I came in here to get a pair of shoes after them not having my size on 3 different type of shoes the lady started to rush me saying that we will close in 5 min. Left the place definitely not coming back ever.

Went in to find some full length sweat bottoms and top and didnt even have XL . all the had were just a few pair on the rack. Who owns this store lol?

So not impressed. Went in to return a pair of shoes that didnt fit my kid - was actually told they didnt have enough money on hand (it was only $45) and to return tommorrow. Went in following day, while processing the return - literally not ONCE did the manager at the counter even look up at or greet me whatsoever. Gave off a major bad/snotty vibe. Seperate incident a few months earlier: grandmother entered the store to look for a sports bag - and all the employees stayed talking amongst themselves, never a greeting or offer to assist - so she walked right back out. Only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because one male employee was helpful a seperate time. Overall bad customer service.

I called today to get a general price on their t ball helmets, after hesitating to answer my question the employee told me id just have to come in because they vary. i said Okay, can you give me a range?! And shes hung up on me!!!! I dont feel like that was an unreasonable request seeings how the store is fairly small and I doubt she wouldve had to walk very far to check the price!!!!
