I have nothing but positives to say about this place! This car wash facility is super clean, has very polite workers and the job they did was amazing! Both men I dealt with here were beyond pleasant and great at their job. I wish I could remember their names because I sincerely loved them. I got a detailing job done here and oh my gosh my car turned out so nice. It wasn’t that expensive and the quality of their work was phenomenal! Definitely leave a good tip when you come here as they deserve it! Super job!

This car wash is the absolute best in the area! Separate from a perfect job cleaning my car for a great price, they are very professional and informative about their services. Marty in particular was wonderful and I will be back very soon!

Very disappointed today.... asked for the platinum full service which includes wash Matt’s, dash and console wiped, vacuum and windows and got my car almost the same back smhh windows have wipe Smush, cup holder dirty and Matt’s look like they was just wiped not washed as I asked for n payed for.....

I like to keep my car nice and having a used car thats going through its first winter season with me means I head out for a wash regularly. It has been a long time since I stopped at Sponge Brothers. I pulled in on the Friday after snowstorm. Its very quiet. I asked for a gold wash and the customer service guy tried to up sell me $30, suggesting I need wax and he could do it in 30 minutes. I declined since I didnt want to spend $55. When I go in to pay, I see they had hot wax listed. Gee... I would have gotten that if someone had mentioned it. It is $8. I guess the guy wouldnt have gotten commission for that but he would have built some loyalty in me if he had. Back to Splash for me.The staff drying and shining my car were good, so I tipped a few dollars.

Was in town picking up a new car, and towing it home. Not only did they have the U-Haul trailer I needed, but they were a Rough Country dealer, great oil change, and custom fabrication of these beautiful mud flaps, protecting my new baby. Great price and service! Thank you!! 11/10. Highly recommended.

Beware of the bait and switch. They have posted prices which are “starting prices” although it doesn’t say that. I came in one day and was offered their full service for $200. I didn’t want that so I was offered something different for $150. I couldn’t leave the car that day so I arranged to come back later in the week. When I did a different person told me it would be $250 due to the fact they were starting prices. But I have a small car and they didn’t even look inside it.

Theyll get you in and out; clean and shiny. Theres always multiple associates hand drying the exterior, cleaning your windows and dressing the wheels all at once.

Its a very basic wash is cheap and quick but the prices for everything else can get a little out of hand. Had to go to another location to get a better wash

Been going here since 2015. Boston Rob has always been a constant. The personal pride he and the team takes in their business shows. I have recieved somewhere between 60-70 car washes from them and not once has it been anything but perfection and professionalism.I have a big truck (F250) and the team takes their time and with the little details like ensuring the door jams are spotless, the tire rims are reflective, and I rarely see a bug splat they cant get off in the first pass.Since I have an F-250, I worry about fitting in automatic washes. This team expertly navigates the truck through the machine with great care.I cant say enough good things about this car wash. Thank You for valuing me as a customer and treating my truck like your own every time you touch it.

While drop them because I need my windows clean... They did a great job on the car it looks nice even the inside vacuuming and the floor mats.... But front window did not come out clean it all.. As soon as I hit a sunspot you could see where they wipe and didnt wipe and they were still dust on the Dashboard. But other for windows are good.. In the car was very clean...

When I say I am so impressed, boy do I mean it. I am a mom of 3 and my poor car was a total disaster. We are talking about popcorn and candy and sticky stuff everywhere, but Jonathan went above and beyond. My car looks amazing!!! I feel like I just picked it up from the dealership. I think Ill make my kids walk now. Lol

They went above and beyond when I had my car detailing done on the outside of my car. It looked like it just came out of the showroom! I will definitely be going back! Johnny made sure I looked it over and was happy with everything before I left. Very good service and nice people. Also comfortable waiting area and clean.

Wow, these reviews really do say it all. I regret not reading them sooner. Oil change and car wash with interior took an hour and a half with only 2 people ahead of me. Interior of my car is still dusty and dirty. I am dreading that I need to check the oil myself tomorrow, because I bet its dirty. If so, I will call my bank and get my money back. Dont waste your time or money with this place.

