Very organized, clean, with really good staff and customer service as always! Was able to walk around and look at everything without Being bothered or having the staff hover over me while I took my time.

We registered here for our wedding. It was so easy to navigate and maintain through the mobile app. We got mostly everything and Bed Bath and Beyond gave us a 20% off coupon to finish the registry!

Well this is the absolute greatest place there ever was because I bought a crêpe maker here and I made hundreds of people happy with it throughout my dozens of crepe party’s over the years

I used to go here for all of my electric shaver and toothbrush needs because they have a $30 a year subscription that gives you 20% off your entire purchase, but I came in today and they have essentially ruined the program by limiting basically any good name brand from the program. I immediately canceled my subscription.

I had such a great experience last weekend at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I returned a box of discontinued curtain rods because the box was missing a screw. Alyssa, the cashier, and Isabella, the manager were so helpful and amazing. There were only four boxes left of the discontinued curtain rods but I was able to exchange them for a new box with hopefully the missing screw. Fifteen minutes later I came back with the rings that no longer matched the curtain rods and Alyssa and Isabella went above and beyond helping me getting new rings that matched. Thank you so much and I absolutely recommend Bed, Bath and Beyond for their great customer service!

Favorite store; the only give stars review I have ever given

Ridiculous. I ordered an item online and drove over 20 miles one way to pick it up. Their system showed my order but wouldnt let me pick it up do to a system glitch. The only way I could get it is if I paid cash, which I didnt have with me. Waste of my time and money to drive there. I am highly disappointed.

Well organized and clean store. Prices are competitive for a retail store. Staff is helpful but not overwhelming.

They have about everything youd expect them to have. They are quite the expansive warehouse of house and home stuff, as the name would imply. They can be a bit costly, but that isnt entirely their fault.

I went into the wrong section and got lost in here, but was thankful I was able to make a bed from the $250 down goose pillows. I wasnt sure where I was. Each day I would venture out a little further looking for an exit. Being all alone takes quite a toll and I was saddened I hadnt at least wandered into the stuffed animal section. After a week I finally found the exit. It was hidden behind a maze of candy and cheap knickknacks a mile long.

We went for something specific that it said they had. They did not have it. Found other things that we liked. So it wasnt a total waste

When your wife wants something for mothers day but doesnt know what she wants...thats the place to go. Just follow behind with the shopping cart and let her fill it up...She was happy so I was happy.

I was looking for a comforter to go on my bed. The sales lady was pleasant and showed me where they were in the store. I told her I wasnt looking to spend as much as the ones she showed me.I ended up searching myself and found exactly what I wanted on sale. If I hadnt done rhat I would have walked out of the store not making a purchase. In the end I love my Ugg bed cover. It is so cozy!

It was a very clean store, alot of there merchandise was very organized and there were plenty of employees to help those that needed help great store to shop at.

I dont visit this store often. Barb at the check stand is awesome. Probably the only helpful & friendly employee Ive come across. That is the only reason why I will give 5 stars.

Everything is expensive but I expected that.

My wife and I bought some bed sheets here a while back. When we bought them, the employee that helped us told us that the sheets we bought had a lifetime warranty. Today we took them back because they were ripping. I expected the warranty not to be honored, but, to my surprise, they took them back and replaced them with new ones.I’m very impressed with Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

We were greeted by staff when walking in, while we were there they helped us with some information on wedding registry.

I went to buy the T Fal Pan, there were at least 5 of them hanging up on a wall. The only price tag I saw said $19.99 so I grabbed it. When I got up to the counter it was $29.99 and I said the only price sign they had for it was $19.99. She said it must have been misplaced. When I went back to that wall, the $19.99 sign had been removed. And there were no other price signs anywhere. It had only been a few minutes and someone removed it!! They should have given it to me for the price they had advertised. But someone sneakily went over and removed it.. weird. I ended up walking out and not buying anything.

Service was great. I had trouble with a discount and they took immediate action to resolve the issue. The store was messy which made it hard to shop but it looked like they were sticking up for the season.

When next day delivery is too long to wait. Good quality selection for basic kitchen, bath, and bedding options— but the store overall feels very cluttered and interspersed between the good stuff are loads and loads of gimmicky items. To me this store has a confused identity: part quality items and part dollar store junk. Just sayin.

