We researched fridges for months and we knew what we wanted. Jesse was awesome at helping us find exactly what we wanted in such great shape! You wouldn’t even know it has any damage! We are so happy and we found this place and will definitely recommend it to others!!

Purchased a new home for us that needed all new appliances. Went to The Appliance Outlet to see if we could find a set without spending an arm and a leg.We found a Maytag range and Maytag dishwasher that were both in really great shape. We received a great deal on both appliances AND he offered to deliver the pair that same evening when the store closed. He kept in contact with me when he was leaving and how long it would take to get to my house. They also told us that they would call us when any of their locations would receive a Maytag refrigerator to see if we would want it with the set. Not thinking anything would ever go past this day once they delivered the other two appliances. However, I was wrong. About a month later, I received a call letting us know that they found a Maytag fridge and asked if we were interested. By this time, we had already completed our set, but I was in complete shock that they called to let me know.This Orem store is AMAZING and very helpful into what we were looking for and sizes. They will definitely be the store we go to first in the future.Thank you again for being AWESOME people!!!

Were so happy we decided to buy a new washing machine from The Appliance Outlet! Jesse happened to have the same model we were considering elsewhere, so it was easy to compare. We saved 20% off the clearance price at the big box store, for a brand new machine with no defects. Jesse was personable and knowledgeable, and was able to deliver and set up the washer the next day. The business is small and sweet. They have well-priced appliances, a decent selection, and they can also do delivery, replacement and installation if youre willing to pay extra. Just be vigilant trying to find the place, it is a bit hidden.

Went there on memorial day weekend about closing time and they were more then happy to help us, we were looking for a specific washer and he contacted west valley store and picked it up from there, then delivered to our house and install it, they have an excellent customer service . We will come back for sure thanks for all you guys did :)).

We needed a new washer and dryer for our business, I hit up Jesse and he had some in the store for me and even offered to deliver it the very same night, although I wasnt available that day, but we made arrangements for the following day, he came and set everything up for us and took away the old washer and dryer. I cannot say enough good things about Jesse in Orem. He closed a little late, so we werent rushed in making our decision; and he even delivered to us the following day, later than normal. The Appliance Outlet made buying a fridge for my new home easy, and kept me in budget. I saved $300 by buying a new fridge with a few minor blemishes, most of which are now covered by our magnet collection. We also had the Appliance Outlet deliver and install out fridge. The process was quick and simple. If a few blemishes arent going to bother you, I would recommend checking their stock before going anywhere else.

This place was fantastic! Both Jesse and the other sales woman were so friendly and helpful. Coming in as new homeowners we needed three appliances. They did not have what we needed in their store so they called their sister store. They texted pictures and helped us buy the appliances from the other store. The next day they were on time for the delivery and installation. They were quick, friendly and clean. I highly recommend this store to any and all in the area!!!

Originally my husband went to another discount appliance store in Orem first. We were simply looking for a garage refrigerator. The customer service was awful and they told us we had to put a mask on or show a vaccination card. Mind you mandates are over. All 3 of us turned around and walked out and they chirped something rude at us as we walked out. So we ended up finding the APPLIANCE OUTLET and Jesse was awesome! Walked in. Jesse didn’t hound us on our choice of not wearing a mask. As a matter of fact not a word about it. We ended up finding a refrigerator there. I think the purchase there was due to his great customer service and supporting local. Thanks for not judging us Jesse!

This place is awesome! Our dryer broke and we were desperate. We found a dryer much less than Home Depot and they went above and beyond to deliver it that evening. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family in the area.

These people are great. They care about the customer. They are not pushy and they are knowledgeable. The delivery is what I would call white glove. Checking all areas for clearance and making sure nothing is damaged. The products they sell are scratch and dents but they are in perfect working condition and have the full manufacture warranty. Plus their 60 day satisfaction guarantee adds additional peace of mind. Save hundreds of dollars and visit this place before you buy anywhere else. Added bonus. They delivered the refrigerator the same day we bought it. Great service!

We have purchased from The Appliance Outlet twice now and every time I am blown away at the cutomer service. Even when we had an issue with one of our fridges, they came right out after hours and fixed it! Plus the prices are hard to beat! Favorite appliance store hands down!

Not only did they bend over backwards to help me find the appliance I needed, but they also worked with their other locations to make it easier/more convenient to pick it up. Once I got the washing machine installed at home, I ran into a minor hiccup. Their employees were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting the problem fixed. Definitely will be using them for any future appliance needs!

The best part of dealing with Appliance Outlet was when they delivered our refrigerator the door into the apartment was only 30 inches wide so they had to take the doors off the old refrigerator to get it out and then they had to take the doors off the new refrigerator to get it in. They did that extra work without hesitating or complaining. I offered them a tip which they immediately refused. I really appreciate their expertise and great attitude. I gladly give them five stars..

The staff was excellent and it was one place to go to find appliances that were scratch/dent/open box. Instead of running to different stores to find them. I like saving money and have no problems with scratch and dent appliances.

We did a remodel on our kitchen and had been able to find all of our appliance over time in scratch and dent/ floor model places except a gas cooktop. I just wish I would have found this place earlier to get all my stuff! They had a great selection of appliances at great prices! I finally found this gas cooktop here at an amazing price. It was going for double at a nearby appliance store for the exact same model! Staff was kind, patient, helpful, and professional! If I could give it 11 stars, I would. Got a dryer from them last week, staff was very helpful, selection was pretty good too. Saved way more than buying a new one of the same model, all it had was a tiny little dent on the one bottom corner. Will shop here again I the future. Now just need to get a washer to match next time.

I highly recommend this business. I went in looking for a cheap aka affordable fridge, and found one I loved. They were so helpful, and after a 9 hour work day coming home to a broken fridge :( filled with food mind you, it was nice to have it delivered no later than 2 hours after I bought it. All appliances are nicely organized, and are new - except for the dents in them. The staff lady was very helpful by measuring the appliance for me. She was fairly educated with what they had in stock.

My husband and I briefly walked through and it looked nice. We didnt buy anything from there so we cant comment on that. We did however leave our stroller in the parking lot. We had no idea we had left it until the owners came by and dropped it off later that night (the stroller had our mail). Soooo nice of them to go out of their way! Our stroller is big and heavy too! I think that just shows their character so Im sure theyd be great, honest people to work with!
