Initially my experience was incredible- right up to my order. Design and sales staff were incredibly helpful- nothing at all to complain about. Pick up of my order was fine too, but in between ordering and pick up communication was horrible. After placing the order there was no verification so I had to request an invoice from the designed after a few days. The order was time sensitive and the designer was super mindful of that but no one notified my when it arrived- I called and found out it had been sitting there for four days...that’s a bummer. If they applied the same communication after the sale as they did up to the sale they’d be great.

We use DaleTile for most of our tiling needs. They have just about anything you can imagine when it comes to tile. Employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Im surprised this place has such bad reviews. Ive had a great experience here. Scott has been great - helped me choose a tile that suited my taste and budget, allowed for easy re-ordering over the phone and via email, and even gave a box of free tile (5 tiles) when we were short by 1 - yes 1! - tile when we did our bathroom remodel. This place gets the job done.

Strictly wholesale tile outlet. However we were allowed to select the items as a consumer in their showroom and run it through our contractors account. They were extremely helpful.

Helpful when you go in. Not very cheerful though. Good selection and prices are descent. You may NOT return any unopened boxes of tile however which seems incredibly unhelpful. They dont want to store it or return it to their warehouse I guess. So now instead of letting someone else enjoy the tile I have to throw it away???
