Just had a Front and Read tire mount for my Triumph… very happy with the service the were quick and helpful. Also had the best rates out of the 5 other shops I called.

Jeremy was awesome. I called in wanting a motorcycle but wasnt able to make it until right before close. He took the time to get the paper work ready beforehand so it was ready by the time I got there. He was able to answer all of my questions and even stayed late to make sure i was taken care of. On top of that he made sure to tell me to call with any questions that come up about the motorcycle. I would definitely recommend going here for any motorcycle needs.

This shop sold me a road bike that wasnt street legal. The turn signal failed within a block of driving after purchase. I brought my concerns and the bike to the shop the next day to hopefully get a resolution. They spent 10 whole minutes giving me a (salvaged) part that lasted all of 2 blocks before it too failed.I ended up going to a different shop to make the bike (actually leagal), and with all that, they still failed to notify me of my license plate arriving until long after the temp registration expired.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I left my bike here to get looked at and they had it there sitting outside for 5 weeks to just tell me that they dont know whats wrong and that they cant fix it. They still charged me for their minimum labor fee. I took it to another shop down the road and they were able to tell me that same week what was wrong with it and fixed it! I used to always go to MotoFrugals but after that experience I wont be coming back.

These guys are so awesome. Im brand new to snowmobiling. They took time taught me about my machine and made recommendations. They did a great job on the tune up and did some additional work for free. Very very impressed!

Made a trade with these guys. A TTR125 for an RM85. Had a good experience. They were very nice, respectful, honest, and open with me. They made sure the RM was clean and running well for me to take home. It had sat on the showroom for a few months so the carb was a little gunked up. So they made sure to get it running for me. They even compression tested it for me to show that the motor was healthy. Now that Ive had the bike home for a few days Ive given it a more thorough inspection and I am very pleased. We purchased a Polaris from them at end May on the condition they would order and replace a part. They agreed and said it was ordered and will call in a couple of weeks to let me know it was in. Since COVID it takes longer. Over a month and I heard nothing. My temp tags on our machine expired still nothing. I called them and they informed me they have had our registration for a while. They never called to say they were in and never mailed them to us. Asked about the part said they were getting it on Wed. So on Saturday we drove down to get the tags and parts installed. We live in South Jordan so not like I’m just running down the street. Got there and they don’t have my parts. At this time the part they were going to replace is completely broken. Asked what they were going to do because we would like to use the machine. They said they would call about the part and let us know later that day. It is now the end of July still no part and have heard nothing from them.

This was originally a 2 star review, it has been changed to 1 star after my interaction over the phone with Jeremy.He called me about my complaint and proceeded to talk to me about my negative review. He didn’t like that I was going to “nitpick” their business for getting me my license registration late even after they had over 4 weeks to pick up the items and mail them to me. On top of that I enquired about these items weeks before. I never got an apology or an explanation as to why my stuff would be late, all I got was “we can’t control the mail”. As a business it’s not your place to tell me that I shouldn’t be upset or blame you when you fail to make good on your word. Even if it is one day late that is your fault.It’s not how I would do business. It seems from a lot of the more unsavory comments that a lot of people feel like this shop doesn’t take responsibility in the same way a really great shop would. Just admit you guys made a mistake and try to fix it, don’t just say “it’s out of our hands”. Keep your word.Bought a bike from them, did all the necessary paperwork and was told that I would be mailed my plates before my temp plates expired.They did not fulfill this promise. I called and was told I would be called back, I was not called back. I called again and they told me that they would get my plates the day my plates expired. Mind you, I called about 2 weeks before my temp plates expired and again 4 days before my temp plates expired.I’m not happy that I have to drive back out their to get my plates.

They were very unprofessional and had very little product and inventory knowledge. I asked basic questions about the bike I was buying (street triple or street triple R?) and they couldnt answer? I asked about mileage and they said 8900 - checked, only 6900.Around 5:45 the salesman told me that they would be there until 6:30. I left the bank at 6:30 just around the corner from the dealership and he made me wait until the next day to finish paperwork. I rolled over to the dealer anyway and found them hanging out in the parking lot. I was surprised how little interest they had in selling a motorcycle.The next day they called me in the morning and ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. Said that they worked up the deal wrong and forgot to include property tax. I told him that it wasnt my mistake and he said We dont have to do the deal then! I was surprised they were willing to lose my business over $62.Overall they just provided poor customer service. They were nice and gave me a free $100 helmet with the motorcycle purchase.

