I been calling them over the refund that I haven’t got in about three weeks I called the guy a week later after I had to pick up the order to confirm the refund. No refund back after a week I call the 800 number on the charge they tell me I will get it in 3 to 7 days call after a week because there was a deposit for $4.75 but not the $45.78 that I paid. Call the store again because the 800 number is closed right now and the guy again tells me he’ll look into it and then hangs up. Well I am really hoping they reach out if not I guess I will call 800. I definitely do not recommend them for curbside pick up.. I’m actually very disappointed at Party City as a whole right now.

I did an online order curved side pick up, I never received an email my order was ready but I spoke to a guy who said they would process it because they had to cancel an item that was out of stock which was fine. Didn’t receive the email, waited 24 hours nothing waited another 8 decided to go to the store call while at the parking one would answer after 15 mins or so when in side the store only to be told to wait on the other side of the store because the online poster is misleading it doesn’t actually say where to waited or what line I need to stand at. I ask the only person at the front direct me to the other end of the store to wait after a couple minutes she walk over and ask my name n got my order. I explain to her what had happen but it was like I didn’t say anything. She handed me my bag n that was it. Very unfriendly. N no explanation what happen why my order wasn’t processed correctly.

Awesome tasting menu and the staff were very attentive didnt have to ask for anything they were always one step ahead.

Horrible customer service. Even with the manager on site, she didnt care or act professional to make the experience better.Tried purchasing balloons over the phone, must be done online or in person. I come in person & they didnt have a letter in the same matching color. Had to accept a separate color. Asked them to blow up balloons that spelled out TWINS. The S wasnt an S it was a dollar sign and in the wrong color. So ridiculous! Thanks for nothing party city! Will not be returning.

It has a lot of cool costumes

I went to the Orange store on Main to have my daughters birthday balloons inflated only to get home and discover that TWO of them had deflated. No, we did not have the ability to go back and get it fixed before her party. So we had to settle for deflated balloons in her balloon bouquet. I do not spend money at a store only to settle for less than I pay for. I am very angry, upset and disappointed. This sucks! >:-(

Not too bad of a wait time. The gals helping with the costumes were amazing and very helpful. The gal I got as a cashier was not kind at all . I extended my hand to get my change and she just dropped it on the counter and before I left her counter space I asked if they had a certain balloon i need it and she replied with; I dont know if we do but I already called another customer up you will need to make line again. I mean really?? Listen. I get that we are all going through a very difficult situation but their is no need to take it out on all, specially if they are being nothing but kind to you. Perhaps customer service is not your thing 🤦‍♀️

Ordered balloons 5 days in advance, went to pick them up and no balloons. The employees could not even find my order. Party City let us down, and their employees are absolutely clueless. What a waste of my time!

The store was well stocked and adhered to the COVID guidelines well! The employees were friendly and helpful.

Popped in on a whim since I was in the area. Love the Halloween props. A bit pricey but its once a year. You can count on finding your costume needs here. Not planning on purchasing anything thinking I had what I needed. Nope, suddenly found the need for a few more last minute must haves. PC associate Karen was such a doll immediately offering her assistance upon arrival. Honestly, if it werent for Karen, I would have just took a quick look and booked. We started chatting about Halloween, duh, got me all excited. It was over from there. Got my shopping eyeballs wide open and wallet ready. I grabbed a few cool items that will help set my costume off. A BIG SCARY HALLOWEEN THANKS to Karen for helping me realize I needed to spend $40 more on my costume just when I thought I had everything I needed...lol.***************************************Everyone please help make it a safe Halloween. Keep your kids close and your eyes on them at all times.HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!👻

Decent selection with a friendly staff, however there were lots of holes in the displays, either sold out of many many items. Or they simply dont restock on a regular basis. Over all were able to piece together a decent amount of decorations for a upcoming event

I stopped by this party city because I was in charge of my best friends gender reveal and I needed some balloons and helium for the reveal balloons I pre-bought. The younger girl at the register was very helpful. Im talking above and beyond helpful. I forgot her name but I was there on 4/29/18 around 12:30-1:15 pm on a Sunday. Either way, thank you so much for all your help and most of all your patience.

The helium tank i purchased says UP to a certain amount of balloons... its more approximated bcz it depends how much you put in each balloon.

Get you balloons somewhere else placing phone orders is not a priority.The quality of inflation was terrible paying $65 you would think a decent looking set would offset the pinch in your wallet. Service with a smile is a must thats how loyal customers return.

Nothing for 18 year olds. They have stuff for 16 year olds. They have stuff for 21 year olds. But they have no decorations for 18 year olds. That is completely frustrating and unacceptable. I found a couple generic things to make it look like an 18th birthday, but nothing that actually said happy 18th. That made me very sad.

I got my kids Halloween costumes, one of them had the mask missing and the store got me one immediately no questions asked.

They sold me defective invitations, then they refused to offer a refund or exchange. Manager Jerry treated me rudely, which seemed like a waste of energy since we were discussing an item that cost less than $10.Their selection is lacking in comparison to other Party City stores, and the aisles are dirty. All three times I visited this branch, it looked like a schoolbus full of second graders had just rolled through. Chaos.

Store was a mess and no help on the floor... Ever when we got to check out there were only two registers open and a wait of 15 minutes.

I will nevet go back to this party city. I went to buy my mom a mothers day ballon which was $9.99 and with in an hour the air started to come out, i went back to party city and they said they did not carry the ballon and the receipt they gave was not theres!! I cant believe they did this to me for mothers day. The manager or supervisor was a fat white guy that was very rude.
