They have a wide selection merchandise and the workers are knowledgeable of the inventory thats currently there and coming up. The only problem I have is that SOME of their merchandise is priced a bit high. Either way, the location is great and the amount of merch has me coming back every time.My recommendation is to save your money, forget about buying online and enjoy yourselves. Be responsible with your purchases though!

I visited this store just to look around when accompanying my sons. They bought a few things from here. They took forever though; just from looking around at all their merchandise. Got great stuff Ill say.

I was stuck between a 3 or 4 star rating, the store just won me over because of their huge selection. They have tons of figures that line the walls and shelves in an almost too clustered way. Just be aware most of these are overpriced by $10-$20 at a minimum. The Manga is decent, you might get lucky and find the last volume to complete your collection. Overall a good experience, nothing spoke to me but my friend got something and was pleased.

This place has tons of anime collectables. Dragon ball super, demon slayer, one piece, Tokyo ghoul, you name it they will most likely have it.

What a great place. My daughter absolutely loves this store !!

The figure selection was huge and had a lot lot of variety! They have a decent manga section, although it could be improved. The manga selection had only 1 of each thing so if book 1 was gone, its gone. Which can make shopping for a series rather difficult.

Decent selection but very high prices. Had to wait in a long line to enter at about 5pm on Sunday.

During Saturday, I went to Anime Monster with 2 of my sisters, aunt and 2 other guest. The prices of the figures were more than doubled and sometimes tripled. The line is insanely long but i got there just before the big crowd. We bought 5 figures which COST $764. The cashier asked us why we bought a lot and my older sister said its for my birthday and she said happy birthday to me. The owner is pretty nice and the store has a hell of a haul of rare figures. That’s why the figures are expensive.

Amazing! I went last Saturday with a few friends and we loved it. The prices were a bit high but that wasnt an issue. Staff was very kind and helpful. I will be going again today since it is so awesome. Highly recommend to find some good mangas and figurines.

Only reason its not 5 stars its because theyre about 10 to 15 dollars more expensive than everywhere else BUT This place has a way larger selection of collectibles and merchandise to pick from than most so it more than makes up for it. Staff is a little quirky but so are we were weebs lol.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews of this place so it kinda made me hesitant but I actually had a nice experience here. The staff was friendly and helped me out when I needed it. They have a great assortment of things especially when it comes to manga. I was able to find a volume of a specific series that has been sold out everywhere online!! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. It does get quite busy so I do recommend going on a weekday earlier in the day!

When the price clearly states $19.99 but the representative says the price is actually $39.99 and that featured price is a mistake due to it being the last one they have. Personally, it sounds shady, taking advantage of their Customers, and they’re price gauging.

Alright so, first off I want to say that my experience at Anime Monster was great. The staff were quite nice and I think my time there was well spent. Now here I have some tips in order to maybe have a nice experience too.1. Be respectful while waiting. By that I mean to distance and make sure to follow the lady’s instructions when coming in.2. Be aware of your surroundings. Once you come in I suggest knowing what you’re going to purchase. If you don’t then you may explore but of course the staff will watch you more and more with suspicions the longer you dwell around.3. Make sure to look at the price tags and estimate your totals. The stuff at Anime Monster is incredibly overpriced. A small plushie would cost you about 25 bucks for example. And a keychain is about 9 bucks. Definitely not the cheapest. Which is why you should carry some extra money and make sure to look at the prices before purchasing.4. Don’t leave the store messy and don’t try to piss the staff off. So when you grab a shirt or something, you have to make sure to put it back where it was neatly folded. There is a chance if you don’t put things where they were the lady might go bananas. From what I have heard of course.5. Follow the golden rule. This is the main key to having a good experience, at least for me. Be kind and they’ll be kind to you. When you have a question ask kindly, and be kind to the register guy even though he kind of doesn’t really care. And once you leave the store say a nice warm thank you. Then there. The dreading or awesome experience is over.I basically made this solely by other people’s reviews and my own experiences. Many people’s times at this store can be different. So you don’t have to follow this. These are just tips that you can try so you won’t end up having to type a one star review. Anyways, thanks for reading!

If you enjoy the sales person following you around the store, stare at you from across the isles while you look at the merch then this store is for you. But not for me. I was so uncomfortable with the whole experience. The cashier even asked for my id at checkout. Not going there again. Will stick to buying my anime stuff online.

My cousin and I usually went here in every visit to this mall and the staff is nice but they do watch or every move like if we were going to do something bad but that doesnt bother me. Honestly they have a lot of interesting and cool stuff in their store but the owner is extremely on edge about people stealing from her store. As I walk around I kept on noticing her staring at me and looking in my direction as if I was gonna steal. The keychains are on display right in front of her and as I’m looking, she keeps on staring on me, as if she’s just daring me to to go ahead and put in my pocket. lol. It just makes my shopping experience a lot more awkward and uncomfortable, and most of the stuff is pretty overpriced either way.

When my fiancé and I walked into this store we were blown away by the amazing deals that we found inside. We ended up purchasing 18 posters in total (they had a special for 3 for $10 on the posters). My sister is a huge anime fan and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to snag some for her as a surprise for when we get back home. The moment we walked into the store we felt welcomed as anime nerds and received great customer service when we were checking out. When we visit the state again we will definitely be stopping by again!

Terrible female owner. Rude and only cares about her profit. I would never shop here. Was with others and saw how she interacts. Im not a fan of anime, nor of mercenary owners or terrible customer service. Ive heard her merchandise is overpriced also. I would advise going elsewhere or finding better deals on the internet.