Ive gone to so many car washes and I have never have never had anyone ask me to take the luggage racks off this car wash did I believe they just didnt want to wash the car

They always forget something, Today was the wheels. They didnt do them, not the rims nor the tires that I pay for. However they are the best in this area. The other places are worst.

This is an edited review. I had a previous issue with my passenger mirror getting damaged at this car wash, the owner reached out and got the issue resolved and was prompt, apologetic and covered the cost of the repairs...I say this only because that was my only gripe I had in my prior review. Even with a negative first impression with the broken mirror the initial cleaning and the subsequent repair have proven to me that the owner places a high regard on costumer satisfaction and excellent work. And I will be happily returning as soon as possible.

Just purchased the monthly unlimited wash which was way less than what I was going to originally pay.I will go a few times a week now and I dont have to worry about the darn bird poop. The Unlimited Wash is worth it.

Folks here really took great care of me. This was my first time there and they were patient explaining there many wash options. Even though I pulled up close to closing time. Jonathan paid attention to get the spots I was most concerned about and really took his time ensuring my vehicle was clean (nice, clean and comfortable waiting area too). Took my truck for have a 4” rough country lift install and a bull bar with led lightAfter installation was put on I noticed my truck has metal shaving on side of truck on both sides I check underneath the truck and notice the had to cut a piece of the cross member to drop down my drive shaft they didn’t coated with anything to avoid the expose metal getting rustyAlso after negotiations with the price for install which the first day I went is was 700.00 for the lift came back for the install and he want it 1200.00 for the installation including the bull barSo I’m assuming he want it 500 to install the bull bar so I say no thank you then I mentioned to him you say 700 dollar when we first talk and he say yes ok 1000.00 for both install in my mind I think is still to high of a price for installation of the bull bar so I told him 900.00 and we good he agreedSo far so good now comes the real funny part I told him don’t do the alignment until I see the truck just in case I want to change wheels and tiresI was happy with the looks so I didn’t change anything came back next day to have wheel alignment that by law you supposed to do cause you are not supposed to give out a vehicle to a paying customer in not safe driving conditions to find out I had to pay extra for the alignment105.00 and truck it’s shifting to the left a little bitBut you can stay with your business cause I will never recommend or visit your establishment ever againAnd that rain check for a car wash you offer you can give it to some one elseAlso to find out one shock absorber was missing the bolt on the next day it was installNo you didn’t put the truck on a lift to have it repair I came 4 days later with the problem and no my truck haven’t reach the 500 miles on it cause it’s just a 10mile commute to work everydayI feel sorry that you have to lie in this post aboutHaving my truck on a lift to do repair after a week or soFeel really sorry for you guysAnd I will keep posting if you keep lying 🤥 I never said I didn’t want my alignment I told you to wait until I see the truck to make a decision whether I get new tire or leave the ones I haveCommon sense says after taking the front end apart vehicle needs a front alignment but like I say before you did it wrong and that’s finalI choose your business cause of one recommendation I got I guess next time search better ppl and better quality work

Just finished with a great experience here start to end. I called in and spoke with Alexis who was wonderful and very helpful. I then met the mechanic, Lucas. He replaced my headlight, did oil change, drained and filled transmission, and checked my engine light that was on - all done in less than 2 hours. He kept me updated along the way several times. He kept me informed and explained things well especially to someone like me that doesn’t know a lot about cars. Meanwhile this was all done at a very reasonable and fair cost. I will definitely be back with any future car or mechanic needs. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Lucas!

My daughter just bought a car, (shes 16 and saved from summer job etc) the car had been sitting for months and was really dirty. After going through the first time it was still pretty bad. No hesitation they put it through again. After round #2 it was still pretty rough, I wasnt going to complain because of the condition it started at A sweet employee, named Rachel, was wonderful. She made sure the car looked its best! Thank you.

I had my car detailed. It was full of dog hair and had some stains on the seats. ALL GONE! Marty and his team were terrific - even gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my car. Not inexpensive BUT worth every penny!

