My bf and I are trying to switch from AT&T and, although we ultimately have to finish paying off our phones w AT&T first, the salesman at this Verizon store was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I believe his name was either Hugh or Hugo? maybe. Nonetheless, when we are able to break away from AT&T, we will be going back to see the gentleman we met with at this location!

Service at this location is horrible. The actual wireless connection for guests is horrible. Its not worth going into the store unless you just want to take a look at inventory to find new devices. They only have salesmen now. Its very frustrating.

I’m sad to see the latest reviews on this store. This is OPPOSITE of my experience. I’ve been using this location for years and have always had good customer service. About six months ago, I went in for a new SIM card and battery. After updating my card, I was told they didn’t have batteries but told me where I could buy one nearby. I stopped by today to relinquish my trade-in and gather information on another device I own. The manager Josh D. was incredibly helpful and friendly. He also helped my husband with settings for his device to sync with his new truck. Jade was also helpful and friendly. I think that management at this location would love to have the chance to address any service that isn’t excellent. I promise I don’t personally know any of these employees. This just MY experience.

You see, with this certain location you can’t complain about the products because they are all brand-spankin new, however, the service is not what i would call immaculate. It took exactly one hour and twenty-five minutes to simply return a phone. I’m not going to go out on a tangent about how i felt, but how it is, it is slow and unprofessional.

I wasnt impressed. Their prices are still way too high. My income as well as that of many others is not where we could afford any of their phones or their services. The more a company spends on advertising the less goes into products and the more they change. In the reply, my issue with Verizons prices was not addressed. I wonder why. Ive heard good things about them, but not their prices.

04-02-2021 Dont go here. Go to 1325 Blanding Blvd, only about 6 miles south and get Jay Rodriguez to be your representative! We had to switch from 2 carriers (Sprint and AT&T) and port 4 numbers. Jay immediately made us feel comfortable with his genuine personality and helpfulness. Jay is very knowledgeable in his field, and made sure to give us the best discounts possible. If you come in with a similar situation, make it easy for Jay by writing down these items ahead of time: 1)Former carrier account numbers, 2)Former carrier account pin numbers, 3)IMEI numbers from phones, 4)Phone numbers to port.Jay even forewent his personal commission to give us a better price. I thought oh thats just a salesman tactic, but then when we looked at the itemized receipt, he actually removed the pricing that would have given him a commission. Why? Just cause hes an actual nice human! I even gave him a time limit because its really hard to coordinate getting 4 family members to meet in one place in person. We only had 3.5 hours and he delivered! The transition was smooth. We purchased screen covers and cases from Jay and he also gave us a discount on those accessories, and installed them himself. Have you ever tried to put a glass screen protector on your thousand dollar phone by yourself? DONT. Go into the store and ask for Jay to do it. No bubbles and its lined up perfectly.4 lines (using brand new smartphones from 2021) on a fixed monthly unlimited plan have a base rate of $220.00, before discounts, taxes, and fees. We are going to be paying only about $10 more per line than we did on each of our previous Sprint and AT&T plans, but its worth it because Verizon really does have better service. The service was affected due to towers really dont know why..If buying upgrade service thats what they can do. I needed several things done. it was told Wells Rd Corp Office could do it all n only that location could Help. But still had to come back it was for 1x n back again n Given ##.... Im a new-ish customer. Been to this store 4 times. The first trip was when I activated my service. I think because I went in knowing what plan I wanted that the rep assumed I knew everything, including my registration code. I, of course, did not know I needed this info and was not provided a receipt (which may have had this info?), so I spent that afternoon on the phone with cust service to get My Verizon to work. The other 3 trips, however, were productive, pleasant experiences. I went in with device/account issues that were resolved by the helpful, easy going in-person and phone reps.

I’m so impressed with the staff here. Dani was our representative and was so accommodating and helpful. She made sure that my needs were met and went to great lengths to get me what I wanted. We switch from AT&T to Verizon and I was so relieved that Dani was there to assist us with that process. We ran into some issues and she was on top of it. The manager there was so accommodating and both these ladies went above and beyond. I highly suggest Dani to assist you in your phone needs. Well done ladies!!

