This is an excellent place to take your exotic car. I took my Bentley Continental GT there because the trunk lock malfunctioned and Sam the owner had the part available and got right on it. I recommend everyone go there.

Very unprofessional. I called several times. The young lady working at the time says Sammy says go ahead bring the car in. My car needed a several things done. Including brakes. I called every day. A week later Sammy says he started working on my car yesterday. After him having my car for 11 days. Nothing but the brakes and pads were done. Which I could of gotten done anyone for under three hours not 11 days. And the brakes are still making noises. Car still shakes when I stop. When I asked why everything we agreed to wasn’t completed. He proceeded to tell me “his time was too valuable “. How is that a response when you have had my car for 11 days. You are a liar and a crook. And I will make sure everyone knows all about you, your attitude and your service. Or lack there of And I will be reporting you to the BBB.

Very unprofessional. I brought my car up here for a simple oil change, and my car is fairly new and there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever besides me needing an oil change. Sammy goes on to try and scam me and lying claiming my car needed more work than it actually had. Unfortunately for me I still decided to use their services. They kept my car for 3 weeks, and when I’d call up there no one picked up the phone. I finally decide to drive up here and come to find out they had gone on to do extra work on my NEW CAR that I had not authorized. My car is no longer driveable even. Please for the life of me save yourselves the stress and do not come here

I’m very disappointed in the service this business provides. I took my car in for repairs and they sat on it for a week before even beginning repairs. Finally get my car back after almost two weeks and it’s still driving right. I took it in to get a second opinion and they told u and showed u the parts were never repaired. I confronted the shop and they denied all accusations. Best believe I will be definitely be contacting BBB to get ur money back and to file a complaint

Sami was very accommodating. Fixed my brakes in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable compared to other places Ive been. My new go to auto shop.

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this service. I have called several times and brought my vehicle here, and each time I am filled with disappointment. I have tried to give this service many chances, and every time the service I receive is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless. This place is overpriced, and the workers are careless and do not value customer service. On top of that, my car still has so many problems that I have not been able to figure out the reason. They held my vehicle for several days with no update. I will not be using this service again, and I recommend you all do the same. I cannot believe people continue to support this business that so rudely picks and chooses who to help.

The experience there was horrible I thought I was leaving my car in good hands but apparently not. When I got my car back after 2 months nothing was even done that needed to be done! The owner was rude to me as well as the workers, and to top it all off they had used my car to store things!!!! There are now grease stains from old car parts sitting in my car and trunk.

Service was unprofessional. Was lied to multiple days in a row about the status of a vehicle. Transportation to and from daily duties was compromised and put on hold because of this business who claimed they were working on the vehicle, but then refused to answer phones; or when they finally answered, lied and said things were being worked on when they weren’t, waste of time, money and effort. Avoid this place at all costs and go elsewhere.

Had car for over two weeks with no updates! sammy said they would call back but they never did and stopped picking up the phone. finally got car back and the service was okay. not impressed

Kept car for over a month taking it on a joyride

As a previous review state he tries to steal parts from his vendors to fix the vehicles hes working on. Ordered an engine and a transmission from our company. Claimed both were bad however wouldnt return either one. Sammi filed a credit card chargeback on both. Fortunately the credit card company saw the fraud Sammi was trying to commit and sided with our company. Im sure hell post a long response denying all of this but hes a liar. This is 100% the truth. Consumer beware!

If has a law in this country,someone need to take the license from this guys. They fix the timing chain on the Rover, and after sometime a year the chain again is problem. I wont give to this guys even a bicycle for repair! Stay away from this place! Thank you very much!Sammi you know very good Vlatko(do not said that you did not fix car for him) and me...You play around with us for 3 months fixing the chain and other things and drove the car around Chicago putting extra miles on the car.Very unprofessionally on first place..You will be provide with the parts and work what you did with pictures from the mechanic fixing the same thing now. Kept my car for a day just for an oil change, when I called no answer no, I had to go up there to get my car for him to say that the car is not ready yet.... Long story short he wasted my time and I never got my car fixed I just went somewhere else this was the most unprofessional experience I hope you don’t get subjected to this smh.

Great friendly customer service from beginning to end Sami believes in quality and truly care about his work that he puts into your car. My Range rover needed a new heart(Engine) he reapired it and now my ticker is tocking like never before. I would NEVER TAKE MY ROVER OR MY LEXUS TO NO OTHER DEALER. Prices are worth the work.

Do not come here ever!!!! SAMMY is liar. This mechanic cost me a new timing chain for my car. He is an amateur who pretends as mechanic. He will waste ur 5000$$$$ and not feel guilty at all. His license needs to be taken away. For all of you who own expensive cars STAY AWAY. Bills from repairing uploading soon! Lomg story short: I have to put a new timing chain after 20000 MLS since Semmi replace it. So now he claims im writing down a review after warranty expires. OFCOURSE its a range rover its not Toyota. That means 5000$ out of my pocket! If u fix it properly it will be good for at least 50000 MLS not 20000. And i will mention ur shop on the review from where I bought this car because they played u to do it right but u dont. So everyone who is reading this Ill give u helpful advice: if u have problem with the car that u just bought it and suddenly ur car broke down while ur car is still on warranty do not accept dealer mechanic like this one here Exptic Auto Repare because its SCAM and u will notice at least 500 600 miles extra on ur car. So I make random check at his shop after 3 weeks of lying that he is working on the car and when I came there I wasnt able to see my car...RIGHT MY CAR WAS NOT THERE. So I ask his guys where my car is? And the guy told me that Sami is on test drive..I was like ok cool maybe the car is finally done. BUT GUESS WHAT! I WAS WAITING FOR 2.5 HRS... and finally he came and I notice that my car actually wasnt touched AT ALL ..same wierd noises etc..and when i check the mileage I was surprised that my car has extra milles added and I notice his private staff on my seeds...so yes he used my car for his own needs and not even touch the engine for repare....worst experience ever
