I’m giving this a 3 star because I love the way my piercing looks. Other than that, the woman who pierced my nose was named Summer and she was extremely rude. Before we even walked in to the shop she had a shirt on that said Jesus is a C*nt. I have no problem with people believing in what they want to believe but that was blatantly disrespectful and disturbing. Other than the shirt, she was extremely cold towards us. It was my first nose piercing so of course I was very nervous. She marked where my piercing was going to go and gave me no options to change the spot. On top of that she was not sincere and was overall rushing the process. I felt very uncomfortable because I’ve read so many good reviews on this shop and I’ve also gotten a tattoo done there months ago. I forgot the name of the artist but he was incredibly friendly. If you want a quick piercing with a rude person this would be the place to go but if you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to your needs and what you want I would go elsewhere.

Patrick is the man!!!!, great guy, very fair prices,great work. He has tattooed me 3 times, my son twice, my wife once, my daughter 5 or 6 times. Go see him!!!!

My wife and I popped in this afternoon for Friday the 13th tattoos. Shop was clean, staff was cool and efficient. Patrick did both of ours, he was super nice to work with and produced excellent work. Wed definitely be comfortable coming back here for bigger pieces.

My husband and I got different tattoos at this ink spot in February of this year. My husband got his tattoo with Patrick and turned out great!! However, it is mine that I am very unhappy with. It was my first tattoo. And I noticed something was wrong a week or two after I dont remember my artists name but when I called about it looking infected and what to do for it they gave me instructions and went on. Now being only a few months later... it has completely faded... some parts dont even have color i went for an opinion at another Ink Spot location more local to where I reside and they said it is an artist issue and they were horrified for me I like ink spot just wish I had a better experience with this particular location for my first tattoo :(

There is a girl in there who was super rude. I’m confused as to why because we were very pleasant to her. We called and they told us to come in but when we got there the lady was acting as if we were a nuisance to her existence. She claimed we never called and no one was there but then grabbed a man from the back who said he was booked (but no one was there right?) The work is nice I can’t take away from that but you might want to axe the girl that’s in there or better train her on her deplorable customer service skills ☺️.

Sarah the piercer is the only reason this place has 5 stars. She was so nice and helpful, very professional, and answered all our questions. I came with my friend, we each got piercings. After my friend went, it was my turn, but a man (her coworker) said there was a few people up front that needed help. There were no tattoo guns going off, and Sarah was just about to do my piercing, but I guess that guy didn’t want to work and rudely told Sarah to go deal with the people up front. So she did, but that guy could’ve done it himself. Sarah you’re too good for them, find a place that respects you and your hard work.Xoxo!

Dale was by far one of the best artists I’ve worked. I got a tattoo at this location by Jamie who first overpriced me and second cut me on my simple line work; Dale was tattooing my friend and I told him about it and he fixed it up for me real nice! Dale definitely is a go-to artist now.

My brother-in-law and i came here with my sister and patrick did an excellent job. we came in with pictures of what we wanted and he traced it for us and made sure we liked it multiple times before he did it. he prioritized sanatizing his station and even sanitized the bed in between me and my brother-in-law and my sister. he charged a very reasonable price, was very personable, professional, and clean. he even showed us the new needle, the expiration date for all the needles he used while it was still in the package, and opened it in front of us. he gave us instructions on what to do to take care of the tattoo and what not to do. he really cared about us and cared about how we were feeling and if we liked it. i would 10/10 come back if i wanted another one and ask specifically for patrick.

Dale my tattoo artist was amazing! Great work great hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure my art was looking nothing but amazing.

Overall it was a good experience. However, I cannot give 5 stars because none of the tattoo artists or the piercer were wearing face masks. I had to ask the piercer to put one on prior to piercing me for my own comfort.Despite this CDC violation, I chose to stay because the shop was clean and the piercer was very friendly. She did an awesome job with my nose piercings and I am very satisfied. My only other complaint is that she did not provide me with any written or verbal instructions as to how to clean them, so I was left to Google it afterwards once I remembered I wasn’t told.