They refused to honor the price that they quoted me on a motorcycle. Changed it to double the price. Cited a clerical error and offered me a small discount. Went from happy to major disappointment quickly.

This is a one star review that was truly earned. Motofrugals had my machine for over a month. They told me my repair would take a week. When I hadnt heard anything after 10 days, I called, only to find out they hadnt even looked at it yet. They told me theyd look at it that afternoon and call me the next day. Three days later I called again because I hadnt heard anything. They said theyd looked at it but werent sure what was wrong yet. They said they were brainstorming. Im not sure theyd really looked at it yet. They said theyd call me back later that day, or the next day, and let me know what theyd come up with. I called them just before closing the next day because they hadnt called me. They still werent sure what was needed, but said the repair would be somewhere between $100 and $2,000. Im not making this up. I asked them if they could work up a quote so that I could know how much I was really looking at spending. They said they would, but then I didnt hear from them, again. This went on for a month, with me always having to call them because they never would call me, even when they said they would. I was given all manner of excuses. Finally after a month, I showed up at the shop in person. I had been told they were storing my machine in the shop, but I saw it sitting in the alley next to the road. I asked for an update and they told me theyd have the machine ready the next Monday. Monday came and went with no contact. I called on Tuesday, and they said they hoped theyd have it ready in another week. I spoke to a manager who promised to get it fixed for me, but still wouldnt give me a timeline, so I gave up. I told him Id be there the next morning to pick up the machine. After all the delays, lack of communication and broken promises, they still charged me for their diagnostic time.Ive been taking all my machines to Motofrugals for the past several years, but this was the last time for any of them. Motofrugals has seen their last dime from me.

Took my bike in for a tire change mount and balance. They told me over the phone it would be $110. When I dropped it off they said it would be $135. When I picked it up it was $145. When I asked them why the price changed three times they shrugged thier shoulders and told me where to stick my credit card. Will not be returning to this business.

Great Klim selection. Some great deals on helmets and the plow I purchased was also way lower than everywhere else I had looked.

HORRIBLE SERVICE experience. THESE GUYS WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK and treat some of their best most consistent customers like they could care less. After countless years and thousands of dollars of business with these guys I had them do a fix-it kit on my Polaris Pro. I paid $1400 to have them do the work and 149 miles later THE SLED BLEW UP. No sled should blow up 149 miles after a fresh top end. I had my guess that the issue was an oil injection hose which is why the motor wouldve seized the third time riding the sled since they rebuilt it. When I gave them the opportunity to make things right instead of just taking my business elsewhere they were put out I even called to see if they would warranty their garbage work and/or tear into it to see what had gone wrong. I told him I was almost positive it was an oil injection hose and after convincing Jeremy they at least had an obligation to see what was wrong he popped off the side panel and called back ten minutes later saying I was right. He said it wasnt their fault and that there was nothing they could do although my crank was probably done (which ended up being correct; cracked cylinders, pistons done, crank was done). I asked him if the hose had broke or just come off and he claimed it appeared to just come off. I asked how this was not due to mechanic error not putting the hose back on correctly seeing how before they tore my motor apart it never had oil injection issues up to 1400 miles. He said they didnt have to take the hose off to do the work but anyone who works on motors knows that they 100% guaranteed took all hoses off to get everything out of the way to get the work done. I couldve easily done the work myself but instead I TRUSTED Motofrugals to do the work because I didnt want to spend the time so I gave them business AND THEY TOTALLY SHAFTED ME. Last time I step a foot in their place ever again. Not to mention they treat their employees like garbage. That is why their no.1 mechanic left and multiple other people have left. This place is a joke and does not know how to treat their customers.

What a waste of time! Saw a used BMW I was interested in buying. Wanted to test ride it first. The sales guy said the store owner has to be here, so he says come back tomorrow afternoon and the owner will meet me. I come back, but the owner didnt show. The clerk didnt tell me this and had me waiting around until I got it out of him, and that I still couldnt test ride the bike. I was played and they lost a $12,000 sale today. I was ready to buy it if it passed my test ride and we could agree on a price. They also lost a customer. I dont like being told a bunch of bullshit, so I will buy my dirt bike parts and supplies from now on elsewhere. Stay away from this crap outfit you can do much better elsewhere.

