I am in Hawaii on the Big Island and there are no Mazda dealers on my island so the transmission repair shop wasn’t able to locate transmission fluid! I ordered online from these guys and it got here before the transmission people could get it!!! Now I get my car back. Thank you!

We own a 1994 Ford Explorer Sport. We had it in to our local ford dealer service to fix an issue which required replacing an air intake tube that the dealership parts folks said was no longer available. Realizing that the 1994 Mercury Navajo was the same vehicle I was able to purchase a new replacement this Mazda parts business and now my 1994 Ford explorer is back on the road.

I needed one body part to repair damage from a minor accident but Mazda wanted twice what the part cost for shipping. I ordered it from these guys and about a week later my car was back to new, with OEM parts.

I found the parts that I needed easily on the website. I think the website is great and easy to navigate. The price of the parts that I ordered were very good until you factor in shipping. I really only saved about $10 from a different vendor because the other vendor cost more but had free (and much faster) shipping.One reason Im only giving two stars is the fact that I placed an order for two parts. I was charged for both parts before I was called and notified that they only had one part in stock and didnt know when they would get another. I was given a refund for the missing part, but I still pay the same price for shipping.However, the most important reason for a two star review is the fact that I forgot to write down which part wasnt in stock and had to call back to Zoom Zoom. The first person who answered the phone didnt even let me finish talking before I was transferred. The second person who answered was in Sales and wasnt very nice before she transferred me to a third person in shipping. The third person was even worse and he still wouldnt tell me which part was missing. I had to wait for a callback from the one guy in the whole department that knew anything about my order. He was great, the only person who listened and was very polite.The same day that I was notified that the part I wanted wasnt in stock, I placed an order with a different company. The cost of the part was more, but shipping was free. Plus, I received the part and its on my car already. Im still waiting for my part from Zoom Zoom to come in.My guess is that if you order a part online and its in stock you wont have any trouble and youll save some money. However, if you run into a problem and have to call, youll have to be very patient.

I ordered online and it was pretty easy with their diagram with all the car parts to find the right part. It fit like the original part. Shipping was pretty expensive for such a little part. $4 dollar part and $13 shipping. But they spent a lot of money on the big box to send the part in. But it didnt get lost.

I had to order a wheel arch moulding for a CX-5. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one due to some website confusion on my part. Nonetheless, the return was exchanged quickly (and I live in South Carolina!) and Jake, who stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was courteous, direct and wanted to make things right. I wish ordering parts was always like this!

Quality Mazda parts at a reasonable price

The license plate light assemblies I ordered for my 2012 Mazda 3 sedan were correct, however; the connector plug to the wiring harness was wrong. It was necessary for me to cut off the new connector plug, strip the wires, and attach the one originally in the car with butt connectors in order to fit the assemblies to my vehicle.

Always get exactly what I need and want from this company...very comfortable!
