This is a great lil spot to find gently used and in great condition second hand appliances. Priced to walk out the door. They offer a great guarantee, if your not happy they will work with you. Doesnt seem like thats an issue for them. They test all appliances before putting them up for sale!

I was looking for a beige electric range about three years ago.l called several places Bob had one a really good one it was so clean inside like no one ever used the oven.It was in great condition.l am still cooking good meals with this range.l will always call Bob first if l ever need any appliance..Also the price was great too.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from these guys. The gentleman showed up at my house, diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and icemaker, asked me if there are any other problems I was concerned with. He left and went to order parts and arrive back one week later and replaced the ice maker in a hurry. I’m receiving ice faster than I ever have before and it’s no longer dripping any water from the ice maker. Very pleased and he was a very nice guy.

Really nice guys with a good selection of pre-owned washers, dryers, and refrigerators. Bought a dryer here thats been running great for years!

They had serviced our Samsung dryer for a drum belt that needed to be replaced, and it was under the extended warranty purchased from Lowes. That was fine. Then the extended warranty expired about two months later, and go figure, the pulley that drives the drum belt broke and they charged us $140 for a 10 minute fix to replace the pulley since it was now out of warranty.The pulleys are a KNOWN issue with Samsung dryers, the repair technician even said that. He was very surprised the original repair tech hadn’t replaced the pulley when he replaced the belt since they go together.You know what I think? I think the original repair tech saw that the warranty was expiring soon and he knew if he left the old pulley there it would break at some point and we would have to pay to get it fixed. The fact that the second tech basically admitted negligence from the first tech, but wouldn’t do anything about it, tells me these guys are not to be trusted.Update: I spoke with the owner (Bob Young) who said he had a technician that was less than stellar and did not end up being up to his standards, and this was the person who did the first repair. Bob made it right with us and we appreciate that level of customer service to make up for it.