My wife and I walked in to get a Mickey and Minnie silhouette tattoo as a souvenir for our trip to Orlando. Nikki was very helpful in setting up a time for us to work with other plans we had. She was very helpful in getting the tattoo design just like we wanted. When we returned, Joe did a great job with sanitary prep, using new needles still packaged and even showing the expiration date to go the extra mile to take great care of us. We were very well pleased with our tattoos and will definitely be back on our next trip to Orlando. Joe and Nikki were like old friends when we left. I got my snake eyes done on my tongue the piercer redid it 3 times mind you al in one visit. The second time she took it out to re-pierced it she didn’t even tell me.. and even the third time it was very crooked it wasn’t even on the tip on my tongue I wish I can put a picture in. Then the bar was way too little and my tongue covered the balls I had to take it out the same day..... a waste of 100$ . Don’t recommend and definitely won’t come here again!

I came here on June 30th to get my daughters nose pierced for her 16th birthday. Sara did an EXCELLENT job! I was soooo impressed that on July 6th (my 46th bday) we went back and I got my nose pierced by another young lady. Im sorry that I totally forgot her name. She has a beautiful name btw... Definitely worth 5 stars. Had Jamie tattoo my fiancé and I when were on vacation. He did an absolutely amazing job, clean line work and great shading. Super friendly atmosphere as well. He noticed the tattoo on my was fading so offered to give it a once over. I will definitely go there again if Im ever in Florida.

The worst tattoo experience in my life.First I was assigned a tattoo artist who was clearly high on drugs (as they confirmed to me after). After I realized the problem, I was told to go to another store in the franchise and there I was assigned the tattoo artist Patrick who did an amateur and sloppy job. Ive been trying to get a refund from Manager Steph for almost two weeks, who simply ignores my attempts at contact. I am from Brazil and I had to return a few days ago, so I was unable to sue this company in an american court. Even after 11 days have passed, my arm remains very sore and inflamed, despite all the care. Im sure I have a severe allergy due to the poor quality of the ink and the lack of care of the tattoo artist Patrick. Anyway, run away from this place!

I was down last month for vacation from upstate New York w my 17 year old son and his 17 year old friend. Without my permission he decided to get a tattoo on his forearm close to his wrist. The first time I went in the person asked for his ID and when showing it, she said he was too young and had to have a parents consent. He went in a second time and the next person allowed it to happen.. This is just not okay. I will be following through after speaking to an attorney!!

**EDIT TO ADD** I JUST REALIZED THAT THE LADY PEIRCED ME IN THE WRONG SPOT. I ASKED FOR A DAITH AND INSTEAD SHE GAVE ME A ROOK. I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST THE PROFESSIONAL, BUT I GUESS NOT. ITS SUCH BS. AFTER THE WAITING FOR NEARLY AN HR FOR HER TO COME TO WORK. SHE DOES IT WRONG! AND IM SURE THEY WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO MAKE IT RIGHT.Ok I went there at opening, which I assumed ok, they have probably been here atleast 30 minutes prior to opening to set up. Nope, we waited for 45 minutes for the piercer to show up for work. We would have just left and went elsewhere, but we were on vacation and other places around didnt open til 12. So I got my piercing and got no instructions on care, healing or cleaning. Id highly recommend to go probably anywhere else around then here.

3rd time using their services over a 10 year span. Patrick is awesome and so is the female piercer that was there today. Patrick added his artistic touch to my tattoo and I couldnt be happier. Thank you for making my day.

I got my first earlobe piercings here and it was a pleasant experience. My mom came along and got a tattoo as well! They did a pretty good job, but the person that pierced my ears put the earrings on a bit too tight which gave me a headache and swelled my ears up. Regardless, I definitely recommend this place for those looking for piercings/tats.

Stay far away!!!. Came here on vacation and walked by this shop and decited to go in. Waited 3 hours with 2 people in getting pierces, then it comes finally comes my turn and the guy looks at the tattoo I want. He said 300 or 200 without words. He goes to the back to get ready and the lady up front comes to take my money wich was 200. And she was standing when he said price. Next thing I know she comes back and says with you leave him a tip??? After he yelled at her infrint of everyone. Do yourselves a favor stay away.tvery unprofessional and the place is really dirty. Seen someone cut finger and fling it on floor. Not to mention I have a unfinished tattoo and played the extra 100. I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Dale Martin is a great tattoo artist I worked with him on and off for a year and refer all my family and friends to him. He’s very clean and sterile and takes pride in what he does! I trust him doing my tattoos and wouldn’t have anyone else do mine. He’s a Valuable asset!

