They only have S, M, and L sizes which is weird and annoying cuz they have cute stuff but none of it fits me. They don’t cater to smaller and larger women. The employees also follow you around excessively and as soon as you grab something they ask if they can take it for you before you can even decide if you like what you’re holding. I feel like I’m being watched like a hawk. I know they’re trying to be helpful but it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Brimm has the cutest clothes! Whenever I walked by their store I thought it was just another one of those boutiques with overpriced basic clothing. But when I decided to go in and actually look at the clothes, I was so happy to find the cutest items! Also, the employees there that day were the sweetest and most helpful girls ever!

Bought some dresses here for my girls a year ago and they have held up extremely well over time. The fit is excellent, they are so soft and comfy, the colors have lasted very well, we love the pockets, the prices are great here and the quality is excellent. It is extremely difficult to find modest dresses for very tall, trim girls, but this store is a great place to go. Easy care too. They are now the first place I go when I need a dress.Just ordered online and got free shipping and it was at my house less than a day and a half later!!

I went to Brimm for the first time today and it is my new favorite store. Their dresses are so soft and a ton of them have pockets! I usually hate shopping but the employees (particularly Vi) were super helpful and really made it a great experience.

This boutique is SO CUTE! They have decent pricing and a huge variety of clothes and shoes. I love it because its not ridiculously overpriced like other boutiques are. The girls there will always tell you their deals and help you in any way you need. I recommend this place 100%

Wrong advertising price on items like this skirt aid was $37.50 and at the time to pay was $45 dollars plus sales taxWas first time trying to shop at this store but after that we decide to leave what we have and don’t come back

My wife and I went in here to get her some dresses, not really with high expectations or anything, just the first stop of likely many. She found several dresses that she loved, and it turns out that all dresses were $25 in the whole store! The staff was super helpful and engaging. We were able to conclude our what would be several hours of searching at our first stop! If youre at University Mall, make sure to head down here, since its down one of the short sections near a few vacant spaces, so we almost didnt even walk down there.

I am incredibly unimpressed with this store. I ordered a pair of shoes from them in early October – the second time I wore the shoes, the leather started to tear. I reached out to send them photos of the tears and ask about the process for receiving a refund for the faulty product. They responded and said they needed more photos to send to the manufacturer and would respond to me within a week with options. I never heard anything. I have followed up multiple times and still have not received acknowledgment or a response. It been over a month since I first contacted them. This is legitimately the worst customer service I have encountered. Since they sold me a bad pair of shoes, they should at the very least address my concerns in a timely and responsive manner. But really they should in good faith provide a refund (and a shipping label to return them), regardless of what the manufacturer says. I will never purchase from this shop again and I wouldnt advise anybody else spend their money here either.

DO NOT BUY from this Boutique! If I could I would give NO stars. Yesterday I got an email regarding some new stuff they put out. So I go look and they had these adorable little booties on there for a $1. I was like no way. And the 5.5 was sold out so I knew it had to be true. So I ordered my sisters and I a pair. Later that day the cancelled my order and refunded my the $6 and some change. I emailed them and they said they were out of stock. No they werent !! They didnt want to give me the shoes because they put them on there wrong amount. This company doesnt stand by their mistakes as a company should and they stopped emailing me back. Bad customer service??? I think so! At least own up to your mistakes and make things right! This company doesnt make things right!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
