about Supreme, is that your ultimate satisfaction is very important to the owner and he will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are happy with the final result. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I walked into the show room, they had many options they did a great job on my floor and bathroom! finished in a timely matter I am very satisfied with the excellent job they did 10/10 will be coming back to do my kitchen in the future.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. There were four employees in there and we were the only customers. They wouldn’t look at us or even speak to us. Why be open if you don’t want my business? We were in there for at least ten minutes. We finally just left.

Shakeel is very professional. His staff did a good job in flooring install at my house. They were swift and skilled. If you want quick and quality work then this is the place. Big box stores take too much time in the process and expensive too. No matter it is a small or a big job they assure best of quality and service. Highly recommend and look forward to doing more projects with them

I cant believe all the lies posted on this page. I had work done in my house from supreme in October 2016 and the job done was terrible. They put down my floor. They know they did a bad job, I have a letter that they recognize they did a bad job and are going to fix it. Its now July 27, 2017 and they have send about 8 people to look at my floor. They all have agree that its the worst job they have seen, but no one wants to do the job. I do not recommend this company!!! If you go visit the store you will see the two pictures posted is in their store, sorry but that was not at someone house. I am going to take legal action if its not fix by Aug 1st 2017. They always have a poor excuse!!!Very very disappointed!!!

We went to Supreme International USA for a kitchen upgrade and add-on with laundry room-cabinets-countertop-sink install and powder room countertop. Supreme International not only done an excellent job, but took an extra-mile to satisfy our acceptations even they were not part of our ask in the beginning. They are very professional with customer service oriented mid-frame. They provided outstanding service and quality. Our Kitchen counter top was quartz and was bit expensive. They provided seamless edging for our counter top with no extra charge and for the extras we did not even asked for. After sales service they came in if we had any issues. We have been looking for Kitchen upgrade for sometime. As a home owner, you want to spend your saved money wisely and get 100% out of it. Unfortunately it does not happens all the time, but this time we got the right people. Not every company CEO walks into his or her customer home to satisfy and fulfill his or her customers acceptations. We will also try to add before and after pictures. We purchased a new kitchen from Supreme including cabinets and granite. Sales experience was good. Installation and follow up was horrible. Granite was cut the wrong way. Our experience with follow ups and appointments was horrible!! They have never contacted us to make sure all was ok and to our total satisfaction. Granite finish is substandard seems are visible from miles away and the finish product for the granite is substandard.

I had a granite countertop installed in my kitchen. The installation is horrific. The installers left permanent glue stains on the surfaces. They built an addition to my island and they did not level it properly then the stone installers had a hard time leveling the whole thing resulting in sloping surface.Very bad and sloppy installation, having said that I would not higher this company again for my other projects.

Supreme is hands down the best place in town, with a wide variety of cabinets and granite colors to pick from . I was able to make my dream kitchen come true! They had amazing prices and installed the kitchen fast and efficiently will recommend to friends and family for sure.

There prices are cheap, but there service, booking and scheduling are the worst. They lie to cover a lie. You cant believe anything they tell you. I had two of my customers try them. One was a kitchen remodel, they installed the granite. They made the appointment and no showed, then came the second time late. They was late for the install and then, after install I noticed that all the edges on the product felt like there was comb groves. Bad blade on their cutting machine. Obviously no QC. The owner over talks and talks down to women. The second job was even worse. They didnt have anything ready when they promised. The customer had to end up installing himself. Witch has led to.more problems. Look somewhere else for your granite or quartz..

I recently started working at Supreme as their in house interior designer. The new store is great with many fantastic options at affordable prices. Come and check it out!@~!~!

Unfortunately this place wasnt what I expected. I went in and stayed there for about 20min. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. The place was dirty and disorganized, nothing like the pics on their website. I actually verified the address because I thought I was on the wrong place.

Although we thought this store had a nice selection of product, I would say if you are gay, do not bother going here. After providing all the information needed to a woman named Anna, she said she would call us back and let us know what the pricing would be the following Monday. She did not call back, we tried à follow up call on Tuesday, she was unavailable, Wednesday, unavailable, Thursday unavailable. Just for the record, we stopped calling at that point, and never were called back. This is typically how bigots operate. I only regret I could not give a negative star rating.

My initial experience with this company was great. Dulari and Nilam were excellent and very customer service driven. The problem came in when their granite installer broke a pipe by our sink and water went everywhere. I understand that accidents happen but when your told that the company is going to send you a plumber that day- you expect that to happen. When hours go by and you call to see what is taking so long, a man whose name I believe is Hassan? let me know that the plumber would not be coming until the following day. When I tried explaining that we needed someone to come by on the same day as we had to turn the water off and no one was going to be home the next day (we have jobs you know)... he began to get loud and not let me speak. He was very unprofessional. The work was never completed and my husband had to finish a few lose ends. Mediocre at best is my opinion.

Run from this place! The cabinets are all made in China, very poor quality! The sales people have no idea what they are doing there, they know nothing about cabinets, besides that, they barely speak English or Spanish. The sales person made me an estimate in a piece of paper, by hand and when I asked a copy of the estimate, she just ripped the bottom of the paper, where it had the total amount and gave me just that little piece. She refused to give me the full estimate with the itemized prices. They sell backsplash, flooring, granite, all triple prices! The same backsplash they sell at Lowes for $6 a piece, Supreme sell for $18 a piece!!!! RUN!!!!

Also when we asked to speak the owner they though it was hysterical! Then asked us to leave.We later found out they are in India! No wonder they disrespect women so badly!
