Everything exactly how they said it would be. Packaged very nicely, shipped fast. They put all my accessories into my gun case, or installed them for me. The case had the foam removed to fit the scope nicely. On top of all that, I had just moved so the credit card info was looking funny, they gave me a personal call to double check that I wasnt being robbed, didnt slow down my order a bit! But they are slowly changing my opinion.June, 2021Low quality business that puts no effort into retaining existing customers. My friends and I have never had good experiences here. The only way they must stay in business is by taking advantage of the few first-time customers they get. They talked me into buying one of their employee’s used guns that ended up having multiple problems that I had to fix on my own. After a few months I tried to trade it back into their store to upgrade. But the very employee that sold it to me used said they don’t accept that brand of gun used or for trade-ins after they sold it to me as a trade-in in the first place. After emailing them for a couple of weeks and getting responses far and few between, they offered to let me trade my gun in for store credit worth 1/6 of what I paid for it. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if I have to wait weeks to have things shipped to me from Internet vendors.

Staff and service are nothing short of phenomenal. I had pre-ordered something with the hopes of getting it for a certain trip I was taking. When it became clear that it wasnt going to be in stock in time, I went in and they helped me sort out an option that satisfied all my needs even though it was a hassle for them to swap all of my order information over. Was in Utah for my first time from Washington state on a road trip. Wanted to check out Utah Airguns on my trip. Everyone there was great and I was getting a little range time with my Impact Mark2 after having the power plenum upgrade a couple weeks ago. Gun counter elitism.. from the sporting goods store to the local airsoft gun shop, we all know how common an obnoxious this is. I am so cool an know so much more than you cause I sell guns with UAG being pretty much the go to shop for pcp in most the nation I was expecting this attitude to be honest... well I was dead wrong. the customer service, atmosphere, and just how respected we felt. my 8yo son left feeling confident and excited.. the staff giving him high fives and pointers on the range. these guys lead the market for a D#mn good reason!

Placed two orders first one in end of February. Was told everything except the back ordered item would be shipped. I usually purchase my air gun supplies through palm beach air guns who provide exceptional service. Took the risk of trying a new shop and now i can’t shoot till April which is when i am told my pellets will arrive with the back ordered items. Forewarning, when they say backordered - expect at least a month...

Bought a gun I need serviced note the gun is less than a year old shouldnt need to be serviced but none the less it does. Im not even asking for it to be covered under the warranty willing to pay but was sent fx airgun US in Wilmington NC. Good luck getting them on the phone. Bought the gun from Utah airgun because of the good customer service I heard of but they seem to just pass the buck on me.

I have had them take the time to do stuff way above what is required to make sure I am happy with my purchases. I had a issue with a digital scope once that was locking up. Thadeous meet me away from the store to do a update on his own personal computer to get me back up and running. I was in shock that he had done this for me. I believe this company has been very successful and it is not by accident. When you provide service like that the byproduct is success. I just wish more companies would come to this conclusion. I have been dealing with Utah Airguns for several years now. My dad taught me to find a reputable product, manufactured by a reputable company and sold and serviced by a reputable dealer. Utah Airguns has been that dealer. And they carry the models from the companies I find best suited to me. Everything shipped insured to me, arrived in great shape double boxed and sometimes within a hard case. Ive made several large purchases with Utah air guns and bought some accessaries from them. When I call I often get an answer quickly and during busy times Ive gotten into the phone queue and received a call back that day usually within a few hours. These guys are not pushy trying to make a sale. They ask me why I called them. I have gotten information from them, had questions clarified, been given tips on maintenance issues, been able to discuss brands and models to determine which might serve my needs better. Ive never felt rushed and have been transferred to an individual more knowledgable about customizations etc. Ive watch other sights and forums and have found favorable comments about Utah Airguns. The statements I liked best were the ones regarding Utah Airguns response to complaints, most of which were regarding shippers mishandling of goods. Ive had good service from them. I dont say good luck because they pay attention to detail and luck doesnt come into it.

Tbh the store is great range is great but customer service is everything I had came in a 2 days before bought some slugs and came all the way back from California just to buy a gun from there shop mind you no sleep walked in to a store fill with people but they wouldn’t sell a thing just bc a was there 3 minutes after 6 still watch there YouTube tho can’t lie good content but the service isn’t there

I was in for a penny so I went in for the whole pound. I didnt quite understand everything about the orders and the setups for the air guns but they called me they helped me out so that I wasnt disappointed in myself or in them when I received my (PCP). Only one thing was missing from my three orders that all came in within 4 days of each other and as soon as I called they took care of it lickety split. I will most likely be using them as much as I can.

