I thought I found what I was looking for in a FB ad from someone from E&J in Opa Locka. I repeatedly mentioned that I was coming from West Kendall and asked to make sure that both tires and rims were available and asked for a price on 3 occasions. Her response was, don’t worry we’ll give you a great price”. I was not only mislead by the year of the car which was 3 years older, but the half mile radius of the address isn’t a drivable road (surprised my tires made it out without a flat) and the best the owner could do was $250 for the rims (tires had no thread) and 2 of the rims needed scrubbing to get oil and God knows what other build up off. I agree with the review above in that they lie and mislead you in there hoping you’ll take SOMETHING while you’re there. Makes no business sense especially these days with so much social media and ease of spreading horrible reviews and word of mouth.

Called at 4:40 pm and a guy answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. I have now been on hold for about 15 minutes. pretty sure he is going to leave me on hold until after closing time. great service guys. I needed a $1500.00 transmission too. Bye Felicia.

The worst place possible. Sold me the wrong engine for $880. Said they would process the refund same day April 13,2021. HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET!! I left them their engine and they still wont refund me. I’ve called everyday and spoken with a George who is the worst CS possible, Miguel is oblivious to the world and Johnny, well lets say he thinks he knows more than he actually do. There is NEVER an owner which i think is BS.. I’ve spoken with my bank and my bank has told me WAYY TO MANY TIMES TO COUNT, THAT E&J AUTO PARTS attempted the refund and than CANCELED it. I think its time to get the attorneys involved, they literally just stole $880 dollars out of my account. Thats a crime. MORAL OF THE STORY. I never took the engine off the property because it was wrong and i still don’t have a refund of $880 from 4/13/21, I would like to avoid the courts and just handle this like a human, but they just give me a run around about how i SHOULD have gotten it., without actually refunding it.. A lawsuit seems inevitable now, and anything else for that matter....Update: I threatened to sue today 4/27/21 and my money magically appeared.. this company is a joke. Thanks for my refund! Had my attorney excited for a business claim he was about to process. Have a great day!

I came across an ad on Facebook with the part I needed, so I called a couple of times but no answer. I took a drive and it was the best thing I did. I have gone to numerous shops and this one by far had the best prices and I was in and out. It was clean (for a yunk yard), they had plenty of engine out on shelves where most place are still in the car. Everyone was friendly,knowledgeable, and polite. I asked why they didnt answer and like all small family business due to covid19 they are limited to staff and the owners is the only one answering phone calls. Please be mindful of the time that we are all in. Lets save family business.

Little over a month ago I came in and asked for a Chevy 5.3L engine with a 4l80e transmission. Everything looked good on the outside. As far as the engine goes, usually won’t tell if the engine is a 5.3 or a 4.8 unless you take the heads off and look at the pistons, unless you are the one selling the engine that has the vin number and vehicle right in front of them. They told me that it is for sure a 5.3, stated on my receipt as well. Taking their word for it I brought the engine home and started working on my car here and there. A month later I took the heads off the engine while doing a cam swap and saw that the pistons are flat top pistons which are found in 4.8L engines. If it was a 5.3, it would have dished pistons. Left them a message on OfferUp where I originally saw the ad for the engine, but was left on read with no reply. Unfortunately since I’m deep into the rebuild, it is already a hassle since the engine is already in the car. E&J should offer to pay me back the difference instead of not getting back to me

Terrible customer service... They had parts listed on Facebook... I messaged the shop and they gave me their cell number to call them when I called no answer... I called the shop and was told somebody would call back .. 5 hours passed and no answer ... When I called back they hung up on me...I sent my family to drive to their shop since I live in Orlando and they were rude the them.... In a city with a million used auto parts store, DONT COME HERE!!! I gladly paid more at another shop. Read the rest of the reviews !!!!

Pricing is worse than buying it on eBay or Amazon I will never pay 130 dollars for a used part that I could pay on Amazon 74 dollars this buisness should not even sale anything becouse they buy the cars for 200 and just for rear light they want 130 I will never buy any car part from you

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Bought an engine from them and called them to let them know that the engine was trash and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do. I highly recommend everyone to stay far away from these people.

The part pullers there were excellent in helping me out to pull what I needed to get me in and out quickly, I was given a great deal for the parts I had and definitely recommend to anyone who needs something that is in stock at this lot.

A defective motor was sold to my son. When the motor was installed it had issues, where the thermostat was bypass thus causing the engine to overheat He had several mechanic look at it; all came to the same conclusion. Engine is defective !! Ontactedall the owner and she stuck to her 30-day policy and would not offer courtesy replacement. Avoid this business at all cost. They are not customer friendly or customer base oriented, after they have your money they dont want to hear any complaints or to help resolve any issues you may have. 👎🏽👎🏽

I coordinated my part friday, picked it up saturday without a problem...a hot guy even helped put it in my car so i didnt break a nail. Fair price and excellent customer service, i will be back.
