Thomas the CEO is rude and went through my back back stole my money while I was using his restroom. I purchased a ATV it had a trans omission leak the very next day. I called ask for refund. Thomas insisted on that I was the one who caused it. I drive odometer was at 0 miles I drive 8 miles the transmission had leak and the engine light game on.It started smoking I ask for a refund and he told me all sales are final.In stage of California there is t any buyers remorse.walk off with 9,000 dollars of my money.said his mechanic would not fixed also.Told me I would have to find my own mechanicThe guy in blue shirt with mask on is Thomas the cheatin chump of a CEO

I purchased the KPM200 on April 4th. I live on the other side of the US and expected to wait a couple weeks. On the 20th, however, after not really receiving any update on if it had been shipped or when it would be delivered, I call and ended up speaking to Thomas. Even after receiving the bike on April 21st, I’ve had to contact the dealer a few times more and kept speaking with him. He has to be one of (if not, the) hardest working person there that I felt I had to leave a review.The bike came shipped almost completely assembled and put together well. For the most part, all I really had to do was put up the handlebars, mirrors, and battery. The KPM200 is an awesome motorcycle, especially for the price and it was super quick and easy for me to put the rest together and start riding it.I’m confident to say I don’t regret purchasing from TurboPowersports and have no problem referring them. Even with a couple minor hiccups (no odometer reading on the MCO and a loose turn signal, all of which were solved super quick thanks to Thomas), I’m definitely happy I purchased from them and can’t say thank you enough to Thomas for putting up with me. I purchased an electric bike from them online, and paid an extra $1,200.00 for assembly and delivery. I had to drive 9 miles to a truck stop to get the bike. I noticed a hole in the throttle handle and the left side mirror was broken! I tried to drive this electric moped home and along the way the bike kept stalling and stopping which being on the road is EXTREMELY dangerous to say the least!!! Once I got my New Electric Moped home I then noticed several marks/scratches on the NEW Bike. I contacted customer service right away but didnt get ahold of anyone as it was a Sunday. Then on Monday I was able to talk to someone who said they will send replacement parts, which they did do, however trying to remove and replace the Throttle handle is not as simple as changing a non-throttle handle. I explained to customer service that paying for a $2,200.00 electric moped that was supposed to be BRAND NEW and delivered to my house fully assembled was not what happened! I also explained that I would like a full refund because the electric moped was NOT new but arrived damaged and defective! I told them I would even take a FULL replacement bike that was Brand New and delivered to my home which was what I paid for in the first place! But all they told me was ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS. I realize that all retail shops have different policies and rules, however when you receive a damage/defective item, you would think they would be more than WILLING to help make the situation right! This was NOT the case, they did not refund me anything nor sent me a new bike that was not damaged/defective! So their solution to AMAZING customer service is to do nothing and hopes the problem just goes away! I do appreciate them sending new parts to replace the damaged parts, but this does not fix the stalling issues with the bike, and it does not fix the nicks/scratches on the bike, or that I had to drive to a truck stop 9 miles away to pick up my bike, when I paid EXTRA to get it delivered to my home address! BUYER-BE-WARE!!! $2,200.00 is not an inexpensive purchase, so MAKE SURE you know WHO you are dealing with BEFORE you make your purchase!!!

But the owner Thomas made it up by personally delivering the trike to my address. He explained to me what was going on and responses were quick. I bought a 1500 BMS Sand Sniper 05/12/2021 and I am extremely pleased with the unit. I,look for about 3 weeks. Called 4 Dealerships, Some of them did not give me time of day. I, spoke to Tory and Thomas who was very honest and helpful . I asked Thomas if the buggies have issues and he told me yes, Thomas let me know that sometimes master cylinder could go out and lights do not work for roof top. Thomas let me know they had issues were they had to buy and air mail parts from Factory, out of there own pocket.I, was told it would take 10-15 days to arrived at my home in Louisiana .My family and I Financed the unit we got a great rate . When are Red 1500 BMS Sniper arrived we notice the Plastic was cracked . I took the pic and sent to tech and service dept they did not ? me at all LJ in parts sent me a new one over night. I was looking for 2 quads for my sons for Christmas. After an experience I would call simply “TRYING TO RIP MY HEAD OFF ON PRICE” the day before at a place in Temecula “ WHERE I WONT NAME AS THEY DON’T DESERVE TO BE MENTIONED” where I told that owner I’m driving out from 2 hours out as well as I’m in sales I want a straight answer. Nothing I was told was the case when I arrived well enough on those guys who are a joke. I called the next day turbo power sports and spoke to owner Thomas. Was debating buying a lifan 200 dirt bike, I found Turbo Powersports and dropped the hammer on one, came in within a week, and was delivered FULLY assembled unlike all the other dealers where it come %95 assembled. Could not be more happy with the bike, papers came in with the bike. If youre debating buying from turbo, do it, could not be more happy with doing business with them, and Thomas was a great help.