The reason I’m giving the store a one star is due to them reselling things that have been a return ... yesterday I went in to but the nutribullet 600 and what a disappointment when I got home and open the box... 1st of all nothing was in bags like new things normally come, that was my 1st red flag after I took out the motor, it still had residue from when it was used, took out the cups and had water marks all over ... why would employees not check before putting things out on the floor after a return ...don’t trust everyone tbat does a return and says it was not used ...I’m disappointed and will be going later on tonigh to return !!!!

For better or worse, the store is always pretty empty, meaning workers are available and ready to help.

Their customer service could not have been better. I would like to thank all the employees that kindly worked with me the day before Christmas.

Was looking for a canister set for my daughter for Christmas. When I got there they were having a 25% off your entire purchase sale. Needless to say this made my day! I was able to not only get a great set for my daughter, that she loved by the way, but also something else on her list. The kitchen area (only area I went to) was nice to browse and well stocked! There was a long line to check out, on the last Saturday before Christmas. But they had every register open and it was moving quite quickly. The employee who checked me out was friendly, nice and even smiling 😁 Loved my visit and the store.

Big store with anything you could imagine. We have had good service every time weve been there. They are really good at working with wedding registry purchases with a fun place to wrap the present for free.

The older lady named Barb at the checkout was very sweet and always has a smile on her face while my wife and I used 4 different gift cards to get rid of them. She even congratulated us on getting married. She is a keeper do t let this one go guys!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options. I like to explore the clearance section. I bought a pillow that satisfied my immediate need but would like to upgrade to some of the other fancy advanced selection. Pretty store where it feels like you can find anything while maintaining a calm atmosphere. The bathrooms are managed well enough. I wonder whether a store with bath in the name should have some aesthetic appeal adept to their style ambitions.

With all the choices you have to buy the same things online or locally but cheaper, youd think these guys would try a little harder to keep you as a customer. Definitely gone down hill, shop somewhere that treats you with at least a tiny bit of respect.

THE BEST REGISTRY EXPERIENCE!! Rebekah (she definitely deserves a raise or bonus- she was phenomenal!!) helped us get started, and by far the best place we had registered. We registered at Target a few days ago and after 5 minutes at Bed Bath and Beyond, we wished we had come there.Best customer service- honestly, if you have the option of another place and here, youd be crazy to go anywhere else!

I was going to give the store a 2 but the staff was friendly enough for me to bump them up a star. The store didnt have what I wanted in stock 2 times I went there. Staff had a hard time answering my questions but at least they were really nice. I personally would only go back for a good deal, not much would bring me back to this store. It just is more enjoyable to buy things online when Ive struggled to find things in stock here.

They got your beds your baths and your beyonds. This place is as advertised. Bought a French rolling pin recently cause people swear they are better. I thought it was just a pretentious cook think. Like french rolling pins are no different from rolling pins with handles right? Wrong. I now love my new french rolling pin. Get one. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very helpful helping me find what I was looking for. One employee didnt just point or tell me where to look, she actually walked us to the area on the other side of the store. When she couldnt find it she called on her radio and another employee assisted and he showed us where it was. Great team and great customer service!

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond so I could find something simple as a gift for my wife like a bath bomb or bubble bath. It seems that they have a very limited supply in that area AKA three different bath bombs and no bubble bath not sure why but Bed Bath & Beyond seems to have moved away from the bed and bath and focused more on the Beyond throughout the entire store. It feels much more like an As Seen On TV store. In addition I found it strange that they have a store full of 50,000 gifts but they dont sell any gift bags.

I love this store but they never seem to have what I need. Most of the time their website is inaccurate and doesn’t actually reflect what they have in store. Fair pricing and fair customer service overall

I love bed bath & beyond

Everything is well organized but when it comes to doing your registry the employees are a little over zealous. The way the do them is you are paired with an employee who helps you pick out the best items for your registry (which in my experience meant the most expensive). The employee kept trying to get me and my not husband to pick the nicest of the nicest (which we knew no one was going to get for us). It wasn’t all bad, it was nice to have someone there to make sure we got a little bit of everything on our registry and someone who we could ask questions to if we needed some help.

