I would personally not advise that this company be used to install granite. My experience with them was late April. My designer finally picked out which color she wanted for an investment property. I made the required down payment. And the installers were scheduled to come install the next day (even though I was told before that they were extremely busy and jobs were scheduled weeks out). They took all day for the install and actually left around 8pm. I wasnt happy with the work then but there was nothing that could be done that late in the evening. The next day, I made final payment. About 2 days later I was doing baseboards and leaned on the countertop to get up. The top almost fell. I then found out that the piece was not even cemented down (see first pic). Then I started looking at some more of their work closely. One seam was horrible (see pic 2) and instead of cutting a new piece to cover up a large gap, they opted to save money and leave a half inch gap between the wall and the granite (see pic 3). I immediately called the company to come and cement the loose piece in and cut it to size. The receptionist said she would pass this to her boss. 3 days later I still didnt receive anything. So I went to the store. The receptionist stated that since it was a 20 min job, that theyd try to fit me in because they were so busy. I insisted that since they knew how long it would take that they schedule me in so I can know when to be at the property. They finally agreed to schedule me in. They were supposed to be at the property at 12:30 pm on Friday. Well that did not happen. I left the property at 2:30pm. I finally got a phone call at 3:30 (3 hours late) asking if someone would be there to open the door. I had to pay another company to finish the job that this company screwed up. Bottom line is Im an investor in the area and I definitely wont be using them again.

C&S Granite was recommended by my niece and her husband.I went by and talked to them about getting some countertops put in and the young lady(Lacey) was very helpful. She listenedto what I wanted, made some recommendations andset an appointment for Alex to come look at our cabinetsand take measurements. While there he provided helpfuladvice and we decided to use the Quartz material.It was very reasonable in price and the delivery and installation was neat and clean. I would recommend them to anyoneneeding to have new countertops installed.

C&S did great jobs in my house and my brother house, and my neighbor house, we have been buying all cabinets and granite from them, we got our cabinets and granite tops installed within one month. I am general contractor and have worked with them about 3 years, their price is best in this area. Alex and Carolina and other stuffs who works in office are always helpful and knowledgeable to answer questions. the installers did not speak good English and sometimes hard to communicate with them however they do not play with their job they did great jobs. and quality of cabinets are good soft close and real wood. They are professional and easy to work with I will use them again.

Just got home yesterday from Vacation and want to say Thank you C&S, they are awesome. C&S did my brother in law and moms houses last year, they did my three neighbors house this year as well. They recommend this store to us, and we have been waiting and waiting our fund from bank about 2 years that is sucks and bad. Finally we have that money to do our kitchen and bathrooms. my husband called them made an appointment for measurements, they send Alex come us take the layout measures and they call us the second day, the 3D design layout is perfect and show all the details the kitchen cabinet. I had hard time to make decisions on the colors, thousand times to change my minds, you know that lady is difficult to focus on this. They help us to choose the cabinet and granite color, we select Cunningham White Cabinet and Black Galaxy Granite, and most importantly we got the beast deal from them. I give them 5 stars.

Very happy with my Monroe Cream Glaze cabinets, best installers around. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They have worked with me tremendously on pricing as well as install dates. I had one issue with the Counter top, but They came out and fixed it as soon as possible. I pick a material that has some ruff spots in it but they came back and added more sealant and its absolutely gorgeous. So if anyone is in the Market for cabinets and counter tops this is the shop to stop by and let them measure and design for you. Hope this is helpful.

C&S Granite Cabinetry are awesome! Getting cabinets and a new kitchen was not in our plans but do to a huge contractor error we had no choice. My husband and I were overwhelmed and had a big deadline with a baby on the way. C&S Granite Cabinetry could NOT have taken care of us better. From start to finish they was a pleasure to work with and delivered 100% of what they said. Now a horrible situation turned into a beautiful kitchen we love. They came out last Sat, got here about 10 am, were done at 7, and you can see how they came out, I still have some flooring to put down, but since Harvey paid us a visit last Aug. the house has been a work in progress, we moved back in Dec 10, and after having a laundry sink for a kitchen, and some plywood boxes for cabinets these are amazing, love the fit and finish, solid plywood construction, only thing, the 2 guys that came out to do the work, did not speak hardly a word of English, made it hard to get a point across, but we were able to make it work out, and it getting it all worked out, Morgan at the office was great, answering all our questions and concerns,We cant thank them enough