Every time I go in the guys are really helpful. Ive bought snow plows, helmets, and maintenance parts. Ive never had one issue. This week I needed some random parts for a trip this weekend, Jeremy went out of his way to track them down and overnight them from another dealer to make sure I made my trip. Thanks for everything!

I went in a week ago to get my tire changed. The guy told me it would be 27 dollars and it would take 4 hours to get the tire changed, so I agreed to it anyways. When I got there the guy said it should be done by the end of the day, and he said he would call me when it was done. Well I called five minutes before they closed and this lady answered and I asked her if my tire was done being changed and she said yeah it has just been sitting for like an hour. So they didnt even call me when it was done. Then today called to buy a chain. They told me the chains were 19 dollars. When I got there they brought the chain out and tried to sell me the chain for 50 bucks. Then I asked about the 19 dollar chain and the guy came back with the same box and said it was 19 dollars now. So they tried to scam me. He said It might need to be cut from 120 to 116. So I went home and tried it on the bike just to make sure it wasnt to big and like he said it was to big. So then I went back and asked them to cut it to 116 so only 4 links needed to be cut off. When I got home I tried the chain on and no matter how far I moved the axle forward it would not fit. So then I counted the links and realized that they cut off like 10 links. So Im guessing they cut off to many links so I could come back and tell them and then probably tell me to buy a new chain.

One if the better priced places to get motorcycle tires installed. But they have never called me to let me know they are done. Ive always had to call them.

I just got charged $75 dollars to change a clutch cover gasket. I am terrible with machines and I have done that job in less than 20 min. easy. Even worse they didnt even fix the primary problem I brought my bike to them for. I feel like they try to gouge you for as much money as possible instead of just charging a fair price.

Long story short, they serviced my bike. We agreed on the price for their services. They performed additional services without my consent to do so. They tried to charge me around 70 bucks more for the additional services without my consent to do so. I had to have the police come down and mediate after the mechanic behind the counter told me get the *uck out, take your ass outside. Point blank, you do not render services outside of your agreement without consent! Its safe to say, they will never see my face again. Class Act these guys. . Horrible!

Dropped off my bike to get a tire changed on Thurs. Told me it would be ready by Sat. Stopped by on Monday after 5pm payed for it and the guy brought it out and said it was all done but nope, no tire change. So he goes to ask the service manager and comes back to imform me the service guy called in sick. Tells me he will get on it first thing Tues. So I go by to grab it on Tues. 10:20 and still not done. Says they will get right on it. No thanks first time to try these guys and a total fail. If I had service that could not be seen I would have left on Monday thinking the service was done and payed for.

Had a trip planned for next Wednesday and called about 6 other places when I was told to give Jeremy a call he got me in and got my forks done for my trip I will definitely be back

Cody at Motofrugals was very professional to deal with. At first I felt like he was just a young kid, but after a few minutes of talking with him I could tell he knew a lot more than his age let on. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to buy a battery for my bike on Saturday, while I was there I decided to get a price for my rear tire installed. I was quoted a price and told it could be done by Monday or Tuesday. I gave him my card and was charged the quoted price. I left my bike there that day. On Tuesday I called to check the progress of my bike and was put on hold while they checked. After a five minute wait they came back on the phone to ask what bike was mine (not impressed). I told him and he left me on hold again while he looked, after a short wait he came back on and said he was not aware my bike had been there and would get right on it. Two hours later I dropped by to find my bike in the same spot I left it Saturday outside the gate and filthy because it had been rained on all weekend. I went in and expressed my displeasure and was told they would jump right on it. At five o clock they called and told me I could come pick it up for the remaining price of $62.00 remember I paid up front. I was told I misunderstood the sales person and that this is industry standard to pay twice. They didnt take into consideration they had left my bike out all weekend, lost it on their own lot and it was obviously my fault I misunderstood the price. They made zero attempt to appologize for their carless service. Of course unless you count them spraying off my bike. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I was getting ready to go for a ride with a friend on Saturday when I noticed my chain was WAY loose. I tried to tighten it and I the axel was bottomed out and I was stuck. I called Motofrugals and Greg answered. After telling him about my situation and that I was planning to ride in an hour, he said there were no techs in on Saturdays, and he had not changed a chain in a while, but if I brought the bike in, he would do his best to help me so I could ride. I took my bike in and Greg found the problem, it was the wrong chain for the bike. He got me a new chain and installed it. In our conversations I found out he is an owner of MotoFrugals which is why he had not changed a chain for a while. GREAT service. Thanks Greg, you saved my day! In case his techs do not believe he put a chain on I took a picture to prove it.

