Out of the many T-Mobile stores in my area this is the best one for sure. They are the most helpful and have better customer service and knowledge compared to the other stores. Employees always have a positive attitude even when some people walk In with an attitude they are still greeted and helped with a good attitude.

The lady was nice, but as usual I wanted to trade my phone in and they took a long time looking at it. They did the tactic that I’ve seen before asking the other sales associate to look at it too, to make sure they see the same crack, my screen was not cracked! I’m just over T-Mobile, they have these sales and gimmicks but it’s not real. I knew a friend of mine who I told to switch to T-Mobile and she traded in a scratched iPhone and got money for it, mine was in better condition. Plus their website is horrible, it doesn’t load, probably cause they want to deny your trade in, ha ha. They looked at the very edge of my iPhone, I said okay, forget it. I’ll just sell a great phone on eBay. The younger associate was a little weird, she was talking about having enemies, but I thought that was odd. But other then that, they were okay, but another unhappy customer, paying without trading in and I have two damn phones.

Travel to the T-Mobile store in Orange Park today. Being in customer service for over 30 years I have to say, it is the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. I went in to get a phone and they didnt have it in stock. I asked the representative if he had a way of checking other stores to see if anyone else had it in stock. He told me no other store had it either. As it turns out, another store that was just a few miles away had the phone in stock. The minor commission that he would have made on that phone was not worth losing me as a customer.

I went in having problems with my phone one of the employees sat there and called customer service for me with me being visually impaired and had my problem fixed for me within 10 to 15 minutes at no charge or anything Ive never had that happen at any with any other cellular company T-Mobile is a good company to be with four fouryour phone service

Took my niece here to get her phone fixed after months of getting the run around by sprint. The employee that first assisted us was rude and unprofessional. Made several snide remarks until another employee stepped in. That employee was nice but unable to help. The store manager finally tried to assist. She asked for the phone receipt (which was in email on another phone) we showed her the receipt on the phone and she deleted it! Then said she didnt delete it. Then finally admitted it was an accident. The store manager said that the store employee that did a factory reset on the phone made it to where there was nothing anyone could do but send the phone back to the manufacturer. I asked them to exchange the phone (especially because it was THEIR employee that made the mistake) she refused. She called her district manager and said they refused to do anything either. After THREE HOURS we left the store. No help. We ended up taking it to a repair store and had to pay out of pocket to fix what the store employee had done to the phone.I would never use sprint or tmobile, and certainly wouldnt go back to this location.What happened to customer service? Or taking responsibility for damaging someones device?Be careful if you choose to be their customer!

Stay away. Went to this location today I was talking to a rep while his fellow co worker (while helping his current customer in front of him) thought it was proper to drop in our conversation and add his 2 cents. I was told to choose wisely... and I would be wasting my time calling customer service. I also informed him he might to choose his words wisely with me since we have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Instead of assuming and trying to save the day the joke was on them. I called the customer service rep that I had talked to prior coming into the store and needless to say my discussion with this worker whom I can not call customer service representative lost a customer that day and went else where and surprise surprise! What I was asking could be done and got a new phone. So in the words of the worker behind the counter “choose wisely” when you think about coming here. Customer service goes fair....at least try or look into something instead of just assuming. Oh did I mention he did this little boy diva look at me too? Stay away!

I literally spent hours and hours with Sprint (main number) for the past week trying to activate my new phone. I first was told I had to purchase a sim card pack, then when I received that two days later, it was incompatible and had to order another set. Today it was still saying error after trying to activate. I was on hold tonight for over an hour and then they Sprint main customer service line disconnected me...after that, I decided to call our local Sprint store, spoke to Feris, and he fixed my issue within 5 minutes! I recommend him, he knows what he is doing. I will never contact Sprint main number again, go local!

Michael went the distance trying to help us solve our hardware problem. He spent hours trying to get in touch with the right people to help us find a solution. He was very patient and determined, where others would have lost their cool, or given up. He’s the best.

This sprint store was my Go To Location for Years! However, now they no longer have a repair location here, it is located on Wells road across from the Orange Park Mall.The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me to the repair center, just bummed because this location was SOOOOO Much easier for me to access and park at when I needed to get a new phone or a repair.I will likely still stop in here to get new phones when I am in the area.

At first the rep basically tried to tell me she couldnt help me and usher me out the door. Then her manager gave her some suggestions to actually help me. I kind of wish the manager had just taken over, because I dont feel like I got an accurate amount of assistance. Despite being told that I had a full replacement plan, I was suddenly informed that I would have to pay almost as much as I owed remaining on the phone in the first place, just to get them to send me a new one. Now my phone is going to be dead and I cant afford to replace it, but Sprint is still going to expect me to pay for a service plan and a lease on a phone I cant use because I cant pay hundreds of dollars up front to replace my phone. I switched to Sprint because their monthly prices were better, I wish Id read the fine print.

I want to congratulate the following gentlemans for going above & beyond the call of the duty(manager-DJ, asm-Paris, & the sales rep-Mike). These gentleman had to go into our account & correct the biggest mistakes there was by a (sales rep- Ian) that is walking thru neighborhoods trying to get people signed up with Sprint. Please by all measures ignore him (Ian). This gentleman is a crook & lie about the service rendered. These gentlemans need to be recognized for there excellent customer service skills & need a promotion for all that they do by correcting other sales rep mistakes.

Spent an hour waiting for them to fix an error they caused on an online order that I called beforehand to ensure everything was ready for pickup. After an hour, I left and was told to cancel my order and come back tomorrow, meanwhile, my new phone sitting on the counter the entire time. Incompetent, unwilling to own up to an error and no attempt to make it right afterwards.