I purchased a go kart for my 11 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it! Turbo Sports made the transaction seamless right down to the registration and delivery. Unfortunately, we did have a mishap with a part that broke but I will tell you that Thomas took care of the part with great customer service. I would recommend Turbo Sports to anyone. As a matter of fact, my next purchased for my other grandchildren will be made through Turbo Sports.

Purchased Stallion 600 couple weeks ago with front/rear winch and full enclosure. Enclosure installation was little more involved than I though it would be. Not difficult just took little extra time to complete install.Multiple people have stopped to look and were very impressed with the accessories included at no extra charge and overall appearance. Could be some future buyers.Finally had chance to do some off road but mainly purchased for work around the property. Unit preformed really well in 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive. It does do the 40 mph as stated and little bit more (actually had up to 43 mph). Handles really well on/off road and is very stable.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and selection of the 600. Would not hesitate to purchase again.I reviewed a lot of UTVs before my purchased and for the price and equipment included in base deal is unbeatable!!

I just got the Nostalgia 49 from them. An awesome little scooter on an old cafe racer style frame. Pretty slick. It was priced well, and on top of that, I live in Reno and they were happy to ship it to me fully assembled, gas in the tank, oil in the motor, ready to go! William was particularly helpful in that I didn’t quite know what I was doing at first (noob) and he walked me through troubleshooting my bike over the phone. He kept me updated consistently, and always returned my calls within a few hours if not sooner. So happy I wen with turbo power sports. Highly recommend!!

08/07/2020 Updated ReviewI heard from the owner immediately after posting review, The full refund was sent & paperwork arrived Wednesday 08/05 and the Chelsea 150 CC scooter/vespa was removed this afternoon.The unfortunate part is over a month waiting time was lost & now they are out of stock in white and black until September delivery, so the summer is lost & even the owner will not get refunded and takes a loss. The owner had just lost his son this week and was taking care of everything himself unfortunately at a time he shouldnt need to, he got serious run around from the shipping company, he spent money out of his own pocket to overnight me a return shipping label & in the end hire trash removal to pickup the vespa. The process was a nightmare for him & as a customer, but he did everything possible to fix a bad situation.My honest review is to update the way the vespa is packaged for more efficient shipping & unpacking, & absolutely get a more honest & reliable shipping vendor.08/03/2020 Original ReviewUnfortunately I wanted to believe them & had hoped the reviews were one-offs, but this experience has been a costly disappointment from start to finish.As you can see the item came undrivable & severely damaged, likely beyond repair & extremely late. The team & the owner confirmed yes, that even with Covid it would be delivered within 5-10 business days before July 15th. 10 days being the absolute latest under any circumstances.However, it just arrived today on August 3rd in the condition attached. Once I finally heard back on status, I was quoted for a week multiple days of definite shipment, however it was not shipped on those dates. I received no notification it was not shipped unless I followed up.Once the delivery service had the scooter, they requested I take off 3 different days as they REQUIRE someone to be there, but cannot tell you when they will arrive between 10-4 until 30 minutes before. The delivery service canceled twice last minute, before actually showing up with no apologies. I dont know many people who can take off 3 different days on last minutes notice and wait around for a phone call.3) I spoke with the owner, who said he would add gas so I would get to gas station & it would come with all paperwork before the bike arrived. There was no gas. He still has not sent paperwork, it has no temporary plates and I cannot register, nor insure until I get the paperwork. He just text the VIN number yesterday - despite the actual delivery being nearly a month behind.Even if the bike showed up in one piece, it could not be driven without the above - which has no date of arriving. I broke a brake handle on my 50cc scooter and Thomas from Turbo Powersports was very helpful in ordering me a replacement part at no cost. It was my mistake in handling the scooter that caused the handle to brake and I thought that was above and beyond service.

1/31/20 I purchased Q6 150cc ICEBEAR PST150-17 trike online. I paid $2,316.63 for a fully assembled, functional, and delivered trike.2/3/20 I received a call from Thomas Spears informing me that ICEBEAR TRIKE was ILLEGAL for sale in California. Thomas threatened to retain my money as he had a NO RETURN policy. He said he had another trike for sale. I was terrified to lose my money, therefore, I succumbed to his threats. In my opinion, Thomas is an excellent manipulator.2/6/20 Thomas texted me at 8:50pm!  (AFTER hours) to notify me that delivery of the trike was scheduled for the next day at 11am! I pleaded with him to change the delivery time as it conflicted with my work schedule. He suggested 2/9/20 at 7am, which also conflicted with my work schedule. He refused to offer another delivery time. I had to take a day off to be there. I suffered loss of wages.2/07/20-trike delivered. Thomas Spears via phone demanded ALL DMV forms to be filled out by himself as too many customers make mistakes on these forms. Motor Vehicle Delivery and Inspection Form & Warranty is a fraudulent document as the set up date is WRONG, the model name is WRONG, the date of purchase is WRONG, and the set up completed by: is WRONG as Kevin was the person who went over this form with me. The trike was delivered with NO gas. I had to go to my local gas station to purchase gas then pour inside the trike. NO copy was provided to me. No CONTRACT WAS PROVIDED. Tire pressure was NEVER inspected. I NEVER TEST DROVE THE TRIKE, ETC, ETC,. Trike was returned to seller as I received a LEMON. Broke down within a few miles. To this day, spears has the defective trike and my MONEY! He lacks effective communication skills and does not appreciate his customers. Do yourself a favor…buy somewhere else… Trike received was saber cat 200cc. Total paid was $3500.00. He has both!!!

