I was on the road after a hurricane and had a blowout which caused a second tire to fail. There wasnt a free hotel room for at least fifty miles. I arrived at closing time in need of two tires of unusual size. Service manager Byron Richard assured me hed do everything to get me back on the road. Even though Sterling didnt have my tire size he called around until he found them. Sterling didnt make any profit from me that day, but they saved me. After a week without water and electricity, I was on the ragged edge and Byron Richards kindness meant the world to me. With employees like him, this dealership can be trusted with your business.