Paris and jay and dj the store manager and the sales rep mike..they were excellent the assistant manager and store lead showed excellent service, and any questions I had I felt comfortable asking even the store manager, they helped us have a great transition into saving tons of money from our old carrier..we got great customer service from this location A+++ ..

Monday, I had just come from the corporate Sprint store on Wells Rd. with a super bad employee experience but remembered this little place down the street.I was welcomed in like one of the family, greeted politely and promptly even though the employees were all with other customers at the time.Briefly explained the reason I has stopped in and was told Id need to see a tech as he came around the corner, asking what could he do for me (mind you, the corporate store hadnt offered the tech option, only that they couldnt help me if I wasnt interested in purchasing or leasing a new phone). Examined the phone and made his suggestions and after a few hours (it was bad), returned my phone, good as new.Next time I need to purchase, upgrade, or have a phone repaired the SPRINT Store on Blanding will be my first stop.

Josh exemplifies what customer service should be. After being with AT&T for 15 years we decided to shop for better service. Josh met us at the door and asked us questions to uncover our needs, recommended to us a service with two new Galaxy 7 phones, two free Gear VRs, and a great plan for $5 less than what we were paying at AT&T. From beginning to end Josh was AMAZING!!!

I had gone to this store because the one on wells rd screwed me over. I have met the most kind and helpful Sprint employees at this location (161 blanding blvd) then ever before. I had an issue with my phone (third replacement) and it was fixed in under 5 minutes. I am very satisfied. Also, my mother was offered a deal with a new phone we just couldnt refuse. I highly recommend Sprint in general.. But this is hands down the only store I will ever go to again in Jacksonville. Thanks Josh for all your help

We were helped by Zach, he was rude to us from the very beginning. He made rude jokes and had terrible costumer service skills and he was extremely rude while explaining details. We spent 45 minutes there and he couldn’t even help us in the end. This isn’t the first time we have had terrible service here, i recommend fleming island sprint instead! They are so much better and nicer!!!!

I am new to the Sprint family when my first bill came out I realized I had a problem with one of the promotions I was promised when I opened three new lines Shenette Pinillo the manager took the time to make it right she did not treat me and my wife like a number she treated us like humans and kept her word I am extremely happy not only with this particular branch on Blanding Boulevard but I am happy just in general being a Sprint Customer knowing that if a mistake is made it will be corrected properly and she did it with a genuine smile she did not have an attitude about it which is what you normally experience with customer service in 2019 I really appreciate it

Sales person was excellent A+ for her! However her having to call Sprint so many times to get my phone upgraded was between three and four times. Every time they told her she could move on with the system and then she would have to call them back because it still wasn’t done. Only other thing was I wasn’t really explain to that I was purchasing a phone when I came in with the phone that I had leased! My phone I brought in I was having a problem because it wouldn’t turn on or take a charge !When she asked me if I wanted to upgrade I said yes but it wasn’t till after we started working with the phone and was almost finished, that I realized that I had purchased the phone! Still not real sure exactly how much my bill will be at the end of this month so I’m a little skeptical about it!! I spent three hours there waiting for my phone to be upgraded! I felt that was way too long to have to be there to do that.

Went into this store on Saturday and spoke to Josh. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and was very helpful that Saturday. Came back the next day to sign up with Sprint and buy two phones. Store was extremely busy and we waited nearly two hours before it was our turn to purchase our phones. Josh (store manager) once again assisted us but he had an issue with migrating our numbers from Virgin Mobile to Sprint. He said he would have to contact Sprint and get back to us. So after nearly three hours of waiting we left . I called him later that day. The problem was still not solved. Called twice on Monday and left a messages for Josh. He didnt call back. Wednesday I called the store asked to have a district manager call me. Same day I called Sprint 1800 number and purchased two phones and signed up for service. Friday I recieved my phones and Sprint ( 1800 number) had no issues in migrating my number to Sprint. Today is Saturday and still no call from Josh nor the District manager. I hate that I have to post a bad review but by not recieving a call back by ANYONE at this store is poor customer service. If youre looking to sign up with Sprint, do it via their website or 1800 number. Avoid this store.

On December 28 my husband and I while visiting my inlaws decided to give sprint a try. We went into this store and spoke to Brittany about switching our lines from verizon to sprint. We started the whole process after obtaining some info on line, while doing the switched we asked Brittany a few questions in regards to how the whole thing actually worked. She informed us that on top of the buyout amount we were going to receive $220/phone in the form of a visa, which would be sent to us three weeks after december 28. My husband and I decided to call sprint last night as we had not received the visa cards, and sprint informed us that unfortunately that its something they Should have done at the store and that at this pointnall we would get was the buyout amount once we submitted our last bill from Verizon, which i explained to them we had not received. When My husband called the store to speak to Brittany in regards to what was happening, she informed us that we will not be getting the $220/credit per phone and that instead we will only received the buyout amount. On top of all of this the initiation for our buyout option had not been done by Brittany and also the information she put in regards to our phones was incorrect. We have tried to get this resplved and we keep getting the round around. We were also supposed to get a call this morning from Brittany per the representative I spoke to and we never received one. My husband had to once again call this afternoon. She also informed my husband she would call him back in an hour after talking to sprint and she still did not call back, my husband had to once again call the store. This is extremely upsetting and now we cant get pur phone backs beacuse she put the wrong info until the system. This is exetremely infuriating and I will not be doing business woth this store wver again. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
