Excellent service just purchased my to me 2008 Chevy Silverado! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with me. My recent vehicle and only transportation broke down and I was in desperate need of transportation to and from work. I was scheduled to work Saturday morning. Save yourself time and money and take your business somewhere else.I bought an Ecoboost F-150 from this dealership and the staff seemed nice and helpful when I was at the dealership but as soon as you leave the dealership everything changes. The agreement on the sale paperwork was that they would cover the cost to transfer my title. I was given a temporary tag by the dealership and told to go to the DMV. I went to the DMV who told me that it is something the dealership covers. The dealership finally sent me another temporary tag and said to wait until I get the paperwork in the mail. Well, after 2 temporary tags and several failed attempts to contact them on multiple days, I was finally sent a package from the dealership. They sent me a whole new plate instead of transferring the plate which was in the agreement. As fun as all that was, I was driving down the road when my engine blows and my truck shuts off. After taking it to a mechanic, I find that holes were blown in both sides of my engine block. I contacted the dealership asking if there was any way they could help in paying for it. I spoke with a manager who said they couldn’t help because it was just about a week past a 3 month warranty. He also said I denied an extended warranty which I was never offered. A P0297 code (you can google it to see what it means) was shown to have been cleared off the computer of the truck when my mechanic checked it. And now, as I’m getting the truck professionally detailed after spending $7,000 to replace the engine, and both turbos, I find that the driver side front door has been repainted and it seems to not even have clear coat on it. There are several spots around the truck where paint is starting to show “touch-ups”.For a truck that was talked up so much by staff and a truck that has a clean car fax history, something is really not adding up. Texas Motor Sales is a shady business and takes advantage of customers. We’ll see what else comes up with this truck.

Do not but a car here!!!! I bought a 2007 jeep wrangler that has the death wobble. Their mechanic verified the car has bad ball joints. They refuse to fix the issue. NEVER do business here. This is a serious issue with the car and could cause a fatal accident. They said sorry, nothing I can do!I was sold a car that could potentially cause a fatal accident! Although I told the sales person previously, he never informed the manager. The manager took the position that I never said anything so its my problem!!I watched the mechanic confirm the issue and also say that he wasnt even certain replacing the ball joints would fix the issue! So now Im paying $20k for a car that potentially isnt drivable and definitely not safe 👹I have alerted the media and will be calling my attorney on Monday. how do these people sleep at night???

At first I had a good experience. Then after I signed, I found out that the Kia warranty does not transfer to another owner. They gave me another warranty, which was awesome, but a day later I had to remove the battery to change a headlight, and it tripped the alarm system in the car. They never gave me a key fob, so the car wouldnt even start. I called a few times to try and resolve this, and Daniel didnt call me back, I called again, and spoke with Mike (who was excellent) that referred me to a locksmith to come get a new key fob made. I am upset that they didnt offer to do anything to help, and only having the car for two days, and its totally un drivable until I get the locksmith here. 3k down and no help once I left.

****DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE***At first it wasnt a bad experience, they didnt go above and beyond however I didnt have any complaints...yet. I had asked if the car we purchased had been in any accidents and the manager that was selling us the car had said no and that it was a one owner vehicle. I Believed him because it only had 12,000 miles on it and it was a 2015. Well a couple months later we find out that not only did he lie about the previous owner being a one time thing, it was a rental car/ fleet vehicle. Then we find out that the car has structural/frame damage and no one wants to buy this car from us now. We went down and talked to the manager and he said that we signed a paper saying that it wasnt in any accidents... what a deceiving person. He got us to sign a paper so he could sell us a lemon. He denied knowing about the structural/Frame damage but on the paper we got from the auto check said that it was announced at the auction that it had structural/frame damage, so obviously he knew about it and just tried to rip us off. When I asked him to see the paper we supposedly signed he told us the owner took our file home and he would email us the next day. The next day we called because he didnt email us and then he said that he would only provide the paper to our lawyer because he was mad that my fiancé posted a negative comment about us getting ripped off at his car lot. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! YOU SHOULD NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! IF YOU DO, THEN YOU REALLY SHOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST AND ALSO MAKE SURE YOU GET A VEHICLE REPORT DONE! ***WARNING*** DO NOT BUY FROM TEXAS MOTORS Auto Sales ****Be warned!! DO NOT BUY from here! I know most car sales people are liars but this place takes the cake! We recently bought a 2015 Ford Mustang with only 12k miles from here, we paid $24,000 cash to own it out right. We asked the manager (whom sold us the car) if it had any accidents or anything, he said oh no, no accidents at all. He showed us a vehicle report that said no accidents and had my fiancé sign it. Well it hasnt even been 3 months and we tried to trade the car for a truck and found out that it has structural frame damage that was announced at the auction that they bought it from and now no one wants to buy it. We politely went and talked with the manager that sold us the car instead of getting an attorney and they said we signed a paper. The paper we signed said there was no accidents like he told us but in fine print it had said it. So they will not do anything to help us out. WE WOULD NEVER have bought the car knowing it had structural frame damage as it wouldnt be even close to worth the $24,000 that we paid for it. This Manager of Texas Motorsports in Orlando FL really got us big time. I want you all to be warned not to buy from them, and if you do then you should read EVERYTHING including the fine print. What a Joke Texas Motorsports in Orlando FL is. Let our $24,000 mistake be a lesson learned for everyone. They sold me a complete lemon in 2010. I asked if the car had been in any accidents and they said they didnt know. I asked for a car history and they said as long as I paid $50. Come to find out, it was in a accident, they bought it at auction, and they repaired it! Ive had nothing but problems... Both visors broke, paint peeled on the left side, rocker panel came off as I was driving, horn stopped working, water pump broke a week after purchase, and thats just the beginning. Avoid this place!

When your approved for a vehicle take it off the lot. One or two months later your denied. We didnt get our down payment back because of the miles on the vehicle? How does a buyers contract go to renting a car without you signing any papers? Will not send anyone to this company.

RIP OFF!!! Bought an Explorer LE 3 months later found out that they didnt even have a clear title. Traded that for an Explorer sport track, 1.5 months later the engine required $2100 in repairs. I wish I could give negative stars.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment at all cost before you deal with the cost of a money pit car .They receive these cars at very low prices from autcion ridden with problems only to be scuffed up just enough so that they can lie and scam you out of your hard earn money .They will lie about its history and warranties that do not exist .This is a place with people with bad intentions for you .