Went here today for a car wash. Paid 23 dollars to get INSIDE and outside done. Had to come home and clean the inside myself. Windows werent touched and dashboard was still dusty. But hey someone found time to go through the change I had in my door. Thanks guys! I wish I wouldve taken that change and went down the street to the self serve cleaner. Maybe next time...

Was charged around $110 to steam my carpets and seats, this was to include the trunk; small four door Kia. Decent job on the interior carpets and seats, although there was still pet hair in those hard to reach places like between front seats and center console and underneath the seats. They did not do anything to the trunk. Picked up my car after closing so there was no one to speak to. I called and left a voicemail that was never returned. Would not return based on this experience, expected better attention to detail for the price paid.

I had an excellent experience with this car wash today! Not only was my car cleaned spotless inside and out, but they even got the scratches I had on my side doors out. John and Martel were polite, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this establishment over the many other car washes I have tried.

I dont have any experience with the auto repair service, but the carwash service is top-notch. Theyre fast, efficient and very friendly. Oh, and my car comes out clean, in and out.

Great place for a car wash. Wish they would bring back the Silver - that was the best deal. John is awesome in the garage. They will help you with tire pressure, etc. Don’t go when it is busy, like the first mild sunny day after a lot of snow and ice when everyone’s cars are full of salt. It will be insane. A good local car wash and the free coffee in the sunny lounge make it very civil.

Went an hour before they closed and sat there for a full hour. the mechanics didnt seem to have checked on anything other than just my oil. the guy forgot to tell me something that wasnt even important to me. they gave me a car wash when i didnt ask for one. the only thing good was the price that stayed the same. was so annoyed.

Ive been bringing my cars here for a few years now. They have always provided excellent customer service and quality work on my car. The prices are reasonable and they get you in and out in good time so that you dont spend the entire day waiting. The owner is a well respected man that has a personal relationship with all his customers, he always stops to say hi and have a chat .All and all, great place all around . I also want to add that Anthony is an excellent young man who will never try to fix what isnt broke and will always take the time out to explain your cars needs in understandable terms. I brought my car in to Sponge Brothers for a brake job and oil change and Ernie was awesome! Not only did he do a great job but he also took time out to explain my rotors to me why they needed be replaced and showed me what to look for. I also had my car washed and detailed. It came out looking new. Geisha was extremely friendly and suggested a great scent for my car air freshener. Great service! Reasonable prices! Awesome staff! Will be back!

Message Body:I had my car washed last Saturday - the platinum pkg. there were three people working the end and I am not sure how many were on the front end of the process. My car really needed a good cleaning inside and out and They did an excellent job.

I came to have my car detailed and surprisingly the service was available this time after 8 attempts. I thought of this place as convenient since it’s close to home but I seemed to always get disappointed. The workers were pleasant but the cashier lady was not. They did a good job with the car but for $95.00 they could have done better. I get my car detailed at least 4-5 times a year and I’m still looking for a good place close to home. I wish “detail” service is available on weekends at least :)

I went to get a car wash and the gentleman Marty was so nice. The unbelievable happened, he came in to the waiting area where I was waiting and returned some scratch off lottery tickets not once, not twice but 3 times. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I just want to tell everyone how honest that was and hopefully he will get recognized for it.Thank you Marty for being such a gentleman.

Very healthful and customer oriented. Main lobby is very clean and comfortable, Jessie at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. Jessie went over all of the pricing and everything that was going to be done to my vehicle in great detail and didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. 10/10 I’d let them rub my car down again 😏

I went to get my vehicle washed at Sponge Brothers the other day. When I got home, I realized they did not clean the inside of the windows. I called the next day and instead of simply cleaning the windows, they offered to re-wash the vehicle. That was very nice of them to do.

My car was REALLY dirty! Interior had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a few years.I have no idea what kind of industrial strength vacuums they use there, but they actually got my car clean!!!With the crevices getting clean and dashboard wiped, my car looked amazing. I was blown away with how great it looked. I believe the service I purchased was called Super Interior for $39.99. Worth. Every. Penny.