I used C&S Granite Cabinets to redo my kitchen. It turned out great. The cabinets where very good quality and look beautiful. Alex came out and gave us a quote he was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. The girls in the office Charity and Brittany were great. They answered all our questions and got back to us with updates in a timely manner. LOVE my new cabinets! I was trying to match up cabinets that were already in my new home. I didnt need to do a full remodeling project. The selection of cabinets was better than any other site I researched. I am a single mom with two daughters - I was looking for nice but inexpensive. Not only did I find a great price with C&S Granite Cabinetry but have been wonderfully surprised by the high quality! Prior to this I had purchased a cabinet from a large home improvement store, took it home, tried to put it together with instructions that were confusing and some of the items were mislabeled. After several hours, I had (for the same price as one of the cabinets from C&S Granite Cabinetry) an okay quality cabinet with a drawer that wouldnt close. Fortunately I was able to return it and I found C&S Granite Cabinets. All of the cabinets I bought went together quickly and securely and I LOVE the way they look and feel. C&S Granite Cabinetry recently installed all our kitchen cabinets and did an outstanding job. Alex provided excellent customer service by developing the design via a 2020 design which depicted exactly how the cabinets would look once installed. Upon completion, the design and the cabinets exceeded our expectations. Alex personally inspected the final job and made whatever adjustment that was necessary and, to be honest, only one drawer needed to be adjusted and he accomplished that in less than half an hour. Their installation crew were meticulous and ensured that all cabinets and drawers were leveled. What a great experience! After someone messed up my Kitchen cabinet and Granite stone, I visited C&S 05/27/19 in search of granite for my home because it was recommended by my contractor Jacob from Beaumont. I Spent 5 hours on 3 separated days to find out my favorite granite within my price range. Since we placed the order on 6-11-2019, two weeks later they came in and put them in my house, we are very satisfied with their job. My only complain is the installers can not speak fluent English. I have had a pleasure working with C&S Granite. The customer service is amazing, and all the hard work the 3 guys that install do is unbelievable. It is a wonderful experience getting to watch your dream kitchen come to life right before your eyes. Especially if its your wifes perfect design. We ended up picking out the Cunningham Grey Cabinets with Galaxy Yellow Granite and at first i was worried about the colors not working well together. But Oh my it turned out perfect. And they pieced the pieces together perfectly. So if your in the market for new counter tops and cabinets. Not only is it great work, but the quality is great as well. So stop looking because C&S Granite is the place to go.

Horrible customer service. I spoke with a rude lady name Carolyn and my island top hadn’t come in yet and it’s a week over due. When I asked when would it be in she cut me off and said, “I don’t know but I’ll let you know when I know”. That’s not acceptable when you have contractors waiting to install this item. Earlier last week she told me the owner was in China or an emergency and he would be back today. So I asked if I could talk to the owner since she couldn’t do anything. She then hung up on me and won’t answer the phone. I still don’t have my Island top and I hope she knows this is far from over. I wouldn’t advice my worst enemy to go to this place. This is beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could give it no stars. I will be back everyday to leave a review until I get my Island top since they won’t answer my calls anymore.

After a busted water pipe destroyed our kitchen, we needed to replace our entire kitchen. I shopped around and priced out cabinets over several weeks. Ultimately we decided C&S Granite. Brittany and Morgan are extremely helpful in explaining the differences in cabinets, helping me decide on the features I wanted in my kitchen. C&S Granite beat out the other stores on quality and price. I was able to get 100% real wood beautiful cabinets . And what was even more impressive was how quickly they were able to install them. Granite looks great. But they left a gap between the tile on the wall and granite. Said it could only be fixed for another $600. And that they couldn’t cut tile to a 1” piece. Basically told us to figure it out on our own. I found someone to cut the tile myself the next day. They didn’t own up to their own mistake.

