Great staff, high quality product with easy installation

The parts come and were very well protected and are very high quality. The problem is that the square posts need to be attached to base that they provided. They do not sell you the screws and its because the opening in the square post is 7.5mm. That screw does not exist. There for you will be searching long and hard for something that was designed with OUT understanding there is no fastener to attach their post to their base. Also, the base beauty ring when applied prior to attaching the base does not account for enough room to even put the lag bolts in because the base is too close to the first cable connector. Great looking but they should have installed this system prior to selling it. The clue was that they were going to send me the instructions with my order. They were not online. Lastly when they did send me something it was just a video on how to attached the cables to the clips.
