I came in there today good pricing the lady that did my ears piercing took good care of me or hardly felt it and so far so good you know other than that good job good work polite respectful
Worse customer service FL Mall location 12/12 and BEWARE to buy!! Husband tried to return 2 bracelets within receipt time frame and the manager refused to refund saying your wife name on receipt when my husband is the one who purchased with his own credit card and they write your ID down! Their sales associate don’t even know what a ankle bracelet was and sells 2 bracelets!! There employees shouldn’t have registered with his name on receipt. Wow they put another person name on receipt which is there mistake and we the consumer get penalized and won’t honor a return.. they were so rude and unethical practices!! Called corporate office to help assist and they were no help either! They try to call local store and they dodged all calls. Seems to be that the store manager don’t want to honor a refund to decrease their store commissions!!! Which is called gaming the system!! I will never buy from this franchise again!!

Absolute awful customer service in this specific location. Store manager Evelyn refused my return even though I had the receipt for the item and the card used. She claimed it was because the name on the receipt was a girls name and I am a man. Funny thing is, it doesnt say this in their written return policy in store or online. When pushed to explain the policy she would not read or explain it. I tried to return it at the other location in the mall and Evelyn called them to tell them our return should be refused without consideration. She said customer service would not allow the return either.Another funny thing, when I called piercing pagoda customer service, they said the return should be accepted, per their policy. After the district manager called the store, she then accepted my return begrudgingly. Took about a hour of my time to complete my return. I will never, ever shop here again and can not overstate the contempt this manager treated us with. Evelyn actively tried to deny us the refund, acting against their written policy and only conceding when a district manager called. Worst shopping experience in my entire life, by miles. Never seen someone so hell bent on acting against their own policy.

When you enter the mall, you need to make a left. We are next to The Mac store and Victoria secret!!! We have beautiful pieces so you can give a gift to someone special!! We also do free ear piercings.. Our staff is trained and qualified for doing piercing. Come and meet the new staff and the beautiful jewelry we have.
Had to exchange a rope chain necklace 3 times in 5 months. Thankfully I had the extended warranty. While I was there another customer was also returning their rope chain for the third time. The employees were rudely talking about both of us, instead of truly trying to help us. I wanted to get my money back since I tried 3 chains. I will never purchase anything from there again.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional. They listened to me and helped me find the perfect earrings for my little one.
I toke my 4 month old daughter there and it was a horrible experience, they pierced three times in the same ear my baby cause the earring wasnt working properly or that was what the person said. My baby got an ear infection due to this, the management never contacted me in order to apologize or compensate for the horrible incident. They were really unprofessional and what I hated the most is that after all the pain my baby went through at the end, the lady said oh we always have problems with that type of earring that you choose... 🙄🙄 if she knew something was wrong with that earring in particular why didnt she mention anything. Bottom line is I hated the place and my experience was horrible. I would never recommend this place to nobody

If you dont have money dont use the credit card because after some payment i went and told the same person i want to pay full amount. he will say that he cannot find me when you go to pay and tell you to call the bank so you might forget and get charge with fee.
Leasing program is a scam. Just say 90 same as cash or full price. Reps are not truthful and obviously will say anything to get commission. Im very disappointed with my experience with this piercing pagoda
