We go to this Target often, and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly, but today was exceptional. I had called earlier to see if a pair of Christmas mugs were in the store. When I got to the store, I did not see them, so I asked a member of your staff (Brett) if they were in stock. He informed me that they were in stock, but not yet on the shelves. I left my name/number with him to let me know (and hold them for me), when they were available to purchase. He called me back right away, and I just picked them up! I want to thank Brett for going above and beyond to make sure I got the mugs, I truly appreciate it!

Great target I used to grew up here. They have lots of fresh items and it very small.

The only retail store that sells good quality at a very affordable rate. I bought my beautiful shoes here and I was so happy that it suited my dress. It was worth paying for.

I like this smaller version of Target-it was quicker getting in and out but still had everything I was looking for.

The store is clean which is good. I got all I wanted from the store but the staffs are unfriendly at all. Will never come back here again, I’ll rather go to another target to get my stuffs next time.

Love the mini Target, needs a couple of tweaks. It has more self checkouts then real cashiers. And exiting is a little weird. The Starbucks is to big and overtakes the front of the store.Overall it is a nice fresh Target look.

Definitely a smaller Target, but they still have the essentials. There is self-checkout and a Starbucks inside.This location has the closest parking spots I’ve ever seen next to the entrance. I parked ten feet front the door.

I love the convenience of this place and the friendly service. The product was always fresh and the meat department is first-class. I also appreciated the quality of their clothing. The employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

When I entered this target I brought my shopping cart from the parking lot. When I enter the store the assistant was busily discussing plans with her girlfriends at the door for the upcoming weekend. When I asked if she could wipe the cart for me she had a very poor attitude and appeared to be upset that I was asking her to wipe the handle of the cart and remove the trash from the center basket.

Its large and Starbucks is always convenient. The down side is they have you checkout yourself. Its efficient, but if you have a question youll have to hunt someone down. Everyone Ive encountered, for the most part, is friendly.

The employee at checkout was extremely courteous and helped with my online pickup while I checked out so I was able to finish my transaction quicker

Great buys for Memorial Day Weekend!

I brought my brother to this Retail Stores recently because hes looking for quality clothes yet affordable that is within his budget. And hes very happy with it.

I am not from Orange County, but when I come visit my family I come here because I am used to the atmosphere of Target. They have a Starbucks and I usually go there. This is the only target I have been to in Orange. When I return I will make sure to go to the others. You guys are AWSOME! Very friendly!

I’ve been here a handful of times because it is near my drs office and I’m underwhelmed . The store itself is well laid out and clean but the employees are far from friendly ! No one looks happy to be there and definitely not helpful . The only person with a smile is the gal who greets and cleans carts . The cashiers practically scowl at you and the inventory folks won’t move their carts to let you pass in the aisles .Interesting experience .

I like basically everything about Target as a brand. This location is pretty small and good for quick stops for food and makeup, but all the other departments are quite small. They only sell about 9 different movies at a time in their DVD section, which is a huge bummer for me. Overall its a nice little location.

This particular Target off Yorba is a little Target, but it usually has everything I need in a quick moment. Currently they are well stocked and are very convent to my home. I can run there quickly and be back home fast.

Starbucks staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. Victoria and her coworker today were a great team. There was also a few Target staff members in line at Starbucks today. Very sweet and let me go ahead of them. Very smiley and seem to get along real well with each other. Nice to see and makes for positive vibes in the store!

This IS a smaller Target but I enjoyed shopping there. Its a lot more simple and not overwhelming. Was very organized and clean. Customer service was good. Parking close to store. I went on a Saturday around 1pm and it was not busy at all which made the shopping more calm.

Very frustrated with not being able to get ahold of anyone in the store. I accidentally left toilet paper on my cart at the bottom and was trying to get ahold of someone to see if it was still at the store or what my status would be to get replacement with a receipt. Pressed all the options no one picked up the phone and there is no customer service desk at the store.

Double check your electronics before taking them home! Bought what I Thought was a GoPro hero 7 but got instead a GoPro hero 5 that was not working! Took it back to the target to get treated like a criminal! I was not looking for a refund just an exchange for what I had paid for! Never thought I would be treated like this from target nor did I ever think something like this would happen!

The store is definitely smaller than other stores. Great for quick trips but they dont have certain things you would expect in a Target, such as maternity. The self checkout did not work. All four stations were down and I was helped out of order. The Starbucks isnt full service and apparently you cant use gift cards on merchandise. Seems like store just doesnt have its act together yet.