Service is slowOonderstand about trying to give great customer service to your customers that come in the store but when you have 10 people standing around waiting to give service and 3 more people walk in who have not even signed in your rep should not be having full on conversations about stuff that doesnt even have to do with phones or Verizon. taking a 10 to 15 minute transaction and turning it to half an hour. Or ask the customer reasoning for coming into the store so they dont have to wait for a question that could be answered before signing them in.

They are greatly understaffed. The young black lady that helped us was trying her best to get everyone signed in as they came in. As we walked in an older woman got her lunch and backpack and left at 11:15 am for lunch. She left 2 people to help 6 people waiting not counting the ones that was in process. But our problem was corrected quickly by the young lady and sim card changed with a beautiful smile.

Verizon is great company. However, this store is lacking in training on how to treat customers and sincerity. You feel like a number, a cog in the machine, and almost a burden here. I have been a customer for 9 years and every time I give this place another chance I regret it. And the strangest thing is the management has changed many times in those 9 years and it has never changed the vibe in that place. Go to any other store and you will get the service you want and more options.

Went in tonight thinking about an upgrade. Wanted to feel the iPhone 11 pro vs the pro max in my hand to decide which size I wanted and apparently they cant allow me to hold the phones? This seems a ridiculous policy considering this is the last decision before I buy a pretty expensive phone. The whole point of having a brick and mortar location is for hands on viewing and if I cant even hold a phone why bother?

HORRIBLE customer service !!! we bought 4 new I Phone 12 Pro online and the tech support was having trouble getting us set up and instructed us to go to this cooperate store !! They wanted NOTHING to do with us !!!! set up our phones totally wrong . Spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon to fix their mess up !!! I dont recommend ANYONE going to this store period !! I walked into the store to purchase a device and there was one associate who was not helping anyone who just stood there and did not look happy to be there. She did not approach me or he even say anything. She was staring out the entrance. When I walked up to her about purchasing the device she said it was new and if they had any it would be in the back but refused to check. I went to the store on San Jose who stated they got the device in the day before but needed managers approval since inventory had yet been checked. The manager approved the sale. The OP store always seems to not want to help anyone out every time I go in there.

The rep Ryan Clark was very helpful and I appreciated his help very much. Verizon in general floors me. My husband passed and there is an outstanding balance owed. I am not on the account. They cant write it off, but can turn over to collections and continue to send a bill to my husband. Not sure how he is going to pay it since he passed. Keep sending the bill and it will be trashed each time!!

Although my first experience at this store wasn’t great, I was able to get in touch with the manager, Tara, the very next day. She is very sweet, and has been so easy to work with since. It seems like there was a miscommunication or crossed wire during our first experience, but all is fixed and everything has gone smooth since. I especially recommend Yahya, as he certainly knows his stuff. He made the entire process of switching from AT&T a breeze. Service is also better in areas we were experiencing dead spots with AT&T where we’re moving to in Lake City. Also took advantage of some great promotions. Overall very happy!

Terrible, would not allow return of earbuds bought on October 23rd. I was going to purchase a new phone, so they lost that sale of a $495 phone. Also would not set up new phone said they were short on staff. I would have to call tech center to set up phone myself. Will change service to AT&T and buy a new phone at Best Buy.Penny wise, pound foolish. BTW, the insurance is a rip off, there are other insurance providers for much less than AT&T or Verizon offer when you buy a phone. They really push the insurance.

The manager, John completely ripped me off. I switched from TMobile to Verizon, based on an offer that included 2 free phones. Unfortunately, the coverage in my area was just terrible. After exceeding all tech support attempt, Verizon determined that their network just wasnt strong in my area. I addressed these concerns with a customer service rep, and she assured me I could return these phones to a Corporate Store, and they would refund the 100 or so bucks I paid in sales taxes .However, when I went into this store, John charged me a restocking fee that was not only more than my refund but the SOB actually made me pay EXTRA!! He literally stole my refund and made me pay for the pleasure of doing so.I will NEVER consider Verizon again for either my Corporate or Personal lines

Im looking for the Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit. My wireless plan is total wireless and the phones work off of the Verizon towers. As I walk in I immediately notice they are pretty busy. So I locate the phone display and start looking for the J3. After making a couple of rounds, I go to another area to see if I can find the phone, all the while hoping someone will bother to ask if they can help. Realizing I must be invisible, I start for the door, only to witness a store employee greeting the next customer at the door. Needless to say, Im a little disappointed in their customer service. Or maybe I do look that scary!