Made the mistake of buying a used PWC fromThis dealership. Last words from the salesperson were let us know if you have any issues with it. First trip out check engine light comes on and Machine goes into limp mode. First call I make is to let this dealership know that sold me a piece of garbage. Had the machine into a few different Seadoo dealerships and each time I took the boat out on to open waters had additional electronic issues. In an entire summer I only was able to put 5 hours on this boat because of one issue after another. I finally cut my losses and traded in the boat for a new one. My loss was MotoFrugals gain. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere and buy your toys from a REPUTABLE dealer. This place buys garbage from auctions in an attempt to pawn it off on unsuspecting customers such as myself. I know, my fault for buying a 5 year old machine with only 21 hours on it. What appeared to be a good deal turned out to be a nightmare! Nothing like the feeling of being dead in the water in the middle of Bear Lake and East Canyon and Pineview. But hey, at least my teenage son got a lot of practice learning how to tow his old man back to shore with a PWC that I didnt buy at this JOKE of a dealership. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! If you have issues with used equipment, the only offer of assistance this place will offer is telling you GOOD LUCK!

I was in a HUGE last minute bind and Clint in service caught my hail mary pass I threw him and saved the day. I am so thankful Motofrugals helped me out when I needed help the most. They got the job done quickly, did great work on my bike, and were very kind to me despite the wrench I threw in their schedule. They could have turned me away, but they didnt. These guys are cheap and thats all there is to it. Their mechanics do a sub par job and dont take responsibility for their actions. If you want something done right to your vehicle dont take it here simple as that. This shop should be your absolute last option. They messed up my roommates forks and still made him pay to redo it, and wouldnt even look at my bike again when their valve job was done completely wrong.Hey jeremy since it wont let me respond hopefully this will work. I appreciate the quick response. the other necessary repairs you mentioned was a loose chain which i took care of in 5 min, so yes i declined that. And I know how valves work. your shim job lasted one ride and that was the first time they were shimmed. so i called to have you take a look at it and yall couldnt even get me in for 6 weeks. just seemed a little ridiculous to me. then because i didnt want to deal with you guys anymore and wait 6 weeks i learned how to do a valve job and shimmed them my self and its ran like a charm since. put like 30 hours on my shim job without a hiccup. so your job lasted one ride and mine countless. it just doesnt add up. so i understand where you think youre coming from but with all due respect something just wasnt done right on your end and yall wouldnt even give me the time of day. again i do appreciate the response jeremy.

Weve ordered two helmets from here. The first time we went in on Friday night, we bought the helmet and they said they would need to place an order and it would take two days to arrive. They said they would place the order first thing Monday. They said it would be here wed, we explained we had a ride planned for Thursday to Vegas, they assured me it would be in. They DID NOT place the order on time, they placed it on Tues so we did not get in until Thursday. We had to cancel our trip and ended up paying over 300 for a hotel we didnt get to stay at because we couldnt cancel in time. They seemed like they cared and it would be a one time thing, it WASNT.Called in and placed another order on Friday. The following Monday was a holiday. We were told they would place it on Tuesday and have it sent next day due to the issues we had with the previous order. I called wed and the helmet wasnt in. The email I received from the owner stated The same day shipping and next day delivery doesnt seem to happen as stated by the vendor. However when I called back in the guy said the order wasnt even placed until wed. Today they called (Monday) and said it finally came in.The only reason we ordered from this company a second time was because they seemed like theyd fix it and they sell the SHOEI NEOTECH for $599, instead of 662 like other places. We will never go through this company again.