The employees were cleaning the self checkout stations after every person. It was a great peace of mind.

This Target is a small store or flexible format store. It is clean, bright, and open on the interior. Because of the smaller size, it is easy to quickly find the items that you need making it very convenient for last minute trips. This Target has a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks. There are a limited number of cashiers but several self-checkout stations. Parking is somewhat cramped.Overall, a great experience, and will likely be my default Target store.

This store cause my grandma to be injured. They did not help her at all and she has 2 broken legs from being run over by a hit and run driver. They didnt provide any assistance to her. No wheel chair cart, no basket, no assistance in shopping. They accused her that she was taking something when she trusted the employees to ring her up, then false imprisoned her in a small room, blocked the door so she couldnt use the restrooms or get her medications she needed immediately after making her cry for an hour. She had to call 911 for help when she got to her car and the paramedics and fire department came to help her after being kept a hostage. An old grandma of 5 and they thought she was doing something wrong. The security guy said he saw her things falling off her walker but they didnt call and ask an employee to help her. Security said they saw her looking for a basket for her walker but he didnt call anyone to bring her a basket since all the basket holders were empty. Instead they abused and harassed my grandmother and put her in the hospital. They finally brought her the electric wheelchair cart at the end so she could get to her car but they made her pull her walker at the same time while trying to drive the cart. She injured her arm and shoulder now from pulling so much weight and trying to turn corners pulling her heavy walker. There were 3 people around her and no one would help her. This target is run by very young people who are not familiar with laws, disability laws or have compassion for the public or disabled. Also civil liberties of disabled elderly. Go to another store. They should have left this store a grocery store as it was before.

The on duty supervisor was helpful, efficient and super friendly. Her name Heather and I hope her superiors read this. Keep her shes irreplaceable.

Get your flu shot here!!!! pharmacy staff is amazing!!! Ashley and Sheila were amazing!!! im super afraid of needles, and Ashley is super gentle. i didnt feel any discomfort. This is my second time getting my flu shot here, and Ashely is amazing!!! I had a very horrible/poor experience with the Albertsons up the road, 4550 chapman, I immediately transferred my auto-refill prescription to Target, and have been VERY happy!!!!

Everyone is always so helpful. On top of everything else, checkout is always made easier and in a friendly manner.

Dont go to this Target! My mom was hurt here. Thank god we have 3 attorneys in our family. They took advantage of her. They abused and harassed her. She had to call 911 to get help since the employees caused her so much stress and she wound up hurt. She is now in the hospital.

The only cashier working at around 9am this morning (4/16/2020) was rude, and the place barely had any customers - not a surprise. This store didn’t have ANYTHING Essential that I needed except for a nail file board that cost $5.59! Pack of 3 but still, what a rip off.

Its weird, because its so small. If youre used to the size of most big box major retailers, youre going to be shocked. You can see the entire store from walking in the front door.

Very clean and brand new, but the checkout was extreme bazaar and the associates are still new and dont know where anything is. I had to go around and ask 3 different people and ask where things were located at and none of them knew. The layout is a little bit different then the other targets I have been to. When we got up to the front they were only 2 or 3 check out lanes and the self serve check out lanes were moving slowly because either people didnt know how to use them or people were waiting for the normal check out lanes. The flow of the lanes needs be readjusted or either create another waiting lane for self service.

I ordered and picked up my order the same day ! Got an email that my order was ready to pick up within an hour. Took about 2 mins to get my item . The staff was really nice . Even had small talk while they were getting my item.

The worst customer service I have encountered here. The sale associate by the name of Laura rolled her eyes at my husband and I while we were trying to dispute a return. The first time I came to return something, she automatically told me I needed a receipt when I purchased it on my target card. I know she could have looked up the item on my target credit card but refused to. I have returned a lot of items at a different target and never had an issue not having a receipt because they have always looked it up on my target card.The manager on duty by the name of Fernando wasnt any better. My husband called in to make sure if this is an issue and over the phone he said that yes the associate could have looked up the item with our target card. He even asked my husband what was the name of the person who I spoke to so that he can talk to her and retrain her. He then said that without a receipt maybe its better if we go to the target we purchased at instead because we might not carry the item. My husband told him if we can find the receipt we will come back so that we can point her out. At that point if the policy is that if they dont carry it they cant do a return, he should have mentioned that to my husband but he didnt even say anything.We came back to this target thinking that we can probably return it since we now coming back with a receipt even if they dont have the product, but were we so wrong. Needless to say, the manager was as rude and unprofessional as Laura ( the sales associate that helped me). He was using the word Bro, dude, uncool, etc. he said it was on you bro for coming back here instead. At that point there was no point at talking to him. We asked for the store managers name and left.We then called corporate and the person my husband spoke to said there is no policy for if the store does not carry it that they cannot do a return. We should be able to return at any target if it was purchased there.Im hoping that corporate will have some disciplinary action taken to this target. They need to all be retrained!Even thought this target is down the street from us, we will never go to this target again!

