Went today for a wedding guest dress. I was hoping for no one to assist because most of the reviews say that they dont help or assist with anything. Well I my personal experience was totally different. they welcome us, they helped me, assisted me with everything. Even taking the dresses on my hand and hanging them on the fitting room until I took a few more to try on. I received an excellent customer service.

I went there because Sunday morning a friend went to get a dress and she told me the entire store was 50% off. I went on the afternoon and just a corner was in sale. I decided to try some dresses and I didn’t get help from nobody of the staff and besides that someone from their staff opened my fitting room when I was totally naked and saw me. I bought the dress cause I needed it, but I truly don’t recommend it.

They would not let me use the restroom because I was a male. They then said “we would make an exception for you” the manager had no concept that it was illegal to deny someone to use the restroom based on gender… they were rude and snotty, can’t believe this behavior is allowed in 2021.

They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses. My only suggestion would be to add MORE options for people size 16+. We came here to find a dress for my daughters prom and we did find the perfect dress for her. You basically help yourself, you can take up to 6 dresses at a time to be tried on in the dressing room. Nice store I would recommend them to anyone looking for formal wear.

Our bridal consultant, Charity, is a rock start and made this especial moment an unforgettable experience. I absolutely LOVE my dress. Very beautiful dresses very friendly employees

The store had a large selection of prom dresses but the customer service was practically non-existent. No one offered to help us. I helped my daughter in the dressing room and hung back up most of the dresses myself. The dressing room was dirty, had broken pieces of flooring, and sections where the wood floor planks did not meet flush. We considered going back to So Sweet Boutique, which has excellent customer service; but in the end We did buy a lovely dress here, for a reasonable $229. At check out, the sales woman was gushing compliments, but that seemed fake and poorly timed.

What a wonderful experience. My daughter and I went to the Orlando location on International Dr. My daughter and I chose several dresses for her to try on for the upcoming 2019 Prom. We were able to get right into a fitting room with no wait. The dress we chose was a bit soiled from someone else trying it on. One of the staff members checked her computer to see if the other location at the Florida Mall had her size in stock. They did and we headed over to try it on. The staff there as well was very helpful. It was worth the 2 hour drive from Lake Placid, FL to get there and we will recommend my daughters friend to check out Camille La Vie as well. Great selection of dresses. More than what Macy’s and Dillard’s had. We will return next year for her senior prom dress.

Prom dress central!!! Get on their mailing list for special discounts in the future!! Go early for better selection but great for last minute as well. We went on the day we needed a dressy dress and had many choices! Many more choices than other stores can stock. Suits, high-lows, dresses, and extra formal wear and in all different sizes were available. Only problem was selecting only one!! Had small selection of clearance dresses as well.

I drove my daughter to this store for her High School graduation. It is really incredible the lot of options you can find right there. She bought a beautiful dress and a pair of sandals. The best part was her happiness for being perfect for the Prom! I recommend this store for those girls who want to be pretty for an special day!

Loved this place! My daughter found the dress of her dreams as we walked through the door. Very reasonable prices. I was leary of buying a prom dress from on line because you just cant be sure of the quality. However, it seems that Camille has the same dresses weve been looking at on line, so it was nice to be able to try them on and feel the dresses. It was a wonderful experience shopping for my daughters first prom dress.

This is a nice store for sizes up to 14. BUT if your are looking for plus sizes 16 & up, the selection of styles and sizes here is very limited. So just an FYI for my plus size divas! Happy Shopping! :)

We love this store for dress shopping! Weve been able to get all of our daughters homecoming and prom dresses at this location. The staff is nice and friendly and they have a large dressing rooms. When we have been there, there have been quite a few dresses that were on clearance. They have a huge selection of both long and short dresses and their prices are extremely reasonable.

Jessica, one of the managers, was very helpful in my search for a few beautiful dresses at great prices. I was also able to get shoes and accessories. The store and dressing rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Nice dresses, some at great prices, but lack of size and color selections for dance dress model. MAKE SURE TO USE THE BATHROOM BEFOREHAND BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER BATHROOM!!!You will be sent to use a bathroom all the way on the other side of the plaza.Im holding a $400 dress in my hand I have too use the restroom, and leave the store to then return back. Yeah I ended up leaving and not returning because I felt devalued as a Customer to go outside of the store to use the restroom. (Not in a mall)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! My sister needed a Maid of Honor dress and we spent a good amount of time looking brought the store.***No one asked if we needed help.***I then asked the front sales associate if they had a restroom, SO WE COULD CONTINUE SHOPPING. She said, there is one a few stores down. I said so where do you use the restroom? She said well, ours is kind of clogged.Really? So youre telling me thats every time an employee has to use the restroom, they go all the way across the plaza!!! Yeah right!We thought we would continue searching and give them a chance, but then a young girls father came up to us and said, Dont bother shopping here. We are leaving because they are so incredibly rude!Trust me, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Came in to look for a birthday dress under $500. First employee barely spoke English and as I walked around it took about 20 min before I was asked if I need help. No luck in finding a dress. If you are a size 12 or 14 plz b ware you would have to order a dress to find out if it fits. Which sucks I dont want to have to pay 400 for a Gown to not know if i like it or it fits.

Very wide variety of beautiful dresses, but the store is meant for slimmer women. Most dress sizes don’t go past 4, which was disappointing. Customer services slacked, and was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Won’t return.

Saw the dresses as I passed by and decided to stop in to have a look. The associate saw me did not say hello. 5 mins later “I asked her, do you offer alterations”? She responded “NO”! Who wouldve thought i would find my wedding dress here. I went all over town to all types of boutiques to find the dress and i didnt. I came here to look at party dress for my friends and flower girls and walked past my wedding dress and i knew. The staff are super sweet and after my second time there always approach me to help me look for that next dress. This location has a bigger collection and their sales are always amazing. the prices various, but for wedding dress i found, it was an amazing price for such a beautiful detailed dress! give it a try you never know. i would recommend going early morning as soon as they open to get more attention, usually around lunch or after 5 they get busy and their attention to your details might not be as high as if you go early and shop in peace.

Not a good experience in the store at all. They had one dress that fit my cousin perfectly and it had imperfections in it. She would not even move on the price of the dress for me to do my own alterations for the imperfections. A lot of the dresses in this place if youre not very careful you will find the beads are falling off. Or the zipper is broken. The quality is very poor. Thats okay we found address somewhere else and it fit my cousin perfectly

I had a terrible experience with staff and the online website. I paid for my prom dress to arrive the next business day and it didnt show up until ten business days later. I tried getting my money back and it was huge mess. The store had no attentive staff, I actually couldnt find not one staff member. I would not recommend.