This granite company is amazing. They are quick and professional. My measurements were taken Wednesday, received my quote Thursday and paid, granite was installed the following Saturday morning. They were on time and fast. We did have a language barrier but the owner facetimed us and everything was discussed and remedied ( the issue was my fault, my pipes).Bonus, they were also competitively priced. I paid about $1300 less than I was quoted by another local company for the same item. I definitely recommend C&S Granite!

Very professional, even took their time and didnt rush us w end though we came in 15 minutes to closing. They were knowledgeable about their products and were thorough about the process all the way to delivery. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. We appreciate that they stayed late because we drove an hour and forty minutes to, what we thought we would at least get to just see them but they surprised us and took the time for us to get everything accomplished that would make us be comfortable ordering over email or phone. Thats a compliment, now a days I dread a salesperson asking me do I need any help. For the matter no body anymore asks you if you need help. Customer service is at a all time low. So you should be very pleased with the fact that you have a great staff in your store. We are definitely more confident about using their cabinets in our home.

The C&S staff was by far the best around.We shopped around 6 other places for countertops. I was slightly concerned at first when the price was so much less than other companies. I did not base my decision on price alone. It was the team that made up my mind. They went above and beyond our expectations and we now have the kitchen we have been dreaming of since we moved in. We went with C&S GRANITE CABINETRY for the extensive remodeling/updating of our parsonage kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hall cabinets, laundry room cabinets. They did such an excellent job from start to finish, all the while sticking to our tight schedule. Installed the wrong sink. Backsplash was installed with yellow tinted caulk. There are multiple screw holes and nail holes still visible. A drawer doesnt work right and those that do are hard to pull. I never received the touch up kit I paid for and the manager ignored my calls when trying to get it fixed

They did my kitchen and 2 bathrooms cabinets and vanities, and they did my sisters and cousins house too. They all love it. I was so glad to see my house coming back together since the flood. They came to measure my house, I told him what I wanted in my kitchens to make it more functional like big drawers and he recommended his experience and thoughts with my budget in mind. It was perfect. I am so glad I found this shop to do my house. They are local people, professional, and with great quality work. People who came to install our cabinets and countertops were great too. I asked them to leave less gap so nothing will fall into the gap between my stove and counter. My houses project was a mess in the beginning when I hired a non professional cabinet people to do my house. Then my friend recommended me to take a look at this C&S shop near my house about 30 minutes away. I called and they send a guy out. He is really good. I picked out the style of cabinets which was Ivory white and a similar color with small swirl pattern granite for my countertop. I only told him my thoughts and how I want the layout to be, and then boom that guy was able to measure and tell me exactly what I need like how many fillers, cabinets, or moldings for top and bottom. The next day, I went there and he game the design that we talked about. They even gave me credit for measurement fee when I was signing up. The final products were beyond my imagination. It was better than I thought. I really appreciate him for designing and bringing in the end product into my kitchen. It was a big investment to my house, but well worth the price. At least I know this shop was not going to screw up my kitchen. its very important to hire the right people to do the job right, or else youre spending more money to fix what was done and redo the project on top what you spent. You can tell if someone is professional, like Alex, when tell you the details and recommendations.

Hello, Well it all started when I need to get my bathrooms completed. I wanted custom cabinets but everyone was out 6-9 months. Ive waited long enough just like many others out there. So I called and set up measurements (which are free, Yaaay!!) they came out and did an estimate and I was impressed, very reasonable pricing and they even designed the cabinets the way I wanted. Wonderful people to work with, very respectful, sweet, and understanding exactly what you want. It turned out 3 of the most beautify Vanities EVER! So if your looking for the best installers and cabinet designs, C&S Granite Cabinetry is the best place to go.