I purchased a fx impact mkll from utah airguns about a week ago very pleased with it this gun is an absolute tack driver however after about 500 rounds I didnt shoot well at all I called Utah airguns told them what was going on they said bring it in and lets see what is going on with itI took the gun in And they started to troubleshoot It After putting a new Barrel liner New silencer new scope on it is a tack driver once again very very pleased with the customer service at utah airguns the staff is very knowledgeable I will be a lifetime customer of theirs

I ordered a FX Wildcat MKIII during the height of covid-19 from Utah Airguns and I was pleased with my experience. It took 7 weeks or so for FX to ship them my gun but when they got it, they shipped it promptly. My compressor had metric threads (I think) and I could not attach my fill probe thus I could not charge my gun. I put in an order for two male Foster connections and when they received the order, since they had the parts in stock, they arrived two days later. I am happy with my experience and the high-quality products I purchased from them.

The help I got from everyone I interacted with at Utah Airguns was above and beyond anything I expected. They were so professional, gave me great info on things to research, and helped me make a decision I am very happy with!

If I could leave less than a star I would. Purchased a $1000 rifle from them, paid an exorbitant amount for overnight shipping and received it late. They refuse to fight to have the shipping refunded due to late delivery. Why would they charge me overnight shipping if they couldnt deliver???

Very unhappy with the custom service. My dad and my brother tried to go in half an hour before the sign said they closed. There were 4 people inside just chatting and finally after my brother knocked on the glass door they came and just kept saying no, very bruskly and unapologetically.Its a bummer, because I encouraged my dad (who is visiting from Mexico) to go by and see what they had as a non-traditional firearm option for rabbit control down there and they wouldnt let him in for 5 minutes to take a look in person. Now I seriously doubt hell ever give you a chance again.A sign or at least a polite explanation would have gone a long way.

I had been researching air rifles for quite a while. Once I narrowed it down, the next step was to handle and shoot them. Locating a quality and dedicated air rifle shop with an indoor range was a little more difficult. Especially in California. I located Utah Airguns online and decided to make the drive to Utah. When I walked in the store after 750miles I was greeted by Travis. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, as were all the staff. I was able to handle and shoot the air rifles I was interested in and surprised myself by choosing the one that I thought I wouldn’t like. I was on a motorcycle, so they shipped the items to my home back in California. Another employee saw that I was on a motorcycle and gave me directions to a great ride in the mountains nearby. Great shop, great selection, great guys. Special place, worth the drive.

I am new to airgun and was looking to see what Utah Airguns had to offer. I have had more then few friends highly recommend their store. I had a few questions I wanted to ask and educate myself on various calibers and options. It looks like they have good prices, clean store, and great stock of various merchandise. However I wasn’t able to get answers to my questions do to the fact either a staffing issue with employees or customer service is nonexistent at 10:15AM. I love this place. I’m recently getting into the air-game. Every time I come into the store the staff and owners or managers are very friendly. You can feel that they are genuinely passionate about what they do and the air community. They have top of the line products, even the newer slug hybrids that everybody is raving about on the internet. Their indoor air range is awesome too. It has interactive metal targets and it’s sort of western/desert themed with sand on the ground and cactus. You have to go check this place out.

Decided to purchase from Utah airguns because the owner seamed like a genuine person from watching his videos. I got the crown in .30 a scope and mounts. Thinking I was going to have to assemble it all. When It showed up everything was mounted on the gun already. Went to shoot it and its already sighted in. Absolutely impressed by the gun and them. I had a crazy good time here! The firearm range is pretty good (very similar to ready gunner and get some guns and ammo). The airgun range is where this place really shines. They have a ton of plinking targets that range from nearly microscopic to pretty big. The airgun that we rented was their basic one, but it was deadly accurate, and blew me away with how much fun it was. The staff were friendly, passionate, and very professional. I will be back very soon, and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a phenomenal time!

I have been in the market for a high end air gun, even though i am new to airguns. A few weeks ago i placed an order for an FX-Impact and all the accessories from one of your competitors. When I asked about the sale on Impacts she informed me she had one left, in black, .25 cal, exactly what i was looking for and already had on order with your competitor, yet didnt expect delivery until mid Dec. After expressing strong interest in purchasing the Impact from her she was awesome in explaining all the accessories and options as well as the pros and cons of each. Great customer service always one on one and focus on the customer to match the right product. I love their airguns but they also sell airsoft!