Went for a $83 oil change end up paying over $100 They charged me extra for the filter without previous consent after I have given her my phone number. No other place on earth charges extra for oil filter. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. After I politely asked for an explanation about the increased price on my bill, then the lady at front desk begun to raise her voice to me, making everyone including myself feel uncomfortable. I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly.

I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 service here today. They are very professional and the best customer service. 1. They fix all issues nicely. 2. They even drove me back to my office to work because my car is needed few hours to done ( my office is on Boston post road too). 3 They fixed only issues and if parts are still good they will tell you and never overcharge you.#1 PLACE

I signed up for the everwash program they offer and its awesome to be able to have my car washed as often as I wish. I get compliments all the time on how clean my car is. The staff is amazing here. I’d give 6 stars if I could. They also have repair facilities here. That makes it extremely convenient.

As a car wash and detailing shop, its the best I have been to. I have 2 MBs and the staff at Sponge Bros have done both cars and the result is better than the dealer and the prices are reasonable. Even a simple wash for $6.00 is a true bargain.Additionally, they do auto repairs, and oil changes with a trained staff. There is no sell-up pressure Great service and nice people. BONUS - most of the time there is free brewed coffee.

Signed up for a monthly unlimited wash plan and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The service is excellent and the employees are very friendly. Martell has you in and out in just a few minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to get their car regularly cleaned or detailed.

Tried this place out and purchased a $140 complete detail. They cleaned the mats and the seats really well, but the ceiling, dash, and center were still very dirty. Dirt/hair and stains etc. I don’t feel like the quality here is worth the money. My car was a mess but I know plenty other places with a higher standard that would have taken care of it for the same amount.

We get our cars washed and/or detailed at Sponge Brothers. They also have a auto repairs, oil change and other automotive services. Kris at the customer service is really lively and helpful. The car wash service has been more than satisfactory. You also can come back with 3 days for a touch up wash. If not satisfied! Don’t quote me on 3 days - as I am speaking from memory and I have not used the 3 days ever!

I went to Sponge Brothers with the intention of only getting my oil changed, and ended up getting a free raincheck (I went in the midst of a snow storm) for a car wash! The man at the front desk (my receipt says his name is Elias) was very friendly and informative. He explained to me in the simplest of terms the difference between all the oil options. At no point was any employee pushy. Jose, the mechanic, walked me through all of the recommendations he had for my vehicle, and again I never felt pressured to buy a product or have a service preformed. All employees were very helpful, friendly and provided much insight and knowledge. It was by far the best experience Ive ever had with getting work done to my car. Prices are reasonable and they are close to home. You have a permanent customer in me! Thank You!!

Good Service. Ernie The Mechanic, often works in our vehicles, as we are regulars at his garage...(regardless where he works)...in this case, Sponge Brothers. Ernie has never giving us a reason to believe he is not honest. Ernie always takes the extra time to listen to our vehicle related concerns, and give us the best possible options for us to chose from, prior to work on our cars. He often finds a way to make sure we are content with the final outcome. We go to Sponge Brothers because Ernie works there. The day he leaves, we will continue to utilize his services wherever he goes. So far we trust him. We hope he remains as honest as he has been so far. I recommend, Ernie.

Ernie the mechanic is awesome! The work on my cars is done correctly without being nailed the ridiculous amounts dealers charge for the same work. Ernie never tries to upsell on services that really arent needed or required and is the most trusted mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Give this place a try and youll never go anywhere else again!

My daughter had a fantastic experience at this car wash. She somehow got super glue on the steering wheel and the employees did their very best in trying to help her. Unfortunately Today I received a subpar detailing job. Typically I don’t complain but for $100 you would think that my vents wouldn’t be dusty and interior windshield wouldn’t have crazy smudge marks. There was two parking tickets on my dash exactly were I left it .And when I called for at least a partial refund they said no .

Inefficient and rude staff.It took almost 45 minutes to go through a car wash that without even the vacuum. Staff is rude and could care less, claiming ‘we have plenty of cars if you don’t like it.,I will not recommend anybody the subject himself to that kind of treatment, service and a very poor car wash
