GREAT PLACE GREAT SERVICE COME ON DOWN IF U NEED PETRO OR SMOKES WERE THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN..

Been coming here for 5 years and have no idea what their business hours are. Today I went to get gas and they were closed at 730pm.

Just got into an argument with Micheal that works there who assured me his customers are not his priority just him being right is. Silly me to go battle of wits with a obviously brilliant and overachiever of a gas station attendant. Id fire this guy if I was the boss with any business sense at all.

When this station first changed ownership a couple years ago it was great. Friendly staff and right there to help.However, the last three trips to their propane tank has not been that great of a customer experience. I discount the first time as maybe it being me but not three times in a row. It seems that no one there wants to deal with the filling of propane tanks and they literally ignore whoever is standing over there. On 2/9 I waited for about five to eight minutes in the cold and watched one attendant look over at me and then acted as though he couldnt see me and then stood there doing nothing while appearing to wait for the pump to finish filling a vehicle. The second another vehicle pulled in he quickly busied himself with that vehicle.I walked into the store to ask the gentlemen inside if there was someone who could help me and if so how long of a wait could I expect. He was very defensive and kept saying I have two guys out there. I only seen the one guy. I couldnt get a straight answer from him so I loaded my tank up and went down the road where they were more than happy to help me fill the propane tank.Since this is the third time Ive had this type of experience there and with there being plenty of other businesses selling gas and propane then Ill just continue to go else where. Ill also be sure to warn others that I know about the lack of customer service when it comes to filling propane tanks at the Oregon City Shell station.

This place is a joke.I bought 40 dollars in propane and they couldnt even break a hundred dollar bill I handed them.I had to run elsewhere to get Never again.change .Lost my business for sure.

Michael is pretty rude. And from what I’ve heard, likes to hang out with small children.everytime a new owner buys the place .the crew gets weirder and weirder. And on top of it,just rude and very unprofessional for a place of business.

4 different times I’ve pulled up to get gas and they 100% ignored me. Literally just acted like I wasn’t there.... but then my white boyfriend comes back with the car and is served immediately. Racist hillbilly pos
