This is the 3rd day in a row that I have gone in there at 9:00 a.m.. And all 3 days theres no coffee. I told the attendant today that all the coffee was out he actually rolled his eyes at me and said nothing. This is actually one of the worst 7 Elevens ever. And it will be the last time I ever do business with them. I will go out of my way and go to the one down the street or better yet go to McDonalds.
Its a prime place to acquire cheap fresh roasted veggies. Anything inside my variation. The experience was incredible, though I am certain that I will return. Thank you a thousand times over!
Always came over here to get coffee, a quick and easy way if your in a hurry.
Great staff and owner always quick and very friendly thanks ned and Greg and all the staff
Never had a problem at this 7-11. Im actually glad there are other humans not wearing masks and are not obeying that ridiculous policy. Im feel bad for the person that wrote a review because hes full of fear, fear suppresses the immune system. If theres a glass in front of us as we pay that should be good enough for crying out loud! ✌🏽
Avoid this 7-11. There are others nearby. Unfortunately, even though the store posts signs requiring customers to wear masks as required by the Orange County Health Department, almost every time I’m in, customers come in without face masks and the employees do not request that the customer go put on their mask.EVEN WORSE, on more than one occasion I have been helped by an employee at checkout who is not wearing a mask even though THIS is required. Today I was helped at checkout by an older man with a short-cut, grey beard who was not wearing a mask. When I asked him about a mask, he was a smart-alec and pointed to one he had around his neck. I told him the Orange County Health Department regulations require him to WEAR his mask. He pointed out the partial, clear shield between us and said that was what the shield was for. I tried to explain to him that that was there primarily to shield people in both directions from coughs and sneezes. Before I could also explain that the air he breaths out carries minute particles which can carry the COVID-19 virus, he dismissed further discussion by saying he was not going to argue with me.One thing that this 7-11 guarantees is the eventual spread of the COVID-19 virus, if not already. Save yourself from being a statistic. Shop elsewhere!Otherwise the store is clean and usually well stocked.
I love the employees that work here. Very helpful and friendly. We regularly stop by here on our walks (we only live a couple blocks away).
Great service every time and very friendly people. Not sure what some of these reviewers are having issues with. Maybe take the stick out of ur butts and realize its a 711 and not a nordstroms. Theyre usually stocking, cooking something and timing ppl up at the same time. Relax.
Always a good experience when I go. Great customer service, enjoy that nice latin lady who always has a smile. When I go 10pm-3amI always feel safe when that nice tall white guy is there, hes always polite. Both always make sure I was able to get what I came in for. Thanks guys for your service and making a lady feel content and safe. :)
I love this 7eleven. They have what I need WHEN n WHERE I need it. Coffee is always hot n fresh. Customer service is awesome. Especially that Greg guy. Keep up the good work. Thanks you
Nice enough staff but its pretty irritating to walk over there for 1 thing (iced mocha) and it always be out. I used to frequent a 711 on my way to work and get a coffee every morning, dude working there was on it. Of the coffee was out he would immediately replace it when I let him know. Not here. I tried once. The man was pretty rude about it (Im pretty polite and scared so I didnt have any attitude) I now just leave half cups of mocha because the machine is never watched when obviously its a high seller...
By far the coolest 7-Eleven employees Ive ever encountered. only ever had one rude but he no longer works there so I am more than stoked every time I go in and theyre always happy to see me and I can honestly say the feeling is mutual
If this is the 711 on the corner of Batavia and Chapman, the clerks harass customers for the Jewish Mafia/Satanic groups taking over the United States. They are almost always rude when I go in there.Today, I was super thirsty and stopped by for an ice coffee. I was filling it up and added some of those caffeine boosters and then topping it off. When I went to check out, I saw a line so decided to keep sipping and then topped off. When I got to the cashier he was very mean and said you cant drink and then fill back up. I barely drank any, not even half the cup, so I told him I didnt drink the whole cup. I offered to pay more anyhow, but he was just so rude. Ended up giving him a lesson on how to not be so greedy and how to not talk to ladies that way, or woman, or customers!!!Never want to go back there!!!
Rent a cop was parked infront of the store slacking off and he decided to follow me inside the store and shop. Cashier treated me coldly as I payed for my products while the Rent a cop was having an exclusive friendly conversation with cashier. STAY AWAY from this location, service here is garbage.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! this place has MAJOR PROBLEMS with ownership...a couple different white guys claim to be the owner, both of them have SERIOUS supremacy and anger issues. And I speak as a white guy myself. The best I can figure is they feel INSULTED by people who assume they are high school dropouts b/c they are white guys working at a 7-11, so they claim to be the owner (whether they actually are, or not). And they have problems with using debit cards for cash back (or did) but they cant agree amongst themselves what the policy is (seems to be whatever they want it to be at the moment you ask) ..and I know they seriously WRONGED at least one person who had the temerity to get some real answers. They seem to think the customer doesnt have the right to ask about anything. Just get in, get out. !! If you enjoy helping a business make profit that DOESNT GIVE ONE WIT ABOUT you as a person, keep going there. Otherwise, NEVER GO BACK !!!
Today at about 6 p.m. i stop by this store and I was gonna buy a drink and get $10 cash back and for my surprise i was told by the clerk Oscar.... that there is a minimum purchase in order to get cash back... i will contact corporate and find out if it is true or not. And will never buy there again.
For a Store that is based from selling coffee and soft drinks, I was very surprised to find coffee grinds in my coffee the last 3 times going here.
Great customer service.
This is the WORST 7-eleven in the world ! the white guys working here are filled with Anger & Arrogance . Avoid at all costs
