I ordered some tuff no see um screen at 11’ and a gentleman named Eric was pleasant on the phone during the order, after a personable conversation after determining my options, we found out he lived close to my home, and could help me out with delivery, long story short, the screen wouldn’t fit in his vehicle and going above and beyond a phone call after hours to inform me the screen would fit, he found a way to let me know he was sorry he couldn’t help out. I love this type of commitment to small businesses like mine. Thank you Eric for your message and I Hope Town and Country know how dedicated you’re at your position.

I was by the property and before I got a chance to speak to anybody, I was yelled at and told they were going to call the police on me when I was simply walking up to the property. I didnt look suspicious at all, wasnt dressed suspicious. Im wearing a professional dress and heels. I was alarmed at how rude they were and went back to the office to talk about what just happened and they continued to be rude and closed the door in my face. Honestly wish I could give zero stars.

The guys in the office are very helpful. They helped me decide the cheapest options and they didnt get annoyed with my thousands of questions😊 5 stars for this place!