However, I was excited from day 1 several weeks ago so I did not bail, I cancelled the deal because of the amount of miscommunication or wrong communication or no communication.I appreciate the response back.-best”************Found these folks online. Their product options look really good as well as their pricing. Their website is pretty detailed and great picture presentations. Good youtube videos as well.I was really excited about getting a buggy for the family and I, and looking forward to getting something from TurboPowersports.Unfortunately, I dont believe I was wanted as a customer.It was nearly a three week process with minimal to no contact or replies back from Turbo. It all ended with a text from Turbo simply saying ...goodbye.I understand my credit was the not the best; but they surely treated me like that. This was of course after trying they finance options.I was already approved with a financial institution and made that known to them but I didnt get a request to get in contact with my lender. As a customer if I have to be the one initiating every part of the deal, that basically says it all. Nevertheless, I gave the benefit of the doubt, and proceeded to hopefully make something happen.After weeks of coordinating everything...I finally get notified on a phone call from TURBO they had good and bad news.Good news: I was good to go.Bad news: I needed to wait another 2 months because now they were out of inventory. But, there was 1 available vehicle.I decided to take the only available vehicle; it looks really good on pictures. Turbo and I agreed I would show up the next day, sign paperwork and load up on my truck.Next day: I take the day off of work, called Turbo when it was time, to let them I was on my way. The rep that answered the phone said she would have them call me back. Not even 5 minutes later, same rep called me and said that I can go sign, but now have to wait another week for the vehicle, no explanation why.At that point I informed her that I just needed to cancel the whole thing; I realized that no matter hard I tried to accomplish this deal, it wasn’t going to happen in a respectable timely manner. Disappointed and discouraged as a customer. She of course seemed ok with my decision.I emailed my point of contact, since I have given them so much personal information, I just needed to know that there was nothing needed to end the process. Of course, no response. I also texted and finally, hours later I received the response: yes, goodbye.No phone call or effort to try and retain a customer that basically did all the work to make this deal happen.I Sure wish I knew where things went wrong. I was never even encouraged to go visit their store, never asked how they can help, never asked how I heard of them, never asked how they can help with my concerns.Maybe my name discouraged them... IDK.Anyway, just my experience.Im sure they wont agree with my experience and perspective of what took place, but the proof is in all my email threads texts and calls...and the outcome.Hope others have better experiences. I bought an Icebear Q6 PST150-17 Trike from Turbo power sports Southern California motorcycle dealer, From the minute I spoke with Tom I knew I was in great hands and I was right. I saw horrible reviews online on other dealers and I was worried ordering the trike online. Tom was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He kept me up to date daily via text messages on the status of my bike. He worked with me regarding the delivery date and it arrived on the promised day in pristine shape.

Our family purchased an avenger 150 EGL 22.From the first call everything went smoothly. If you have any questions help on deciding on what is the best fit for you they advise you on what they know and not the price of the item. They treat you like a valued customer even after you have already purchased their item which you do not see many companies do. Our Averager came fully assembled and in amazing shape considering it traveled many states. They went far and beyond to make sure that when our item arrived it was ready to be enjoyed by our kids. They actually follow up another huge plus. I highly recommend them they have astonishing quality items and customer service.

We were about to drive all the way to a shop in LA when I happend to come across this websites store front location. It was literally 10 minutes from our house. They had a decent selection of quads we were looking for, and one we didnt even know about. Needless to say, we wound up buying the Apollo 110 Comander. They are very thorough with the paperwork, and making sure everything is correct before you leave. All questions are answered and the warrenty is the best you will find for the price point. I know others can order from the website also, but if your close, I highly reccomend stopping by the storefront. We are very happy with our purchase for our daughters first quad, and she was very happy to ride it. Very simple and easy to use. And we love all the safety features. I bought a atv 125 for my kids it broke down on them after 2 nd day of use and my sister crash it too and broke some stuff on it I took it back and not only they fix the problem of the atv not turning on but they also fix the parts my sister broke and did my oil for free 100% free I will come back and buy my kids toys again

I bought my son a apollo 125 a couple of weeks from Thomas and got ripped off the bike never ran good from the first day I got it as soon as I got home with it It started to leak gas I called Thomas and he told me he would send me parts and never did and never called me back it’s so sad ripping people off the way he did I just got the bike and it’s not even running anymore don’t buy anything from this business ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just brought the new trike scooter I took it out on the road once and its been stalling ever since the bike isnt even a week old a new 2020 huh yeah right Im waiting to hear back from them now will post a update soon