I have always been a huge fan of Target...until I wasnt. For the past year or so, the main Target where I shop has issues with keeping the shelves stocked and after my visit to another Target and the very rude checker, Im rethinking where I shop/

I dont get it. This is a small store. Inventory is bare bones (not in a literal sense). They have just enough of everything that I noticed very quickly that they dont really have much of anything at all.They are intent on protecting all of that nothing, tho, as loss prevention rent-a-cops were sure to make their presence known by continually walking the floor. Around me. Profile much?The parking is close and safe, the store is new - you can still smell the fresh paint. The Targeteers were friendly and helpful. The mood in the store felt good - maybe due to an inspiring management team?The lack of inventory will keep me away, as will the blaring obviousness of the LPs. The cameras throughout the store are enough visual deterrents - let me shop in peace, plzzz.

PointlessThis Target is great in theory but horribly executed. They seem to have a bunch of stuff in the store, but its never the stuff you need. Everytime Ive gone here I leave needing to go to a regular size Target or other drugstore. Today for instance they didnt have any AA batteries? WTF? Its close to home so Ive gone serveral times to get random pantry odds and ends and always leave realizing I wasted more time going to this location, because I could only get 1/4 of the items on my list....things like AA batteries.Youre better off going to CVS or driving further to a full size Target or Walmart.

Worst experiences. Everything is overpriced, much more than online and other stores right up the street. Sometimes they will price match, other times won’t. Tonight I had to drive all the way to the other because they were $8 more expensive for our baby formula & they refused to match it - even though that’s supposed to be targets policy. Won’t be shopping here EVERY OTHER day anymore. Waste of a target as they have half what any other store does anyway!

Starbucks denied me service upon making drinks for target personal. Sorry target personal only I was told after being next in line. No problem. Walked away. I was wearing a grey shirt.. my coworker was able to order, and hes wearing construction colors.. its obvious the color of my shirt didnt play a part when I was refused service.Id go to Starbucks out in Loma Linda all the time, grab pupachinos for my two dogs before offroading. Not anymore.

CvS pharmacy is located inside Target store & the male pharmacy technician who applied shots for vaccination was not accommodating & not really eager to provide this medical service. Had to ask more questions on the vacine applied 🤔

Worst Target experience ever! The mistakes 3 different customer service cashiers made strongly suggests there was minimal training before store grand opening. It had been open 2 weeks before my first & last visit. One cashier was sure Target clearance items were unreturnable & final sale only (I thought I was being pranked) the 2nd didnt listen to the answers to questions she asked customers. The third was perhaps a floor supervisor of the others though I hope not since she accepted no responsibility for mistakes made by them or herself, offering no apologies for her poor service. Im well aware people make mistakes and am very tolerant of such a learning process, but an employees unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the employer who hires/tolerates these people who possess little or no work ethic along with the not my problem attitudes.The store looks new, front is all windows so easy to see (previously a Ralphs) inside. All food/grocery items located in rear of store as are the restrooms. There are 2-3 cashiers stands, the rest are self checkout and customer service counter.Parking lot has 2 charging stalls for electric vehicles with a posted 2 hour limit.

I chose this score because target has everything I needed to get during todays run.

While standing in line the cashiers did nothing but complain about their customers. I heard one cashier tell another one how the two women that had just left gave her a headache. The sad thing was is they werent even in her line. I think its rude when employees complain about customers while another customer is standing right there. Take it to the break room like normal people.

What is the use for online ordering and pickup at the local Target when you have to get back in line with all the other patrons who haven’t paid yet? I got to the cashier and then she had to check my order and go back into the store and find what I ordered. They texted me that is was ready before I got there so I expected to just pick it up. I might as well get it off the shelf myself and then get in line and pay in store!