I ended up waiting 2 hours to get seen after telling me it was only a 20 minute wait. When I asked if I can just go home, they told me I couldn’t get my money back (hasn’t even seen me or even printed out the stencil) . The tattoo artist that worked on me was super mean and rude, and kept telling me my decision wasn’t smart, kept shaking his head at me, and didn’t guide me through it anymore as soon as he found out it was my first tattoo. He wasn’t helpful at all. It was my first tattoo and this place made it the worst experience.

Extremely Disappointed!!! I visited this establishment on 10/24/20 to get a tattoo of my daughter’s name on my neck, which was beautiful when I left. As the tattoo started to heal and the scab removed. I was left with only a scar. The ink didn’t take ( which I’ve never heard of) and when i called to speak with the tattoo artist he offered to redo the tattoo, but I was there on vacation and didn’t have the time or money to travel back to get a tattoo that I’ve had for 4 days redone. I spent $120 for nothing.

I came to the shop to get a Tatoo I was a walk in. My friend had an emergency and being that I drove I had to take him home, I asked to be refunded for a service I didn’t receive and they told me that they don’t do refunds. The man upfront told me I could come back. I live in Pennsylvania which means I can’t come back ! I’m here on vacation. How can you take my money for a service I did not received !! The artist didn’t even draw anything up. I will be disputing this with my bank on Monday.

Got a tattoo with my friend on the 21st of November and I showed the artist what I wanted and it’s not what I wanted. The guy that did the tattoo was bragging about his experience the whole time we were there. He also kept asking for a tip, prior to even doing the tattoo. Never experienced such an unprofessional tattoo shop before.

I came to this shop as a walk in to get a tattoo that I wanted for a really long time. I was really excited that no appointment was needed and I could get my tattoo done the same day. I was told to look at the folders of the tattoo artists works so I could chose which one I prefer which I really liked. At the end I chose Chris. I am very happy with my choice cause my tattoo came out exactly the way I wanted it to be . Considering the fact that my tattoo was very detailed (evergreens with pine trees) Chris did an incredible job. Everyone I meet is fascinated with the tattoo too! Its healing perfectly and I could not thank Chris more for his work. He is very professional and friendly person which made the whole experience great. I would highly recommend him to everyone. The best tattoo artist so far (this was my fifth tattoo). Reasonably priced too. Chris managed to redraw the whole tattoo perfectly from the picture that I brought . Couldnt be more happy!

Incredible staff- love the front desk woman- she is SO friendly and down to earth and really knows her stuff! Topher was “my guy”. I had a HUGE mess up left over from Texas and he took it to brilliance in no time flat. Very friendly and personable and pays attention to detail and comfort. This guy KNOWS his stuff.

Unfairly over priced for the smallest of tattoos

Went not even a full week ago with some friends and Mine has yet to fade but theirs have. The ink didn’t even take...!!! It’s almost like they did it with a pen! We do understand that it was a last minute walk in but NOBODY else was there. Lines were uneven some didn’t even touch where they were supposed to. I had such a great experience getting my first tattoo!I went on a business trip last week to FL and did an impulse decision to get a tattoo of a Palm Tree. I was extremely nervous but Joel was super kind to me! He was patient, professional, and has an awesome bedside manner that not only kept me distracted, but kept me calm. He made my mini tattoo a reality and it’s beautiful! I am in love with it and it’s healing perfectly! He gave me some tips on how to protect my tattoo from damaging, fading, and infecting.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and wanted a tattoo.. we went in and got tattooed the same day! We were in and out in about an hour! Lorenzo did ours and they look perfect! His line work is INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond by helping us and personalizing our tattoo! We couldn’t be happier! The shop was very clean and they used sterile equipment! I’ve had other tattoos from other shops and they have been painful after I’ve left.. I have no pain at all and neither does my husband! Couldn’t be happier!