If you are wanting granite installed in the Orange area give C&S a call.C&S provided the best pricing, easiest most informative information of all three contractors I contacted. Within a few days we signed a contract and gave a “deposit” check for roughly 70% of bid.However, here’s a few more things I’d recommend they tell you and/or you should do….1. Disconnect drain lines2. Remove everything from lower cabinets.3. Remove everything from the top of the countertops.4. Make sure there is a clear Path through to work areas. Remove any trips/rugs.5. Lots of dust will be created and installers will make an attempt to put up plastic and contain it, and broom sweep upon completion but considerable dust will probably still exist.Recommend shutting off AC until install and clean-up is complete. It will clog filters.6. Recommend opening windows immediately after glue/caulking installed it will stink bad for about 12 hours.7. You should move your vehicle(s) out of your driveway and if possible, about 40 feet away from your driveway as they are going to make loads of dust outside.8. Very likely your installers will speak little English - ensure you can reach their employer who can call them to communicate anything you need during the install.9. Make sure you communicate well before they begin if you want anything saved (i.e. old sink, faucets, etc. if not it most likely will be destroyed. Ensure with them where the faucets will be placed. Not straightforward install may be very difficult if just a millimeter to close to sink/wall. Ensure with them if you want kitchen faucet accessories installed. (They didn’t cut a hole for my soap dispenser - which I was fine with – but they should have asked).10. On our raised bar area, the old tile countertop came down about 1” causing us to have to retile about 10’ x 1”. It would have been nice during the initial visit for that to have been noticed and discussed.12. Another item that should have be identified during the initial visit was supports for the raised bar. It was recognized that these would be needed during the day of install and the installers went to local small hardware store and picked out what they wanted.12. My installers showed up at 8:30am and left about 7:30pm it was a looong day. They were tired, I was tired, and probably wasn’t as diligent about addressing items or even thinking of items like the missing soap hole, area behind stove (oh yea…your stove and cooktop will be left out until glue and caulk is dry the next day – you will have to but it back and level it yourself (pain the butt).13. If you spend $5000+ on countertops you would hope for possibly a hands-on demo, and maybe a sample kit of what is recommended to maintain your counters (that didn’t happen).16. If you spend $5000+ on countertops you would expect a visit by the company rep (who speaks English) upon the completion of the job to come ensure everything was done correctly and ensure I’m happy – nope didn’t happen.When I came to their storefront location to pay may balance due, they said “Thank You” and “Have a good day”. It almost felt intentional that I wasn’t asked “Did everything come out better than expected and/or “Do you have any questions or concerns?”Price was excellent compared to competition. Very easy to work with. Installers were hard working, polite, and seemed to know what they were doing. Best of all was - from receiving our quote to install complete was less than 3 weeks!

This company has been nothing but amazing with scheduling and getting our job completed quickly and beautifully. The staff there are so nice and have been very quick to help us save as much money as possible and still achieve the look we were wanting. Highly recommend this company for your kitchen needs!

You get what you pay for- c&s granite cabinetry are professional from start to finish. The whole process could not have been more smooth. I like dealing with local well established businesses, and c&s granite is just that. All appointments were right on time, arrived when they said they would, and the installers were meticulous in their work. If I could attach a photo it would speak for itself. I heard all the horror stories about other places so when Charity told me it would take 2-3 weeks to have my kitchen completed - I thought that it would be closer to 3 months. The crew that came out and were very professional and very neat. I was also pleased with the quality of the cabinets. My cabinets were completed by Friday. I am now waiting for my counter tops and cannot wait to show off my beautiful new kitchen. I was renovating my house and searching for some quality cabinets without the huge price tag. I’ve purchased my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops from them and everything’s been great. I went back to purchase more quartz countertops for my master bathroom as well. They’re very helpful, reasonably priced, and I love the 3D layout of the kitchen or bathroom that they provide.Alex and his staff are friendly and attentive to customer needs. Their price and quality are great.The install looks great and cabinets have held up perfectly for the last 1+ years that theyve been installed. We will definitely be using C&S again for my Daughters new house this year.

