Dennis was amazing, he went over and beyond. My sons Mercedes needed Freon. Dennis was kind enough to explain the different hoses, the difference between the compressor and the freon. Luckily freon is all we needed. Dennis was kind enough to come outside thoroughly assisted and instructed us making sure everything went well. All of this while it was drizzling outside. I recently got a ticket for my headlight being out. Considering I couldn’t do the job by myself I went to autozone to get a replacement. In my car the battery needs to be taken out to have a replacement light so Dennis helped me. He walked me through the steps to help me fix my issue now and he also gave me knowledge for future. Dennis was so customer focused and simply knowledgeable. He needs to train some of the staff at Seminole Toyota in Sanford what knowledge looks like and sounds like especially to Eric in their Service Dept .....Dennis provided me with reassurance it wasnt anything related to my charging system like my battery, starter, alternator etc...He was so knowledgeable he even gave me a hack to start my car too in case it flooded again. Went into AutoZone on Christmas Eve because I had a piece of furniture in my back seat that I got in but couldn’t get out. It was a vintage piece and had wheels that I was hoping to get off with a tool so it would be easier to remove. Dennis went above and beyond to help me. He came out to the car and tried to find a tool that would fit. He also was able to remove the furniture in about 5 minutes that 3 of us had already tried for an hour. He also informed me my brake light was out which I was not aware of. He was courteous, helpful and professional and we truly appreciate the excellent service. Went to this autozone today because I was having issues with my battery terminal and Andre was extremely helpful. I dont know much about cars myself and Andre came out at looked at my car with no hesitations, told me exactly what the issue was and easily solved it with no problems. I used to love this autozone. I used to go here all the time. Spent atrocious amounts of money here, as i am a mechanic and buy all parts for myself and customer cars here. The spanish, short bald guy that wears a grey shirt must of not known i spoke spanish. Made a slick comment to me in spanish and even had an employee correct him and his answer to her in Spanish was, whats he going to do. Lost my service here. I do believe the parts sale manager, dennis i think is his name; needs a raise, as he is a very great individual, always helped me out. Though because of the spanish guy... Lost my business. Disrespect is the last thing anyone needs to be dealing with. Disgusting. About to go to advance auto. Atleast they care about the people that are handing them money to pay their checks.

The boys there are helpful and make the situation more smooth, because if were honest, more often that not youre in there because something is wrong with your car. if you need something car related this might not be the most cost friendly place, but they will have what u need.

Customer service at this location is sub par. I was assisted by Dennis R 3 different times today and not once did he seem engaged or interested in helping me check my car diagnostic. I am still waiting at the front of the line for dennis to finish his phone call. Dennis chooses to not wear a mask over any part of his face. This was a terrible walk in experience and I still have no answer as to why my check engine light is on.

Good location and helpful staff. They offer the traditional services of checking your battery and alternator. They keep all the usual parts in stock and will install batteries on request. The manager was helpful and was working with the other team member when I stopped by the store. They acknowledged that I was there and said they would be with me in a few moments, as they were a little busy when I walked in. The location was clean and organized. They had the air filter I was looking for on hand, but didnt have seat covers in stock that would fit my Rangers drivers seat. I was told I would need to order online and that they only carried the generic bucket seat or bench seat covers. I would recommend this location to others!

You can never give an auto parts store a 5 star rating. Why? We all know theyre more expensive than finding it elsewhere. That said, AutoZone typically has exactly what I need when I need it. They are actually my preferred choice for most parts due to warranty and ease of exchange or replacement.

Went to this Autozone and the employees had no idea what they was doing. The kept me at the location for 4 hours just to put in a new battery. Told me it was my starter when all along they had the battery in wrong. They also over charged me for the battery but at that point I was just ready to go. Please train your people properly.

Used to be my favorite store since its so close to my house and used to enjoy coming in hereto a staff friendly and eager to help and provide courteous customer but lately service its like you have to beg to get a straight answer and loan a tool means buy cause they never have what you need, its a shame but thats why you see so many store closing all the way around the state because of the employees dont understand what they sell more than anything else its customer service, people would travel a little bit more for it

Very displeased went in today to purchase some brakes for my vehicle the associate that was helping me seem to notice that I had purchase brakes before but didnt let me know about the about the life time policy. Which at this point you just took my money and just lost a customer. Well if you want your customers to come back someone need to train them much better. Because what im seeing in the comments is that the sale associates are selling customers items they dont need and not informing them about the product customer is trying to buy.

Angel Jimenez and Joseph were very helpful with getting me the part I needed to fix my break switch as well as fixing it for me real quick and easy as I had no clue what to do. Ive been in Auto Zone by my house in Deerwood at least 5 or 6 times over the past couple of years and EVERYONE in there are so nice and courteous and when I ask a question it doesnt matter who it is, they know exactly where to go in the store and always helps me. The second to last time I was in there, I needed a mirror for my passenger side. The person said that they didnt have those in stock but he can order it and I got it in two days. When I came to pick it up, the person came out and put it on for me. The last time I was in there (which was this morning and I wish I knew everyones names in there) I came in and asked if they had something to make the front lights clearer and both of them helped me wish information. One of them walked right up to it and gave it to me so I could find the right one and I paid and left. They are all very nice, helpful and very kind. Have a good day Auto Zone Auto Parts. :)

Great staff...thought my battery was dead come to find out my key fob died...Staff was honest and informative. I would recommend this store to my family and friends.

Dennis was the associate that helped me today. I bought a set of lug nuts with a lock for my car awhile back, but the key got lost by tire shop. Dennis helped me find new Lug nut locks for my car and even saved me money by advising against buying something i didnt need. Great customer service is why i continue to visit this store for anything i need for my car. He had plenty of patience when even i know im a handful as a customer lol.

Great friendly service. They helped me with a check engine light and a dead battery . They were knowledgeable and were happy to answer all my weird questions. They make me feel like they wanted to be helpful more than just upsell.

The staff here is amazing especially a man named Wendell, he came out to my car to check the codes, then proceeded inside to tell me all the things that may be causing the problem, how serious it was and how to fix it. Being a women I felt as if I was treated with respect and didnt ever feel like I was being condescended. I would go here again and again for Mr. Wendells helpful advice and courteous manner I cannot say enough good things!

So thankful for the customer service as soon as I walked in I was helped. I had issues with my battery and right away Dennis went the extra mile to figure out the issue.

I went there to get my battery checked and they didnt have it available at the store. It was clearly advised. Service could have also been better.

Im always able to find the parts that I need for my vehicles. When my engine light turn on, they help me diagnose the problem.

The Worker Franklin and the gentleman working with him on October 6th at night couldnt have been more helpful! not only did the gentleman inside help me with some issues I was having, he was super nice and got me what I needed! and Franklin was so awesome, stayed and helped change my battery minutes before closing and walked me through how to do it and pointed out a problem that i can fix with my engine circuit board! I found most of the items I needed, but when my friend asked for assistance with wiper fluid, she was given a general idea of where to look, before the sales associate disappeared. I feel like the friendliness of the employees was kind of disappointing.
