Was actually shocked when we went in tonight to exchange some shoes. A girl with long black hair was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME standing at the front right when we walked in! Didn’t even greet us or anything. Another employee was busy chatting with her friends and the other was unhelpful / took forever at check out. It was so weird to me. Wish I would’ve just returned online.Update: the girl that did my return processed it incorrectly and I didn’t even get a full refund. She took ages and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. So annoyed. Says on the receipt that her name was Emma.
BUYER BEWARE!!!Well that will be the last time I ever buy anything from footlocker.I bought a Pair of shoes for my son for back to school and I end up getting the wrong size by a half size. I came back ONE WEEK later but didn’t have the receipt and even though the shoes were obviously brand new and I showed him my transaction on my bank account they wouldn’t give me a full credit on the return. They would only give me half credit so I ended up having to return them and buy another pair at full price!ABSURD policy and I will MAKE SURE I tell EVERYONE I CAN about this asinine policy.
Horrible selection for mens Nike shoes. Used to be a lot better but now its all the shoes that Nike couldnt sell online so they sent this location what was out of season.If you want good Nike or Jordan shoes, go to one of the malls up North.
Horrible, I was ignored and ignored and ignored again. And when I did finally ask for help the guy just shrugged his shoulders idk absolute worst customer service ever!! Everyone else is wearing there gym clothes and get immediate attention. Im riding my motorcycle, so Ive got a jacket on and a helmet in my hand. That shouldnt disqualify me from buying shoes though should it? Ill never shop here again.
Useless!!!! All the employees where by the door too busy socializing and on theirs phones, the only helpful person was the younger tall white young man and the one at the register, other then that foot locker should really look into how unhelpful the other’s were !!!
Man so many negative reviews about this place I honestly don’t understand themIve went for the first time today and it’s true not much of a selection for the Jordan’s but overall service I’ll give it a five got assisted by two employees not sure the second employees name but got help by George the second I walked in and it was packed he helped me with the size I needed and no attitude at all when I was like naw I’m good get me a 9.5 of these I had like 4 pairs out and he kept bringing more out excellent service from that guy man I’ve spent 350$ first time in there and I’m coming back for them rayguns af1 like I’ve told him great job George excellent customer service. 💯
Poor selection, unprofessional workers who swore like a sophomore in highschool, one worker reeked of alcohol and took 15 minutes to pull shoes that they didn’t even have in stock. would avoid.
The store is garbage now. Employees spend more time looking at their permed, e-boy looking hair in the mirrors and sending snaps than they do helping customers. Jared Sharp would fire them on the spot.
Good place, they don’t have a huge selection, especially for men sizes but I had a really good experience going last time. They seem to know about sneakers and the guy, think his name was Anthony, was great. Super nice and knew what he was doing. They had a really good sale on the Jordan 3 unites but didn’t have it in the size I wanted but he was able to order me a pair and still give me the 40 dollars off and free shipping. Not sure how he got them, cuz I’m pretty sure that size is sold out but I’ll take it.
Not the first time Ive had issues with returns/exchanges. Bought a pair online, they showed up and I wasnt a fan. Went in-store to return. Didnt even look at the shoes and said I could only exchange (luckily thats what I was planning to do). Nothing in-store I wanted at the moment...asked for a gift card instead....he said Im not allowed to do that....?....I showed him the online policy that says I can....he said not in their store...so I ask...what if I want a shoe thats cheaper (the ones I were returning were $170)...he said Id have to get socks and stuff to make it the same amount. Lazy employees who dont want to help and cant think for themselves so they just throw out the word policy to get out of anything. Took the shoes to South Town and got a full refund instead.
Ive been here before and I enjoyed the shoes and service I received. Today I went again to buy new kicks and the store was closed with a security gate, despite reading online that it was open. There were five other customers who showed up the same time I did and were also disappointed to find the store locked up. Call ahead to be sure they are operating
Very disappointed!! Came pin with my son looking for some Air Force 1. Was told by Cage/Gage that they did not have the size. When I asked if he could check other stores he told me he did and there were none within 100 miles. I checked on the website and found the shoes available. I asked a female employee if she could order them online, she then asked Cage/Gage and he said that they do no place orders online for customers. In speaking to Mike in customer service who helped me place the order he apologized for the employee not wanting to place the order and said “wow he just didn’t want to place the order”. So sad last time I come in to this store. Might as well just place orders on the phone or website at least you won’t be lied to your face!
Great service and good employees. They changed locations within the mall recently and it is bigger and better. I love the options and the customer service! 👍🏼
Okay, I walked in and the guy there just stood behind the counter. Didn’t ask if I needed a size or if I was looking for something specific...just stood there leaning on the counter. I looked over a few times and kinda gave a couple windows for him to oh i don’t know....BE A GOOD EMPLOYEE?! But he couldn’t care less. I finally asked for to try on 4 different pairs of Kyries and a pair of Paul George’s and he said they didn’t have my size...IN ANY OF THEM. Dude. The guy could not care LESS about doing his job and it was clear.

We went into the store looking for help and knowledge on shoes and instead we were ignored and mistreated because were uneducated! Definitely wouldnt recommend if you are trying to get help and good service.

