The store is a very friendly place that is more then willing to help you and show a few simple tricks to jewelry making. I took there class and they were so patient and step by step with everyone taking the class. I am thankful to have found this place for my hobby needs

I bought a Lortone 3A tumbler from there a little over a year ago. It was expensive, but they recommended the brand. I’ve enjoyed very much polishing rocks with it. It’s become like a whole new hobby to me. I’ve used it constantly for that whole time. Only recently did it give me trouble, but they generously gave their time, cleaning and lubing it, and getting it running OK again. It was looking like the motor had burned out, but seems to be back to normal, so far. They are really service oriented, and wouldn’t even charge me for the generous time they gave to correct the problem. They are all down to earth, helpful people!

Knowledgeable guys run this place. They offer finished cabachons, rough rock, and slabs in many many different stones. Rock cutting and polishing equipment also can be found here. They offer lessons for use of the equipment they sell. They do jewelry repairs and new jewelry. In the summer they also offer tours to gather stones in different Utah locations. If you are a rock hound at all or just love stones you should visit this place

I love this place. The people that work here are super experienced, very funny, and very laid back. They’re doing what they love and are happy to help you! Their work is great, their prices are very reasonable. They have items for sale that are lovely. Such a hidden “gem”:) I want everyone to go there to support this little shop and meet these awesome men, but I also want it to stay my special place! Haha. But go there!!!

Stopped by today for the first time. This place is my new go to favorite rock shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for ALL of your rock and mineral needs along with tools, polish, cab machines, tumblers and fine jewelry. If they dont carry an item you probably dont need it!

These guys are just awesome. Learning tons about rocks and lapidary from them. Its the best hobby ever! I bought my trim saw and EZ Cab machine from them. The best deals on equipment youll find and they back it up 100%. Great people, prices, equipment, classes, tips and tricks. Best rock shop youll find.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have an awesome selection in store and I cant wait to save up enough to get my own CAB machine for lapidary. Its hard to justify the expense for a hobby only.

I got one of their EZ Cab grinders and have been very happy with it. One of the best deals out there. They are always happy to help, demonstrate, and share lapidary information. I will keep giving them my rock hounding business.

I love this rock shop! Ben and Jack are very helpful. I highly recommend taking the classes they offer. Went on a rockhounding excursion with them and a group of people. They took us to some great spots and we all came back loaded with beautiful rocks!

Best People on the Planet for rocks, lapidary classes, silversmith classes, wire work and so so so much more! Have learned more since meeting these two awesome guys than I have in 10 years rock hounding. Honest people too. Cant ask for more in rock shop than what these guys provide. Fun to hound with too! The men who own this store really know their rocks. i also love that they have started incorporating more metaphysical and spiritual uses of gemstones and such.

Went to the shop thinking I could learn about a rock I had found. Basically got laughed at. Kinda felt as though they didnt want to be bothered by my questions .

When the weathers nice though often do weekly rockhounding trips the invite the public to attend. They have good books on where to find good stuff. They have a really wonderful shop with lot of cool rocks, crafts, jewelry, lapidarist and jewelry making tools, and the EZ Cab the best, all stainless steel 8 wheel cabochon machine money can buy, and its far cheaper and higher quality, than any other machine Ive seen or used!
