Its a good place. The product quality is great (I have stuff from 6 years ago that still work well.) The customer service is nice, and helpful.The only compliant is its really hard to stick to a budget here. All the stuff is so good!

Pretty expensive, but they have a lot of awesome stuff. The store is always clean and well kept and the staff are super friendly. The items are always high quality which I’m sure is why it’s more expensive. Also, the carts here are great, it’s a small thing but it makes the experience a ton better.

Great selection of fabrics, wish they had more beginners sewing kits

I just went into this store a few minutes ago and had the worst experience Ive ever had here. The person cutting my fabric was mumbling under his breath the whole time about how I have too much fabric to cut. I was only cutting 3 yards. Then to make it even better, I get to the check out and the lady got onto me for ACCEDINTALLY pulling up the wrong barcode, and then I pulled up the in-store barcode and she kept telling me it was for online online. She wouldnt listen to anything I was saying and it was extremely frustrating.

Michaels is just a few doors down from this and has way more. If youre going someplace just for fabric go to Joannes but any other hobby stuff go just three doors down to Michaels.

Beware of the instore credit, I received one with $125.00 and went back to use it two weeks later and it said 0 balance. I asked them, to tell me where I used the money and they told me, I bought something online and had it shipped to Florida? Sorry I dont know anyone in Florida, I am in Utah, so beware of the instore credit

It is so convenient, but the quality of fabric isnt that great. The fabric I get from online fabric stores is so much better.

Got lots of fabric, wasnt very busy, had all the patterns I wanted, the didnt have the trimming I needed but that was fine. They had a pretty good fabric selection.

One of my wifes favorite places ever. Huge store with an enormous variety of items for a great many types of arts and crafts projects and more.

I was looking for a fabric that was rubbery. So that it would keep other Fabrics that were sitting on it from sliding around. They didnt have any. Although the clerk, she was very helpful, looking for it her very best. She said they did have a role in, a while back.I then went to Home Depot. I figured why not look for it and they had loads of it in all sorts of sizes.But if youre looking for bra extensions for plus-size people. They had a bunch of those. Mom needed the four hook ones, which most places do not carry.

Beading supplies are plentiful especially if they are on sale, then its a fantastic bargain.

I dont go to the Orem location much because I live in the south end of the valley but Orem has so much more selection and space! I wasnt sure if my local Joanns was just out of some things or doesnt carry the things I was looking for, but Orem had everything! I love Joanns. Its the best, especially when theres a sale.

I enjoy this store, only issue is trying to find things sometimes.. some parts of the store are a little disorganized.

We love Joann Fabric. They have a great selection. Use their app for discounts And coupons. This store is usually clean and well stocked. We especially appreciate that they are offering curbside pick up right now. We do wish they had an electronic cart to make the store more accessible.

My favorite everything crafts store!

No one was in line to get fabric cut, walked up to get it cut, started talking for a couple min to get it cut, another customer walked up and put their name in the que; and the employee stopped mid cut and served the other customer. Really bureaucratic bad service.

One of the biggest Joanns Ive been to. Wide selection of jewelry making supplies and cosplay materials.

This store was confusing to navigate. But the staff was friendly and helpful and they had what we needed.

I love Joann fabrics but this location is in need of some repairs. They have tarps hanging from the ceiling with a hose running into a bucket to collect water from the ceiling that is dripping. It just looks a little run down and sad. The employees are great and I love the coupons!

I am so confused! Someone explain to me why you don’t sell sewing machines in this store? You sell them at other locations and online, but for some reason, you require customers to purchase them through a separate company, Viking Sewing Gallery, in this particular store. They aren’t even there during your full store hours! My wife’s machine broke in the middle of a big project, so we rushed down to your store confident that you, a huge fabric and sewing store, would have a solid replacement. We had seen them sitting on the shelf every time we shopped there. We instantly found the perfect machine for our needs. There were three of them sitting right there in the store, just begging for our money. The price matched what we saw on your website. But no, we were told that the machine could only be purchased through Viking Sewing Gallery, and they won’t be in until Saturday. What?! Who does this benefit? Why don’t you just sell the dang things yourself?! Thanks for wasting our time!

I liked it there, very friendly and clean, but didnt have a lot of variety of what I was looking for.

My wife was able to get everything she needed super fast while I sat in the car with the kids.

My trip here was a quick in-n-out trip to grab some wrapping paper and tape. It was under 4 min total. They always have coupons, so dont buy anything without checking if you can get it cheaper first. The store wasnt too busy and was well organized. I will come here in the future for any craft needs.

