My experience at Team Honda has never been a good one since I purchased the vehicle. My sales lady Darlene was very nice. I had no issues finding the vehicle that I liked. Once in finance, I signed up for the Preferred Customer Program. From my understanding Im paying for my oil changes over the next few years in my car note. On my very first oil change visit I asked if my car could be washed and detailed. The inside was not wiped down at all, and you could clearly see on the front hood of my car where they wiped about half way up and stopped. I took my car to the new Acura dealership in Lafayette where they detailed my vehicle properly and didnt even charge me for it. I have now moved to another state over 800 miles away. When I visited the Honda dealership here I was told I can not use my PCP here as this dealership is not owned by the same people. Understandable. For the past 5 weeks I have been calling Team Honda to cancel this program that I am paying for and can no longer use as I live 12 hours away now. The customer service here is AWFUL. I understand sometimes we get busy, but for a customer to have to call a business for OVER ONE MONTH with no call back and no resolution to a problem is absurd. Shame on anyone that conducts business this way. I would be embarrassed to work here.

Patrick in Service is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer all of my many questions, and discuss options and maintenance needs for my vehicle. The final costs were as quoted and my Pilot runs great since its service check-up! I will definitely be bringing it to Team Honda for servicing from here on out!

Spoke to someone at 2pm about a car I was interested in and was reassured that it was in stock, yet I got there an hour and 15 minutes later and was told the car was not there and it had been sold. I felt like I was lied to, just to get me to the lot! Left pretty disappointed! The person I spoke to on the phone, which is the person I thought I was meeting... was not even their but in an office in Baton Rouge!!

Purchased an Odyssey at a different dealership with an extended warranty. Vehicle malfunctioned, so I took it to Team Honda. The entire service staff is very professional and kind. Paul, Lisa, and Sandy were top notch. The technician, Kevin, is extremely knowledgeable and also just as kind.The facility itself is aesthetic, modern, and basically spotless. There are USB ports for device charging, vending machines, and giant coffee pots that made my heart happy.Will only be using this service department in the future.

It went down hill once we got to financing (although I know the sales person knew what was going on).The financing person was not entirely helpful leaving out much of the information to screw us over. After leaving we realized that something was broken, they were aware but did not bother to fix it.I would not recommend Team Honda of Acadiana. I wish we would not have purchased from there because we were taken advantage of.

Had wonderful experience with Team Honda in Baton Rouge for my daughter’s car when she was attending school there, so I was happy to see one here. Brought my 2010 accord in for repairs twice in the last month or two - they diagnosed and fixed it quickly, got me back on the road. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Never purchase a used car from this place. I purchased a used car a few months ago(2018 Nissan).. I purchased a warranty with the vehicle which apparently worthless. I was told that the vehicle needed to go to another dealership. When car was originally purchased I had to wait 2 days before receiving be cause of an apparent issue th the vehicle. I was told it was brought to the Nissan dealership to get sensors changed... I called today to verify if they ever worked on the car and they have no record which leads me to believe that the car never was there. Not to mention the car is falling apart.. which is the reason I brought it back.. A so called manager was supposed to call back and.never did.. I just wanted my vehicle fixed. Now I have to seek other means of getting this resolved.

Drove 2.5 hours to look at an car. Talked to them all day and even when we were 10 min out when we arrived they didn’t even have car ready We went out to look at car. The sales person couldn’t even get in car much less get it cranked got one other person out there with jump box and still could not get it to cranked then manger came out like he was mad. Finely got it cranked and he said we will have to put in shop just piss poor customer service
