First time coming here for some supplies. Unfortunately the only guy who could assist me was out to lunch. Im sure this may be a great place, but the bad attitude received from one of the gentleman at the counter was unnecessary. It definitely seemed as though he hated his job. Im going to not assume the worst and beleive maybe he was just having a bad day. Regardless, if you want clients/customers to return, you should try your best to be to at least be cordial so they dont leave having had an unpleasant experience. I myself dont feel as though my business was wanted nor appreciated and therefore I dont believe Ill be coming back to this location.

Quick, helpful and easy to work with. What else can you ask for? I will say I wish they still carried the mud that I prefer but they have a new brand now.Even though I come in with smaller orders, I’m still treated well. That’s not always the case when your buying from a place that usual takes care of large orders.Stars well deserved

I love working with everyone at LKL. They beat Home Depot and Lowes on drywall, stucco, and so much more. Their front counter support are super knowledgeable and helpful. And best, they deliver it exactly where I want it in my basement. Or I could have had them delver to my curb but for me, I do not want to carry drywall where I want it so I have them put it where it is going to be used. And even if I decided to pick it up, they will load it in my vehicle. Thanks so much LKL!

Tried to call about an estimate about getting sheetrock delivered and their employee straight up told me he doesnt get paid enough to care when I asked him questions about pricing. They obviously dont care about their employees or pay them their worth. Would recommend going somewhere else.

They say you can tell more about someone by how they react when they screw up. Id say thats the case with LKL. I ordered drywall on Monday, was asked when I wanted it delivered, I said Thursday. No problem. On Wednesday I called to find out about what time I should expect them. I was told they would be coming out on Monday. I took off work so I could be there during the delivery, so I really wasnt OK with the delay, and the fact that I had to call them myself to find out they werent planning on coming when they said they would. I know this is pretty common in the construction business, but it shouldnt be, and I think its a differentiator for a good business. I insisted they come on Thursday and they said they would. I left the phone call not feeling very confident they would actually follow through. Then on Thursday at 3:00 PM, they knocked on my door. I didnt get the names of the 3 guys who delivered the drywall, but they were great guys. They made sure to put everything where I wanted it, and worked hard and fast. I have a lot of respect for those guys. They were hauling 5/8 sheets 2 at a time, by themselves. I was seriously impressed. Then, I noticed the truck was still out in the street a while after they were done, and when I looked, there was a guy out there servicing the hydraulics. Hydraulic fluid was running all down the truck and onto the street. I didnt think much of it, and just asked if they were having trouble with their truck. They replied that they were fixing it and would clean up the hydraulic fluid. Thats when I thought, Oh yeah, I dont really want that mess in front of my house. I checked on it later and they had put down some of that stuff they use to clean up vomit in gradeschools, the absorbent stuff. They had swept it up, and although there are spots where I can see there was hydraulic fluid there, there are no puddles or grime. Im fine with it, and I feel like it will probably just go away in time.Overall, I would use LKL again.