I had a few specific fabrics I was looking for and they helped me locate all of them in the vast sea of fabric and choose the one I wanted. Then, it was more expensive than Id seen online so they price matched it 60% off! I was also looking for a really specific item- cotton thread, and they teamed up to find out if they had it, and they found it for me!10/10 service. I had a great experience!!

They are always friendly and helpful in the store. The pick-up service is great! Ordering for shipping is disappointing. I did love the fabric I got. I wish the frogs in pajamas had not been delivered in so many pieces. I picked up the snowmen at the store in complete bolts.

Only 4 stars because they are always out of stock on everything. Other than that excellent customer service, quality products, clean. Prefer over the other craft stores because of the friendly employees!

This place has many crafting items, paints, frames, yarns, stamps, scrapbooking items, school supplies, fabrics, elegant baking items, holiday and decor products etc. But, it was out of many items and there were alot of things misplaced and scattered around. It is an older one of their locations.. But, still should be organized/clean!!!!! I do love, love- Joanns though!!! It has some incredible things and beautiful decor, items for artists and creativity!! SERIOUSLY, always some pretty incredible deals or coupons are available!! (:

The employees are amazing and the store was very clean! 5 stars and a hoot-and-holler for the employees.I didnt like the particularly limited selection of fabrics. There was chunky wool, various patterns of fleece, quilting cotton, upholstery, and the occasional gaudy pattern.I think Im just very much used to bigger fabric stores and selection than Utahs quilting centric stock preference.

They have a decent variety of inexpensive crafting supplies.

This place has TONS of fabric types and a bunch of other craft supplies. It has a pretty good organization as well. The people who work there also weren’t pushy or asking me too many times if I needed help, which is a nice environment. The only challenge I had was that ai was unable to find a bathroom anywhere, but not a deal breaker generally.

Always has exactly what I need but I only come here when I get coupons because it’s cheaper to go anywhere else.

I love what they but they are way overpriced unless you know how to use the coupons. I always feel a little manipulated that way. The Orem staff has always been nice. Especially the cashiers and fabric cutters.

Great experience as usual. Easy time finding what I needed. They have expanded the amount of yarn they carry since the last time I went in. I love looking at the seasonal and holiday items they have too. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. My phone wasnt loading my coupon on the app and she helped me out so I could still get my coupon.

Cute African fabric, as well as a incredible amount of holiday fabrics. The service was also good but there were way to many people waiting for help (at the the fabric counter and in the front). I know help is hard to come by but a quick run to the store is impossible if theres no help.

We were there right at closing time, and the girls at the fabric cutting counter were very helpful and still very polite. They even helped me find a product that served my needs at a lower price than the one I was looking at. The cashier was also pleasant. My wife was in a sour mood and the girls were friendly, pleaseant, and polite enough to change her mood.

Always super helpful. The staff made sure to help me find the right lace I was looking to purchase for a wedding dress alteration. I would recommend buying materials here and using a coupon.

Well put together. Friendly staff, too! My favorite thing about this Joann, in particular, is the large variety of in stock items. Its a lot better than the store near my home. And their pick up in store option, with the app coupons, makes this store so easy. The store is really clean and easy to find, too. I just love Joann stores anyways.

JoAnns has a huge variety of crafting needs and they have great sales. The only downfall is that I typically spend a lot more (at least 25%) on stuff here that I could find much cheaper elsewhere. The staff is always knowledgeable and polite and the store is clean and well organized.

I love joanns so much ive been coming here to this location with my mom and grandma for as long as i can remember. great deals and the staff is usually so helpful. the only reason i day usually is because today i was helped by someone named nathan who was very rude and just did not seem to want to be there. he came across as thinking he was better than me and better than his job.

Their sales seem to only consist of fabric. I own a small business and thrive on when products are on sale, but I almost never find what I need here.

I dont know what other people are talking about witg Joanns being pricey and being able to get things cheaper at other stores, but I think Joanns has great prices! I mostly come here for apparel fabrics (not a quilter) and occassionally some yarn (Heinselmanns doesnt always sell what I want). I get Hobby Lobby sometimes will have cheaper notions, but Joanns has the best apparel fabric selection Ive seen (while it would never hurt to always have more, am I right?). And they often have what I want on sale, which means that they know when people want to use certain materials and make that available. They also have great staff! My only real complaint is last time I went to get cotton yarn here, the corner they were in was kind of dingy-looking and the yarn was picked over and not looking good. But the rest of the store always looks fantastic!

I can almost always find what Im looking for at Joanns. Love that place!
