So the gas station attendant finishing someones car and proceeded to light up a cigarette next to the pump...~ remind me again why Im not allowed to pump my own gas it Oregon? Because a smoking gas attendant is obviously safer, right?

I was there the morning of 7-13-2020, all I use is cash my total was $17.78. The cashier then asked if I wanted to donate the .32cents when I didnt, his reply was that he didnt have change in his till so unless I used a debit card he didnt know what to tell me. The sad reality is, if that happened the other way around I would have got hit with a petty theft charge. This makes me sick!!!!!!!

Attendants are always slow, and not efficient at all. They never go in the order the cars show up. Then when your gas is done pumping they take forever to get back to you. They always have at least three people pumping gas. Its not like they are understaffed. The times I have gone and had crappy service, they werent even busy. I always stop there because this station is the closest to my house. From now on I will drive further away to a different gas station. They also overcharge you when you ask for a specific amount and then dont compensate you for it. They look at you like oops, well you owe another 6.00. Yeah right, I asked for 20.00 because that is all I have on me.

Wow went and purchased a few food items and some ice tea. While sitting in a parking area designated for chevron not more than 5 minutes with 5 open parking spaces next to us. The gas attendant comes out and asks me how long will I be parked there? No reason accept the cashier wanted to know how long I was going to be there for. I told the attendant I was eating the food I just bought there. The cashier was an older Hispanic man that was zero friendly at checkout. The attendant told me this guy does to customers all the time. Well chevron you just lost one more customer. Bye bye

No restroom available for customers. I don’t care if it’s COVID times - I’ve stopped into many, many gas stations (and other places of business) since March, and none of them have refused paying customers from using the facilities. If I had known that before, I would have bought gas elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Beware!This is not a 24hr RETAIL gas station!The self serve card lock (Pacific Pride) is 24hr.THE CHEVRON IS NOT!!!!I would love to state what the actual hours are... but seeing as they arent posted, I guess Ill just WAIT LONGER.

Gas attendent was very nice and professional. Zach the cashier was rude and obnoxious. I simply wanted to know why he refused to take my Florida license. I did not raise my voice, i did not use foul language. Zachs exact words to me were f*** you and get the f*** out of my store. Then proceeded to tell me that he was having a bad day. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, no time have i ever cursed at a customer. Lots of people are looking for jobs that know how to treat customers. I think its time to look for new help.

If i could give a negative 5 score I would....the Stines are horrible to their employees... Constantly instilling fear among them.if osha got a chance to sneak a peek at what goes on behind the scenes they would be shut down so fast it would be almost comical.Im still trying to figure out how they can get away with making employees work 24-48hrs straight and not get a fine from the government or something....take it from someone who escaped from that prison as fast as they could when they discovered how that sweat shop was actually being run.

My husband and I use this station almost daily.Today as I was trying to get gas and a few things from in the store I was advised I could not use the $100.00 I had. It was my only cash and only form of payment on me. My gas outside was done. No signs on pumps, nor was I told of this untill after I got inside and was trying to pay. The only sign was on the front door and not something I looked as someone was coming out as I was going in. What gas station doesnt take $100.00 bills? Do you even know what kind of business you will loose because of this?

Always smells of bad cooking oil. They had a fire last week, sign says C-store still open, nothing to indicate altered hours. Have been stopping to get coffee at night on the way to graveyard shift downtown, often they have already dumped it. Last night they locked up at 9pm. May have to find somewhere else to go.

Bob stine should have been.named Richard not robert so instead of going by Bob we could all call him dick and.atleast it would be fitting and.comical I dont.believe he has ever laughed in his life possibly hasnt even smiled.having a sence.of.humor under employment with these scrouges is likely to result in termonation humble people beware.if you cross paths with Bob or sue dont smile.glare you might even get promoted

Stopped for fuel in my truck then went into the store to buy cigarets,I was told by the clerk he needed my ID. Im 59 yrs old when I told him my ID was in my truck he stated if he didnt check it he might be fired!!!! Today I talked sue stein about this and received a very curt excuse about federal regulations and attacks on small companies and their policy stands,if I dont like it go elsewhere shes just trying to survive. Sue you wont with poor customer service, Im gone!!!!

Disrespectful and misogynous, I was harassed on account of my gender by TWO employees at the same time.

We were there today with a very cranky baby and waited 10 minutes and we were still not served. Yes the employees saw us. We left with no gas. Will not be returning.