Absolutely wonderful company. The experience was perfect as well. Great Customer service. It all started when I had to get rid of a contractor, I did know if i was ever gonna find a cabinet shop that wasnt months and months out. Well found C&S and they came out with in the week to do measurements for me. After the measurements I got to to actually see the 2020 design on the computer in 3D views and it looked identical to what i wanted. Well they scheduled me and pick up the cabinets from home depot, got the job done with in 3.5 weeks. I only had one issue with some of the cabinets, they were not in yet ( I ordered those cabinets from home depot), but thats not the company fault, but they left the space for the cabinets that werent in yet and came back out at a later date and put them in, all the cabinets job are supposed be done in one day. Which I did have to pay an extra $150.00 but that for the second trip to come out, for the extra gas, time, and delivery of my cabinets ( They explained that to me these). Because even the contact states $300.00 but they worked with us. If I ever need remodeling of cabinets or counter tops again, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I happened upon C&S Granite Cabinetry after getting quotes through several home centers. The showroom is very impressive and I thought there would be no way we could afford their amazing cabinets. They sat down and listened to me even though my project is much smaller than their typical clients from what I gathered. They gave me a quote with detailed drawings as well as a date for install. There were no surprises and everything went according to the schedule we originally agreed upon. I could not be happier with the service and quality of my new cabinets.

Selecting the company to do the granite for our new kitchen was no exception. I read the reviews and decided to give a C&S Granite Cabinetry a chance. There were numerous decisions to make in doing a kitchen remodel and my husband and I have made some mistakes but selecting C&S Granite Cabinetry was not one of them. Brittany, Charity and Alex were terrific and were there for us from the beginning to end. I dont know how many phone calls Ive made to C&S Granite Cabinetry but there were many and they was always available, patient and answered every single question. Thank you all for a job well done! We needed a remarkable company to do work on our granite counters; specifically we needed someone to cut back a long overhanging countertop that was meant for bar stools but was not really serving a function and was taking up precious space in our kitchen. Id contacted Brittany at C&S Granite Cabinetry 6 months ago for a quote, then had to postpone the work for financial reasons. When I called back 6 months later, Brittany still had our file in hand. So, we hired C&S Granite Cabinetry to work on the counters. As soon as the work on the counter was done, the plumber came and installed the faucet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their kitchen counters. Alex and his team were thoroughly professional, communicated well, and they explained up-front what could and could not realistically be done in our kitchen. I would definitely hire them again.

The installers were great to have in our home and worked with such professionalism. My name is Melissa, from Vidor our house got flooded this year in September we lost everything and tied to rebuilt it, sorry for write this review late just got few days free. you know it, anyway, and we used C&S Granite in 2017 for doing our Cabinets and granite, they did a good job and we are happy with their service, so we called them again this year and they had all the designs of our layout cabinet and granite in their computer, so that is super convenient for us just pick up the colors we needed, we walked in their store on 9th-October and got the quote for our cabinet, tops, flooring, we put the money down on that day and they got all cabinets in November-2nd and put them in within 3 days, we love the job they did for us, we are very excited with our new grey cabinet and quartz tops we got some issues ( made by our contractor) with the kitchen plumbers but they fixed it and without charges and make the job done on time. they are effective and reliable, we definitely recommend them in the future.

C&S Granite Cabinetry the third place we stopped when looking for cabinets for our flooded home and I am SO glad we did!The three other places ask us to replace all our cabinet and countertops as they said there is no way keep the previous tops to match the new cabinet and that weight out our budget too much, when we went to C&S, Alex is so helpful and patient with us; he even stayed late so we could take our time. He was very honest with us and also very knowledgeable, and he said we just need new cabinets and they can reuse our countertops that helps a lot to us. A month late they brought all the cabinet and re-install our previous countertops they come out so good, we are truely happy with their job. C&S made this part so easy, not to mention they have the best prices! I will never go anywhere else and will tell everyone I know about them...

I got our Granite from these folks and couldnt be happier. I wanted something with Movement and waves - NOT standard speckles or dots... If you like non-plain granite, and dont want to break the bank, this place is perfect.The last one in this series is Golden Persa Granite which is what we used in our kitchen. They did a great job on the installation, did everything in a timely manner.If youre like me and concerned with price and like to compare- let me save you some time: I went to 8 different places in the Orange, Vidor, Beaumont TX area, and these guys had the best Value for the quality of slabs you can get. They dont charge you for the part you dont use like some folks and theres no slurry of up charges for simple things.Charity and Brittany are the sales people I worked with. Their not pushy and responds to emails / questions quickly.Highly recommend these guys!

