Best prices and service around. Ive bought carpet for personal and business 3 times over the last 12 years or so and each time Ive priced out several different places. These guys have always had the best prices for the overall job, and have always had good service. Went with them all 3 times, and havent regretted it. Would definitely recommend them.

One of Mr Carpets employees ran the fork lift into a couple boxes of the laminate flooring I ordered and damaged them. Rather than be able to get my flooring installed that week which cost me money, I had to wait until the following week. I asked for a partial refund or something for the inconvenience and was told that the Owner, Steve, would not approve any refund even though they caused the damage.If my company promised and didnt deliver I would give a partial refund or do something to take care of the customer. Seems as though the owner doesnt care about his customers and doing what is right and fair. Bad business!Message from Steve below is inaccurate. They had the flooring available for me to pick up on Wednesday not Friday. I had an installer install what he could with non damaged pieces Thursday night. If that is the response and the way you want to take care your customers when your company damaged the product and made me wait longer for the material I recommend everyone to go elsewhere for carpet and flooring.

We got new carpet on the main floor, and had the upstairs carpet stretched. The process was smooth and efficient, everyone was very kind to work with, and our carpet looks great!

Mr Overcharge.Wont use them again. They overcharge you for the size of the room. They overcharged me for 5 extra yards of carpet, even though it was a rectangular room. I can understand a little bit of scraps when youre cutting carpet, but it was over 15% of the total.

Impossible to get a hold of, i had a client i was hiring Mr. Carpet to do some work for, took 3 phone calls to get a hold of anyone at all and then they said they would have their manager call my client to get repairs started, 3 days later i try calling, nobody answers and i call the client to find out she hasnt been contacted. Absolutely unprofessional.
