Kyle came out within seconds of me arriving. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My car was done before the projected time and, I had a great experience chatting with the team there. I had a Great 1st time experience here. I had a blade stuck in my tire and my tire was going flat. It was close to closing time but Matt was very helpful with taking a look at my tire and recommending the appropriate tires for my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and professional. Chris is amazing he really helped me through this process. I really needed my car and was not in a good head space to make well thought out decisions. Two of my tires were busted and the rims were damaged. I did not like the first set of rims that I purchased so I was told that I could exchange them. I decided that I wanted 20 in rims and tires and Chris said that I could exchange them both even though they head miles on them. Then I decided that the 20 in rims and tires were too expensive. I ended up purchasing new 18 in rims instead and Im very satisfied. Chris and the discount tire guys were patient and professional with me during these 3 weeks of indecisiveness . As a woman I have had some unpleasant experiences with car service and repair shops. These guys made me feel valued as a customer. I have a history with this discount tire and have bought tires from them for three of my cars since about 2007 and have been satisfied. They even repaired some tires that I did not purchase from them and its easier to get in with them compared to the other place. Thanks again I will be a repeat customer.

I have been coming here over seven years and it keeps getting better. The prices, warranties, and especially the service the guys give you is the best I ever had. I went in just looking to get my tires retated for free. Unlike any other place, even thought it was about a two hour wait, he did his best to set me up today or tomorrow. Later than day my tire blew out at Collins. There was only an hour left, but Tyler took all the worry out of my situation. and worked with the tow people. Then the next morning they were to have it ready because I had to go to work on Atlantic. Chris then made sure I did not drive on a tire that might blow also because of my alignment was way off. A good, honest shop. I got 4 tires replaced and came back a week later to get my spare replaced which was a special order. During my 2nd visit, Mike realized that I was accidentally charged for new lug nuts during my previous visit and reversed the charge. I never would have known. Also, everyone I spoke to was polite and professional.

I came here last Saturday, 26DEC2020, for a damaged tire on my rear vehicle, and another tire with a slow leak on the opposite side. My tire was badly damaged I had to install my spare tire to get back home the previous night. When I arrived at Discount Tire, Mr Steven G, the assistant manager swiftly came to assist me. Since I purchased my tire at Discount Tire and had purchased the optional “road hazard” warranty, Mr Steven said that the warranty will be honored as stated in my invoice. Unfortunately, he did not have the replacement new tire on hand, and since Discount Tire is not open on Sundays, I will have to come back on Monday when the new tire that has been ordered will be delivered. I was taken aback when Mr Steven refused to let me drive with my spare tire, stating it was unsafe to do so. Instead, he instructed his pit crew team members to install a “loaner tire”, so that I can safely drive my vehicle over the weekend. A “LOANER TIRE”? Really??? I’ve never heard of such thing, but I was deeply astonished with Mr Steven’s concern for my safety. In addition, my other tire that had a slow leak was repaired by one of the crew member for free, as covered by my “road hazard” warranty. That said, I have to give credit to this particular DT’s pit crew. These guys know their jobs. They do it really fast and with military precision. As I was about to drive away, I noticed that my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) on my dashboard was reading incorrectly, immediately, one of the pit crew members was more than happy to reprogram my dashboard computer to correct the issue.In conclusion, the team at Discount Tire (Orange Park) is the best in the business. They are the ambassadors of Discount Tire corporation. These DT team deeply care about their customers and the topnotch service they provide. They strive to provide the best service to anyone that comes through their door. Highly recommended.

I accidentally got into an accident while on the way to my appointment called to tell them I was in an accident they were so kind and when I pulled up Tyler and Kyle came out immediately to my car and were so kind and concerned about my health pulling up luckily my car wasn’t damaged but they were so caring and kind love coming here!! I’m also a 23 year old female who knows nothing about cars and they helped me out and didn’t even try to scam me!! 10/10 would recommend

So I usually don’t write reviews. But this one I am extremely angry. I paid for 2 new tires Wednesday as well as rotate my tires and took my trip Friday morning. As I am driving down the road with my newborn babygirl, my car starts to shake back and forth so I pull over and find that my wheel is about to come off. So now I am out 14 hours away in Texas from home at 1:30 in the morning stressing. In the morning when a close discount tire is nearby I will call them. I will come back on here and right a second review on how I have to pay them to fix their mistake. Could have costed me and my daughter our lives.

I had the opportunity to reschedule my appointment early, so I can put my 4 new tires on my WRX at Discount Tires. During the process one of the studs broke off because the lug nut would not come off on my left front tires. Fortunately Discount Tires leadership team gave me the opportunity to repair my stud at Midas for free and that help save me money and on top of that my 4 new tires included an $80 rebate. I enjoy recieving these blessings in Life and thats what I call a win win situation and Excellent customer service at Discount Tires.

Great experience with Discount Tire in Orange Park. They were very knowledgeable about their tires and gave me many options for my Jeep over the phone before I made an appointment. When I got to my appointment I was greeted by all four associates who were in the lobby at the time. I was in and out in under an hour, and the prices were the exact same as they had previously quoted me. Though I’m hoping I will not need any tire-related maintenance anytime soon, I will go back the next time I do.

This is easily the best place for tires in Jacksonville -- competitive pricing and honesty! Over the years Ive used three of their locations, and have always found them to be punctual and remarkably clean. With an appointment this is the fastest rotation and balance you can get.

The service was fine, tires were a really good price for 2, but the respectful of the young man, wasnt nice hes walking around calling people by there 1st name like he went to school with them, no handle on the name (Mr. Mrs. Bill) these people are old enough to be his parents or Aunt, no respect. And the weekend management is not good, the guy didnt even care about me not getting a call back on my order that took a whole week to get 2 tires, I was told that I would, but never did if my husband wouldnt call I wouldnt knew that they were still waiting for the other tire, very disappointed with, Orange Park FL discount tires, I wouldnt send people here, and I wont be going back.

Paul helped me get my tires. Got Vredestin Quadtrac 5 order by the store and installed. They special ordered, I think, since company did not carry this brand in house. This place is excellent and professional. They are knowledgeable on Teslas. I called other places, including other discount tire stores, and the other stores did not know about pucks/jack points of the Model 3. I would definitely recommend this for Tesla work.For those who are OCD and nitpicky, the crew left out one of the valve stem caps (or it fell out during the drive home). However, visiting any DT stores to get a replacement is hassle free. I was calling looking for a good deal on a set of tires. Some how I end up at Discount Tire on Blanding Blvd in orange park. I asked the specialist to recommend a Tire that I can drive own and off the highway. I was told that Ford use a Good Year Wrangler would give my F150 sport a new look. Price at 944.00 dallors with 55,000 miles. Well thats what his mouth said. I drove home from Datona to make a appointment to find out that the Tires only carried a 44,000 mile and I was even charged for storing my old tires 12,dallors and they put them on the back of my truck. It seems like these days a salesman has to lie to make a sale. But to top it off they put down 44,500 for my milage and the true reading is 48,605.