I am writing this not for the $15.00 Walmart gift card just want to share our experience with this great Company. We love our new Espresso shaker cabinet and Quartz Countertops and Farm house sink. C&S did a great great job for us, we have been shopping around 4 local stores close us and all of their pricing are really higher I guess they just try to bid up the pricing as there are too much flooding house now. And our Neighbor recommend C&S Granite to us and said they did good job for them and price is reasonable. We called them on 11-21-2019 and the man his name is Alex came to measure and give some ideas about the design, they quoted us the second day and their price is lower than the 4 others. We put the down pay on 11-25-2019 and made the decisions on White cabinets and grey quartz tops. The second day When I realized our appliance are all black color I want to change my cabinets to espresso, I thought they might charge me extra FOR MY mistakes but they said the cabinets were not shipping yet so they can change them without charge, that means lots to me. On 12-11-2019 When their guys came my house to put cabinet+countertops in, they keep everything clean and sealed my tops after it is done, we are all happy with their job, we really want to say thank you C&S Granite.

I do not write many reviews, but I really felt I needed to for C&S home center.I am from Port Neches just have a new house built this year and we used C&S to do our Cabinets and Quartz Countertops, we love the jobs they did for us and it come out really incredible. We changed our plans several times and C&S shew their patience and professional attitudes, they worked with us on the designs and floor plans from Feb-2019-----May-2019, Finally we verified our cabinets and countertops, we put 70% down C&S quote us a reasonable price and did quality job for us. they did my mother in laws house this July and the price is much lower than a quote we got from Beaumont store. I know a lot of people are struggling to find cabinets right now after the Great Flood of 2017. I have already recommended them to a lot of people looking for new cabinets. C&S home center has very good quality cabinets, the prices are amazing and the customer service is great. I really can not recommend them enough.

C&S Granite installed new granite counter tops in my kitchen, bar and vanity in one bathroom. The process from start to finish was very easy. The estimator showed up at the designated time frame and took measurements. C&S Granite provided a new sink for kitchen and under-mount sink for the bathroom vanity.I called for pricing on a Thursday and the following Friday the estimator showed up to do the measurements.I am highly satisfied with the countertops. I had absolute black installed. They custom cut the edge on one countertop to account for my wall not being a perfect 90 degree angle.I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I went to C&S Granite Cabinets after reading the glowing google and facebook reviews. The showroom is very well organized with different budget points. To me their show room is way more realistic than the stock stuff you see at the big box stores.We did cabinets and counter tops through them, but bought our own backsplash tile that we had installed by one of their recommended tile installers. The result is fantastic, the kitchen looks amazing. We feel like we got a really good deal and the service was outstanding, the whole office crew were very responsive during the entire process, always soliciting our feedback. You wont get that from Lowes or Home Depot, I can tell you this from experience.They are super friendly and made a real effort to create a personal connection with us in a genuine, non-cheesy way. They also offered up a lot of support and options to help us save some money in various areas of our project. The longer Im around, the higher I value genuinely good service. I would recommend these guys to anybody whether your budget is large, small, or somewhere in between.

Poor work they haven’t finished the job and will not answer my calls. If I go into the office they claim to make it right but never fall thru, on numerous days they were scheduled to come they never showed up or called.

I could not have been more pleased with the service and quality of my stone counter top installation. Very speedy service but, more important to me...the attention to detail. I had my countertop seamed at the sink and the installer did an excellent job. very considerate staff. did my job in a few hours and cleaned up after the installation. i priced several places in Beaumont, Vidor elc. and surrounding areas and c&s granite cabinetry was comparable in price. they even did my window sill which is something I would have never thought about doing. i had questioned a local cabinet maker about who did the best installation and he was right....thanks c&s granite cabinetry for making my kitchen look amazing. last comment....i did not get pressured by the staff. i wanted the perfect granite so i shopped for months. c&s granite cabinetry did not pressure me or make any bad comments about my frequent followups. i made the right choice...tx c&s granite cabinetry.