I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for 20 years with a short break to try another carrier about 10 years ago. With my personal and my company phones we have spent over $40,000.00 with them over the years. Today I went in the store and asked them to reapply my military discount because I was told it could have been inadvertently discontinued. I was advised by an associate on the phone and had a supervisor on the phone speaker with them and the manager refused to honor or validate my veteran status. He said they were not able to accept a government issued military ID card that stated U. S. Navy Retired on the front of it. When I first got there I was the only customer in the store and 4 people including the manager were there. They said they could not help me. I needed to submit other documentation. They provided me zero proof and would not listen to the Verizon person on the phone. He said it is against the law to copy it. Not True ! When I got home I submitted a copy of my military pay statement and called the discount center. The lady on the phone told me if the card were active duty it could not be copied as it states on it Do Not Duplicate. Mine is RETIRED! Of the 4 associates there only a young lady even attempted to assist me by showing the manager where the web site states Veterans ID Card. He did not want to help. I believe my military service meant nothing to this individual and I will not use this store again. I appreciate and enjoy Verizon Wireless services and do not blame them for this. It was a total lack of customer service on the part of the manager of this store.

Network is horrible all over the city of Palatka. Dont bother signing up with Verizon. Download the speed test app and youll see why your internet is slow at loading anything. No plan is a good plan at Verizon. Go check out other cell phone companies and youll be happy elsewhere.

No desire to help all customers waiting, and after 15 minutes of waiting, quickly told me that the offer I was inquiring was not open to previous clients only new or new activation. Asked to call Customer Care and they explained different options including waiting for Black Friday deals. Advised the manager what she could have done better and she said that she didnt need any help. No customer service whatsoever. Had to write to her superior. The way spoke to my Pastor was not one of a manager. Avoiding this store and reason why I moved to Att. I dont want a 2 year agreement to see a long face and no service.

The employees here really know their product. I worked for the Southern New England Telephone company, WHICH was the FIRST telephone exchange in the country based out of New Haven CT.As the Customer Service supervisor for all equiptment coming out of our warehouse to the field and to customers. I know what great customer service is. all of the Verizon tecs were polite and knowledgeable. PETER, a tech rep, really made my day when he got my wifes cell phone working again and introduced me to Hum a revolutionary product that everyone should have in their vehicle. Through his knowledge of the product and his voice clarity, he convinced me ( not twisted my arm) to purchase it! THANKS VERIZON, MY COMMUNICATION PARTNER!

Very unimpressed. We came in seeking a resolution to a problem we were having with our phone. The salesmans solution was to sell us a tablet. I went into this store for a simple SIM card swap and the store was extremely busy so the manager signing everyone in went out of his way to multi task for me and swap out my sim. He was very polite and friendly while still being able to manage everyone walking in. I believe his name was Ricky. During the exchange he also was handling a very rude young man who was yelling and cussing at him due to a note 7 exchange and refusing to pay the difference in sales tax. Ricky remained professional in handling the customer, had it been me I wouldve thrown that dead beat out for screaming and cussing with children in the store. This store is worth it because of the friendly patience they bring to their professional environment.

I entered looking to purchase a phone. A young man verbally recognized me then returned to his client. After a while another gentleman asked if I was in the queue, I said I didnt know, without a word he went on to another customer. My sales person never mentioned that the Pixel 2 doesnt come with a USB cord, maybe Id like a car charger, anything at all like someone should suggest. Being too busy arranging his own phones screen repair. I bought my additional accessories from another store. The 1st young man was the only one that put forth any effort to put his clients first. Sorry, but I remember when Verizon was synonymous with customer service. Guess your just Cell Phone Circuit City, buy your stuff & leave because were not here to help.