So before when I had gone to foot locker it wasnt that bad of an experience. Then one of the employees whos name I wont say shared about the exchange policy if the shoes had not worked out. She was helpful but told me that if I tried to return the shoes that the manager would give me attitude. Didnt believe it at first but when I went to return/ exchange my shoes on 3/5/3017 the manager on site was really disrespectful. I went in trying to exchange the shoe and the manager Troy was giving me really bad attitude he didnt allow me to feel comfortable in the store and usually Im really easy going. But that will be the last time I ever go get my shoes from this company at the Orem mall. If you go here dont expect great service from the manager Troy. (Hope I remembered his name correct) anyways good luck.

DISHONEST. They currently have a pair of Jordan 12 Bordeaux for $190. Which is fine, but they are worn! The bottoms are dirty and clearly shows they are not deadstock (unworn). They are trying to sell the shoe like it’s brand new. Go to Goat app and you can see they are being sold brand new for 180 (size 10 like the one in the store) Do not overpay for this worn shoe. If they want to lower the price that’s fair. I asked what price they would lower it to for them being worn and the girl said the best she could do is clean them and charge me the 190.
4 stars because its not the biggest store with the most selection but other than that everything was great. In and out in minutes. All my questions were answered and all the shoes I wanted to try were brought out quickly.
Came in looking for soccer cleats but didnt realize they dont sell them. The guy was super nice and wanted to help in anyway he could. Said he plays soccer with his family and is a big Real SL fan, he recommended two other stores he knew to get them at in the area.
Nice costumer service but wanted to exchange some shoes I had bought. They exchanged them but would exchange them for the price I bought them for. They were on sale the day I bought them but went of sale the next day so Charged me 50% more and then didnt have my size and charged me for shopping. No wonder all the other footlocker stores in the valley went out
Honestly really really poor customer service, I went in and nobody ever asked if I needed a shoe size or anything and eventually a lady came and she asked if I needed help after 10 minutes of waiting with only a couple people there. I asked if they sell the Nike roshe 2 and she said no and literally walked away this really pissed me off because I wanted a shoe size in a different type of shoe and I decided to leave the store. Ive been here a couple of times and they dont improve in their service I dont recommend this store
Not very knowledgable staff. I was looking for a training shoe, and the blonde salesman (cant remember his name) literally pointed at one shoe and then directed me to a different store in the mall. He easily could have sold me on something that was a cross-trainer, but he basically sent me out of the store as soon as I walked in. I ended up buying a couple pairs at Als instead.
Every time I go in they never have any size 7 for women in any of their shoes. It’s a waste of a trip honestly because they are always out of size 7s. Also most of the time their staff aren’t super helpful nor are they very good at selling shoes. They just say, “sorry we don’t have it” they don’t even try to sell you on another pair of shoes. Probably because they never have anything in your size haha
Great shoes, but the worker told me that my girls shoes would take 2 days to ship and not to just go to another mall. Now they are going to take a week and a half to get here.

Needs more limited releases, other than that it was a 5 star experience. Its a very small footlocker and makes it very frustrating to look at the sneakers. The employees are very relaxed and helpful.
Went yesterday to try and buy my husband a gift and they were rebooting one of their cash registers; when paying for the shoes, the system kept freezing and than was told that they would only be able to take cash. I drove to an ATM and attempted to withdrawal the cash and it indicated I had insufficient funds. Checked my account and turns out footlocker charge was pending. Went back a second time and the Mitchell basically said sorry and that I am out of luck. Did not offer any type of discount for the inconvenience and said the funds would be released in 24 hrs. I went to my bank and took out another $140 dollars and went again a third time with my three kids. Again Mitchell did not offer me any discount. Horrible Customer Service; I will not be going there again.
Literally was in the store for 15 minutes and no employee asked if I needed anything. They were all goofing off at the front of the store and I wasn’t about to walk across the entire store to get them to help me. Hire adults not kids
This place has less options than the downtown store in SLC at Creekside, but they can order it all also. I have shopped here for decades and they have always been very helpful.
Not going back. Returned an item and they were very insistent on keeping my original sales receipt of which had several other items on it. I asked why & all they said over and over is that it was policy Since they could not provide proof of this, they reluctantly gave me back my original receipt. Shady business practices. Beware.
I ordered some shoes from the Orem store they showed up a week and a half late and they were the wrong ones. The manager and the regional manager told me they couldnt do anything about it very poor customer service I will not be doing any business at footlocker ever again.

Don’t have anything shipped to your home. They told me it’d be to my home within 2-3 days, I couldn’t track it the whole time (neither could customer service) and when 5 days had passed and I called in again they said it would be another 5 days. WHAT?! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I’ve had over the phone calling in to corporate or to stores. Just don’t shop here unless they have it in store, I guess.
Honestly wasnt planning on buying anything when I walked in last Saturday, but thirty minutes of being in the store and I came out with some sick Nike boots that were $70 off.
Manager was very rude and unwilling to help me with purchase even though I had tried to get the shoes for price match a few days before and they were totally fine with that anyway probably not a place I will be buying shoes from again.