Poor customer service from the MANAGERDidn’t want to retouch a tat one of his artist messed up, hung up on me when I reached out about the problem.

I checked a few other places before stopping at ink spot and when I walked in I didnt feel the need to go anywhere else. Nice clean atmosphere and service was excellent. Not to mention the quality and artistry of the tattoo I had done. The staff is friendly and courteous, an overall amazing experience!

Awesome experience. We came in with a group of six, one for piercing, 5 for tattoos, no appointment and they were able to get us in without any issues. Everyone here is very cool, piercer (Summer) was great, accurate as fast, and personally I was tattooed by Patrick, who was very professional and the experience was easy, not rough are all.

Joel did an amazing job with my first tattoo. He was very friendly and paitent. He took it slow at first to allow me to get comfortable with the needle. The staff were all great and helpful in the design process. They helped me make my vision come to life as well as give me advice on how to make it so the design would age well.

2 stars only because theyre open late. Had a group of 3 come in for simple matching bobby pin tattoos in celebration of the hair convention that was in town. Patrick did all 3, which we copied from the google image search. Easy enough, we thought. We were asked to pay first, which was new for all of us and we all have tattoos but whatever some shops have different policies. Our first red flag came when he dropped the needle when setting up. 2nd red flag when he didnt get new gloves after cleaning up before he tattooed the next girl. Come to find out after the first girl got tattooed that it was his first day on the job. We still didnt think it could be THAT bad because he literally just has to trace some lines to make a bobby pin and its not like we asked for a portrait or custom work. All 3 of the tattoos are complete trash. 2 of the girls tattoos look blown out and the some spots on mine arent even colored in completely. $60 each down the drain, because we all have to get them fixed. Maybe the other artists are better, but the guy we went to just didnt have enough experience to do a simple outline.

My biggest regret is the tattoo I got done on my hand here. Over $300 unfinished and not even any shading on my rose. Management was extremely unprofessional didn’t even have any urgency to fix a tattoo that has scarred and looks horrible on my hand - Avoid this place at all costs!07/04 update: They never responded to my email and I called in to hopefully speak with someone the piercer who told me she’s the manager on duty at the time (12:45pm) let me know the “manager” Stephanie that tried to help me resolve the issue before isn’t even a manager and was zero help. At this point I wanna know, who even runs the place?

My friends and I had an outstanding experience here. Easily one of the cleanest tattoo shops Ive ever been in. I had a piercing done by Balthazar and I was incredibly comfortable the entire time. He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

They were amazing with their prices, extremely clean, totally personable and our tattoo artist Lorenzo is so talented. Cant wait to come back for my next tattoo already.

My two best friends and I went in at about 12:30am for a last minute piercing. Jessica greeted us and I LOVE her. Shes so sweet and is great to talk to. I got my daith pierced, and Im so glad I had her to do it. She gave great advice and also talked about future piercings. My daith is very small, but she made it painless. Definitely would 100% come back next time Im in Orlando!

I went to get a tattoo in memory of my brother and Topher did awesome job. Not only was he very neat, but he finished quick as well. If you want the best, go to Topher you wont be disappointed and Ill definitely be going back.

Jayme was amazing with piercing my nose it was an impulsive 21st birthday thing but Im so happy. Shes awesome and very nice and very knowledgeable and treated me like we had known each other for years. She also showed me all the instruments and proof that they were sanitary loved it there! Also having the same name helped me brave through the piercing lol

GREAT PLACE! Staff were very friendly and can’t recommend the artist “Chris” or known as “Topher” enough. I had an awful experience at a different tattoo shop an hour prior to coming here and he fixed the tattoo and was so friendly. Really nice guy and done really good work with the tattoo!!

This was a great first time experience! Came in to get my first tattoo and everyone was very kind and very helpful with my experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a tattoo or a piercing!

Joel is the one and only tattoo artist I go to, and I bring everyone I know to him as well. He fixed work that an ex-artist did, and I refuse to go to anyone else. Quality work, professional atmosphere, and all around badass! Looking forward to more business in the future. GO SEE JOEL!
