This company has thief working for them. I purchased the flashlight pictured to specifically keep in my car. Mind you this is not a cheap walmart flashlight and was a limited production run in that color scheme. After being in a minor wreck and leaving my car with COLOR RECON my insurance deemed the vehicle a loss so I went to pick up my belongings. Well the very 1st thing I noticed was my new flashlight was missing. Without making a big deal I confronted the employee that was helping me and his response was let me ask the guys like someone is going to fess up... Absolutely infuriating to say the least.

DON’T USE! Terrible customer service. I purchased a new vehicle and had some protectant applied. This company is sub contracted by the dealer to do this work. After MANY emails to Rich Franco and Sharon for a simple quote to re-do my car and no estimate, Sharon from the company emails me and tells me they “DO NOT DO COATINGS”. What kind of answer is that!I immediately respond with the direct quote from the dealership and her response is, “I wasn’t aware we were doing coatings for them”.DO YOU OR DO YOU NOT DO PAINT PROTECTION SERVICES AND CAN I HAVE A QUOTE? Super easy question for any competent business only answered by lies and run around.Many companies to choose from, choose one with great customer service instead!

I had an issue with my dashboard. Just went by & WAH LAH, QUICK, FRIENDLY, AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!