First and last time in this store. Waited 40 minutes to get in and I understand this due to covid. Female employee was rude and sarcastic to my daughter. She asked what can i help you find and my daughter asked her where the figures were and she repssponded in a sarcastic tone saying well its an anime store and they are everywhere, what characters exactly?you need to tell me what character and rushed us. My daughter felt uncomfortable about her rude tone of voice and looked at me and we walked away. She found 3 items to purchase but after so many employees following us we put them back and left. 13 bucks for a Keychain. Um no. The employees watched us shop and appeared to be hyperviliant about theft. Very stressful shopping experience.also prices are too high. I suggest buying anime items online.

Very good selection of almost every mainstream anime out there. Including merch, manga, figures and digital media. But other than that youll soon realize that after walking around for a bit literally everything is 2x the original retail price. At first I thought it was because some things were rare but even normal funko pops were $20... Pokemon boxes that would usually run you $20 were $40. I even asked the guy if I was being picky or if everything in the store was REALLY overpriced and he just gave an awkward laugh. Again good selection but only good if youre buying something very small or have money to spend but at the same time you can get the stuff there literally anywhere else for retail. Staff was very friendly but at the same time kinda looked to be on edge about everyone in shopping.

Went to check the store out. People there are very rude to you if you take too much time looking around. Literally one of the staff straight up told me if I was planning to buy anything and if not to leave. Apparently I can’t take my time looking if I like something that I want to buy. Never going back here again and I encourage all to not support this store. By the way their prices are overpriced to the point that it is laughable. Please go support other stores like Tokyo, and other anime stores that are not greedy.

I just discovered this store a couple weeks ago and my first experience here was amazing and most of the things I got were in great quality and it was great. My second experience however wasn’t so great. As I looked around the store the staff would just watch me pick out items and would just seem very sus. I was somewhat uncomfortable to be there with a bunch of strangers just look at me the whole time. Then when I was buying my stuff the guy at the counter seem to have had some problem with me and my mom. He seemed upset over the things I got because I heard him say something in a rude tone as we walked up and started paying. Overall the things I got were in great quality and I loved everything but please have the staff not stare at the customers the whole time because it creates a negative feeling to some.

The staff were both friendly and helpful enough and had good product knowledge. Had literally zero hiccups when I visited during my trip to the states. I mean okay they could have been a little more enthusiastic maybe but the vast selection of cool stuff made me forget any minor qualms I would have had with the service. Recommended :)

It felt really awkward being in this store. The staff behind the counter seemed very on edge the entire time we were in the store, and were constantly staring at me and other costumers while we looked around. There was a very apparent awkward feeling in the air here while looking around. There is also a number of counterfeit products here, such as the anime posters at the entrance, some counterfeit Funko Pops, and counterfeit Dragon Balls in the display cabinet. None of the Nendoroids have a sticker for the US based distributor (Ultra Tokyo Connection), so they are getting them from other means, which is never a good sign. It seems they have a mixture of legitimate merchandise mixed with lots of counterfeits. I would recommend avoiding this place.

This store is a good store. However good experience here usually depends on how good the staff are. My experience was good. However, some people claim the staff are terrible but right now the new staff don’t really act rude and don’t watch every single step of yours but they are still vigilant so u won’t steal. The only problem I had was that I had to wait 10 mins to the cashier to buy a manga. And the manga itself was a bit pricey. ( A my hero Academia book for $12!). I also wasn’t really happy because the “manga” I bought was chapter book filled with words. But, that was the book not the store. So IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK HERE.

This location is horrible, I’ve been here multiple times with my family and every time we’re there all they do is stare at your every move and follow you around as if you are going to steal something. Best Anime Store of All Time💯😎

I was real nervous going into the store because Ive heard negative things about the customer service but the guy behind the cashier was really nice and cool, answered my questions easily and with no problems. I think his name is Adrian. And I was able to find the manga I was looking for in no time because they have their shelfs labeled with letters; all of the manga titles that begins with the letter A are all on a section lettered A, for example.Their collection of manga made me drool, had me wishing I was rich so I could buy more, and more.Ill be coming back once Ive finished the manga I bought last week.

Haven’t been to this particular mall in about 5 years and I was shocked to find this holy grail of an anime store! Completely new and it’s incredible! Some prices might be high but it’s worth it when it comes to the Exclusive items or discontinued ones. The staff were really nice and helpful and knew their stuff. The owners are Asian so it’s obvious they’d be watching you like a HAWK LOL. No surprise right? xD but honestly it’s a great store! Pops, Chase & Exclusive Pops, Figures, Manga shirts you name it!

The manga varity is really big and the figurines and all that are cool. Found an FMA figurine that cost $44.99, while in another store it was $119.99. So yeah. Pretty cool.

Ignore the old reviews from a year ago. This place was just as good as Anime Jungle. Large selection of all kinds of merch, huge manga wall, and really cool anime shirts/posters I havent seen anywhere else.The only thing I wouldnt buy here is figures, but if youre looking for a mix of merch from older and newer shows this is definitely the place to check out

Great funko pop selection!

Never stepping foot in this store again, the customer service was god awful and i had one worker follow me around the store and another one yell at me from across the store over a few funko pops that werent placed EXACTLY how he had left it. Ive never seen a worker act that way in my life, and ive been working in retail for years!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We were going to buy some stuff because they had a pretty decent selection, but after our interaction with the uptight middle-aged Asian man, I will never set foot in this store again. We were looking at Funko Pop figures and deciding which ones wed like to buy when that guy came up and said in a very rude and harsh tone, Put those back the way they were when you found them! and my girlfriend said, We did, and he was like, No you werent. I had to re-arrange them. I dont know, it just seemed very rude and petty and OCD. Hes literally being PAID to arrange the stores inventory and we werent even in there for 5 minutes before he started bitching. We wont be back and well make sure our friends avoid this place, too.