My experience was okay. Really though, the only reason why i came here was because someone gave me a gift card. Otherwise you can find the same stuff elsewhere for better deals. They are a bit pricey.

Wedding Registry ExperienceI really enjoyed the person who took us through for our wedding registry. (We liked him so much we almost wanted to invite him to our wedding!) We even signed up to receive many of the things they recommended. While wedding guests were shopping, they complained to me about how about ninety percent of the things we registered for were no longer being sold by any BB&B locations or online, and almost nothing was available to order. We went in again to register a second time. Same thing happened with the new items.Save your time, be courteous to guests and register elsewhere. Like Amazon, which has everything BB&B offers, but cheaper!

A little pricey but if you have a gift card or coupon it lessens the blow.

Wowzer. This place is the room of requirement for newlywed couples or those who are registering. Good equipment for surprisingly decent prices. There are a few disparities between online and here, but overall I liked it. Great pan selection. Some sweet knives. Good stuff.

I quickly asked an associate who was already helping customers about the location of prep knives. I headed that way and within a half minute someone was there to help me. He stayed and answered all my queries and helped me put a gift together.

Setting up a wedding registry was easy and worked well. The variety of items was great. Some items are a little more expensive for my tastes (like bedding). The store can also seem crowded with small aisles. Overall, it is a great store.

We actually deleted our registries we had created at other stores after the experience we had last night!! We went up to the registry counter and all the employees were helpful and fun! The woman that helped us (Rebekah) helped us get started and gave us a checklist and a scanner and ALSO took us on a little tour around the store to make sure we got the most important items! She also went out of her way to make sure we were choosing what we wanted and helped us see the bison for our home that we had in our heads! She helped us lay out bowls, plates, cups, silverware, on a placemat to see how all our houses would look together in our home!I am so so impressed and I honestly am so thankful!After we finished up we went and cancelled our other registries because we were so impressed with our experience at bed bath and beyond!

Good quality, but very pricey. I had a LOT of trouble returning items because of the policy of only giving a 80% refund if you dont have the receipt (I had a wedding registry here and was not given the receipts for many items). Even though they had been bought from my registry, they needed proof that the person didnt use a coupon. That would have been great to know BEFORE registering there. Now I get to figure out what to do with 8 sets of the same Pyrex...

Nothing special. Lots of products were no longer sold. Large empty spaces.

I was so excited when I walked into the store and saw all the products they carry. (I was going there to get something off someones registry) But what I was most excited about was that they have a complementary wrapping station with nice wrapping paper, boxes, and material to tie a bow. I had never seen that before, but it made a big difference for me. I definitely recommend going to Bed Bath and Beyond.

Place was a little dis-ray

We used Bed Bath & Beyond for our wedding registry, and I probably wouldnt recommend them to our friends. When we first started the registry, it was a little uncomfortable because the person helping us get it started was spending lots of time trying to up-sell us instead of letting us go on our own right away to scan what we already knew we wanted. We also had a couple things on our registry that had been ordered by our guests where we had to fix it (they sent us a damaged pot set and completely the wrong comforter even though our guest ordered the right thing). Though they corrected it and sent us the right things, it was unfortunate that we had to coordinate fixing i and that it took longer than it should have. Everything was also more expensive than I would have liked, but that was totally on me for choosing a more expensive place to register. Overall, not the best experience with our wedding registry.

My main complaint about this store is that there are so many items that are not marked with a price. Today the only worker I saw was at the cash register. It being December youd think that having things priced would be important but so many things are unmarked. There is a whole isle display of cookies in a tin that you plays a tune when you press a button. This was the third time Ive been in there since before Thanksgiving and they still dont have a price. Theyre Christmas items so why are they not trying to sell them. Im to the point where I dont want to go in any more, it gets so frustrating. Too bad.

The management here is amazing! Very well runned and organized. They went out of there way to personally walk me through the store to the items I needed and made helpful tips and knowledge about the items I bought.

Pretty good place for wedding registry, but I wish I wouldnt have registered there. Their prices are on the higher end. I could have registered with Amazon and done more effective shopping.
