Sever lack of communication. Will be happy too Answer you when they want your money but afterwards...... good luck. Would not recommend wasting your time or money

Bought wheel flairs for my 77-78 trans am way earlier this year and they will not answer calls or emails and already paid full price of $400. EDIT: finally got back to us and they should be here late next week. Its all about patience.

If I could give a negative score I would. Order parts for 1984 Buick Riviera May 15th 2021 and its is Nov 4th 2021 and still no parts. I have paid $120 of the customers money for a down payment. They will not answer the phone. I have called so many times and just keep getting ignored. DO NOT ORDER from this company !!!!!!

They don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails. I order a grille, waited 5 months. And nothing called to cancel, that is the only time they answered the phone. They said they would give me a full refund and now it’s been weeks and no refund has happened. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Doesnt answer calls or emails... Took my money and no parts... Been two weeks now... Going to go through PayPal to get my money back... Sad since I heard they were the best... Guess I was wrong... Stay away!!!!

If you need your parts on a rush dont do it. Ordered bumper fillers for my 1984 buick Rivera convertable Dec 30 2020 just received today May 25 2021. Since im doing a full rebuild i cant complane. Parts look good ots just timing an lack of response

I am sad to report that after ordering some parts and paying for the 7 day expedite, 3 weeks have gone by, none of my emails have been answered and phone calls go to voicemail. I needed those parts in order to paint my car, but seems like I need to purchase from another supplier. I saw some good reviews and some bad reviews, pains me to do this.

I purchased the rear wheel flairs for my 71 trans am. They fit perfectly, exactly like the original ones with the inner brackets. These guys do quality work and fabrication. I purchased the front wheel flairs and chin spoiler and waiting for them now. I am certain I will like them as much as the rear ones I have now. I highly recommend their products! Ive restored and painted muscle cars since 1982 give these folks an try, you will love the products you purchase from them.

Thought I would give people a heads up. I ordered a set of wheel spoilers as well as a Special edition decal kit from Beth and Danko in November and although the spoilers came within a week or two the decals never shipped. I did get response from Beth a few time apologizing and saying the supplier is out of stock which was fine. Now months later she will not return any of my emails and I called the only companies that make these kits and they said they have lots of stock. No decals and no refund...stay away

I ordered a set of wheel flares back in june. They give you a lead time of 3 to 8 weeks. It has been 8 weeks and no answer to 3 emails i have set. One email for details on the product then no answer in 3 weeks! Try calling you get voicemail witch is full so you cant even leave a message. Very disappointed...they dont respond at all and its 2 months since iv ordered. A real company will atleast respond and keep you informed if there behind pr if it will be late.....dont recommend

I bought and paid $114.00 for two 345 HEMI emblems for my challenger on 1/3/2020. After a month or so I called Beth and she said I had to speak to the owner Mosher so I called him and he said he was running behind because of Ebay and Amazon orders he had to fill FIRST because I went directly through Danko. I called a month or so after that and he said he was going to process a bunch of orders that weekend and mine was one of them. As of 6/6/2020 I havent received my order or any information. If you want to get RIPPED OFF do business with Danko. Some people s lack of integrity comes pretty cheap!

My husbands been wanting their predator grille for a while now, so I surprised him for his birthday and he loved it! fits nicely, and clearly high end quality. I was a little bit nervous it wouldnt arrive in time considering it took a bit of time to get here, but not too long.if you want a beautiful and quality piece then I highly recommend!

4 start - to be changed once i finish my transaction.first off - very nice lady answered the phone, so phone number listed works.their shop mgr is supposed to call me back today regarding a local pickup from their facility.ive seen their products at various car meets and shows, can say i am eagerly awaiting having one of their parts on my charger! :)

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Beth and her husband at Danko are scammers. They lied, cheated and stole from us. We purchased car parts, and they sent the wrong parts. When we requested the proper parts be sent out, they insisted we pay for shipping for the return of the incorrect parts, then they would send the correct parts.After we sent the parts back, we did not receive the parts as promised. We then found out they were the middleman for Phenox Graphics. When we spoke with Phenox Graphics they admitted they DID refund Danko, however Danko did not at that time send us the correct parts, yet kept our money.All calls and emails were ignored and to date, no monies has been received back.Unless you like throwing your money away DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

PLEASE READ THIS !! DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! I asked for a rush on some parts that was time sensitive never got a tracking number, stopped answering calls, no email no parts! Please learn from my mistakes. Others say the same things. BTW they are on Ebay too under another name.

Where to start....1) It is impossible to get in contact with anyone. Most of the time I would call and not hear from anyone until the next day.2) Both of my fender flares for my Camaro were not symmetrical. One side was molded differently than the other.3) They could put a little more effort into packing fiberglass flares. I received a large box with 4 flares in it. The only protection around them was a thin sheet of cardboard paper.... one of the edgers was damaged. But rather than open up a can of worms with them I just decided to fix it myself.4) I would highly recommend going another place to order these flares... I was promised 6 weeks and they came in 10. I dont see how this company is still in business. But when they are the only ones to make something.... what are you going to-do.

The box has yet to be opened, but we ordered a lip the beginning of April. We called at week 8 and was told that it will be mailed out memorial day week and we should receive it by the end of that week. No shipment email, nothing. Called numerous times and not one call was answered and not one call returned. Finally got the lip yesterday (July 1st), 3 months later. Hoping it fits and doesnt need to be altered in any way.

One star really is not low enough for to describe this place. I’ve been waiting 3 months for a part. Can’t get an answer to phone calls or anything. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

I would like to keep this review short and sweet. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!! After waiting forever to get my charger back, the bumper was all screwed up and jerry rigged. When I drive, it sounds like its going to wobble off. I had to pay another company $300 to fix it. They did it right.

Would not recommend giving them your service unless you plan on waiting 4 months for a broken product to arrive and not have them honour their own broken item policy clearly stated in your order invoice. Emails were exchanged until I had an issue with my product and then they dont reply.

Well made the items took a little bit to come but thats fine quality is all that matters

It has been 12 weeks since I placed an order with this company for their Grand National bumper filler kit. Their lead time which I inquired on before placing order was confirmed to be 3-6 weeks. Currently I can get no response to any inquiry I make on the status of the order. At this point, I feel I have been subjected to fraud. Emails get no response, phone calls are not answered at listed number. Have filed complaints with BBB and Paypal. Took a chance on a company with mixed reviews and apparently have paid the price. Buyer beware.

Definitely not worth the $500 price tag.. this thing has fitment issues and they half a*s their work.. it costed me $300 for a body shop to reshape and figure out the mess they shipped.. and it took over 3 months to recieve it.. I will never use Danko Reproductions again and will tell every person to stay away from this place of business.. I even paid more for an upgraded honeycomb grill.. what a waste of money... smh.. **STAY AWAY YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT**
