Went in for balloons yesterday the staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought two different packs told them how many of each I wanted inflated but instead they inflated all of them which was fine but unfortunately they did not tie them correctly and 4 balloons came out from the string and the rest of the balloons only lasted about 3hours which was very disappointing. It was honestly a waste of money.

Ran into a snag on an order. Manager was caring and empathetic toward my experience. Made it right. I will continue to shop this establishment.

Had everything you could absolutely use for a party. But I went in looking for specific tissue paper for gift bags and everything was pretty much solid colors.

Very helpful staff. I like the section where you can pick different single item party favors of varying characters for .50, an inexpensive treat for the kids to pick out a couple dollars worth of trinkets.

We went to get a costume for Halloween. They have lots of options, and I really like the way you just choose from the photos and they bring it to you, rather than the customer having to search through hundreds of costumes to find one thats acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Party City is over priced! I was buying my sister her “19” balloons. The prices are ridiculous. Just last year they were cheap. This year they were $11.99 each! My total was $25 which is more than my Starbucks order. The balloons didn’t even had its own weight thing. Now my sister is stressing about her balloons flying away before she can take her Instagram pic. This is a disgrace and I will never go to Party City ever again for balloons. My sister also lost her toe nail because merchandise feel on her foot.

Party city in orange. This place should be a great experience. When you first walk in the door. No greetings. Your kind of hesitating to ask for help. The ladies up front look miserable and give off those vibes to customers. These ladies dont want to be bothered. My family really likes coming her great store. Bad customer service. Easy fix.

WOW, what a place!!! I could not even of imagined it. It has more than everything and I think is as big as a football field. I was like WOW WOW WOW all through the ailsles. Prices are not as high as I would of thought, affordable. Every theme for every party possible it seems they have. Costumes & candy galore. Party favors, exceteria abounds. Probably the best party store on the planet!!!

Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a balloon order, not only was it not there, they didn’t even apologize for it. When confronted about it, she just looked at us. Terrible.

Maybe it was because it was prior to graduation season but I found the store lacking in a lot of stock. It wasnt super clean feeling either.

Big place yet a bit disorganized. I placed an online order even if most of the items says they have 12 in stock, I ended up getting only a couple of my order out of 5 items because it is still boxed up in their storage and they couldnt find it. Disappointing coz I drove 30 miles to get there and didnt get my full order!

I thought they would have what I wanted.workers dont help.

Very frustrating experience with their online order for in-store pick-up. Turns out they didnt have my item in stock and I drove there for no reason. The employees seemed to keep confusing my order with that of someone else. They were very frazzled and didnt even apologize for the error.
