Ive been coming to this location ever since I was little :) the employees have always been hard working, kind, and fast! Their flavors are hard to beat! (My personal favorite: strawberry frosted with sprinkles, basic i know :)

My first time visiting this specific store. The employees were kind are really helpful on some doubt I had in a coupon I was going to use, newsflash, the coupon worked and I got. My second dozen doughnuts for one buck. Love the berry doughnut so got some of those. Really clean place. Love this place!

The line was long but the speed was on point. Once that hot doughnuts sign is on it gets super busy. The girl in the drive thru was super friendly and fast with the goods. Ty for a great experience. Oh and the glazed doughnuts were delicious as usual.

Love coming here for donuts. Always a treat but always a line. Learned my lesson the first time and will be ordering online for takeout. Downside is that there wont be as many choices when ordering online. Upside is that all the other donuts cant compare to the original glazed donuts and I wont be choosing any other kinds. Win win I guess. 5/5

They have some good donuts. They always tend to be on the smaller side though. I usually only get glazed or the kreme filled because they can be pretty sweet too. I wish they had more open because theres only one anywhere around me and its still a 20 min drive for me. Good place though.

I give every employee here props. The lines are crazy and the demand is real. I love the glazed donuts and appreciate that they have theme donuts on special days . I even had some made for my gender reveal which came out so pretty.

I love Krispy Kreme, wish they had more of these around but its worth the 20 min drive from home to have some good donuts. Been coming here since they opened.

They have open kitchen where you can see the donuts being made through a glass door. The original glazed are as fresh as you can get anywhere. Loved how they melted in mouth. Will definitely recommend this place.

My daughter & I love Krispy Kreme. My wife & younger daughter think they are too sweet. I agree to an extent but think it works in general. The staff at the shop are nice & efficient. The drive through usually moves quickly.. Their app things a few things to desired in terms of ordering & payment options, i.e. accepting gift cards. Overall I enjoy their donuts and the variety of flavors.

I was driving by last night and the “hot donut” sign was lit. Yeah! This was about 8 pm on Sunday. Drive thru line was long so I went in. Took about 20 minutes. Delicious and warm. And they offer a senior discount 😀

You all know the brand! it doesnt beed any introduction. Krispy Kreme is the best donut shop in the world. Sad that this is the only one in the inland empire. Dont do drive thru since theres always a long line. Park and get your lezy self in and youll get your donuts and back to your car in under 5 minutes. Plus you can see the hundreds of donuts being baked through the glass window inside. Im only upsey with the pricing. Its about $17 for a dozen donuts, it seems like they have been slowly upping the price over the years (it used to be $13). Still theres no other donut like it. Grab 1, or 3, or a dozen and enjoy!

Drive thru was quick. Worker let me know about the special they had that day which helped me save money. And the donuts were warm and fresh.

Great service tonight! Sarai was so nice and was talking to us, for 3 am such a great attitude. Most people would be grumpy. Our first time using the drive thru and we felt welcomed. Definitely be back.

Drive-thru is entirely too long. You are better off going inside and ordering.

Person on speaker at drivethru sounded like he didn’t want o be there at all they did not have what I was looking to buy ordered 3 drinks they only had one straw and one of my drinks (frozen hazelnut coffee) tasted like nothing but sugar I could have just stopped at a regular doughnut shop and gotten better service and better food very disappointed since I came from San Bernardino

Ive never been in a Krispy Kreme before...this place is really cool...you can watch the conveyor belt with all the donuts as they make them...tiny bit pricey but they are definitely the best donuts so its fine.

Busier than my local one in Victor Valley. More systematic too. We were there to get our donuts for getting the vaccine. Had to wait for them to ring it up even though they were free. My local one just hands them to us.

Love their donuts, but service was lousy. The employees are very slow at serving customers. I understand social distancing and they allow few people at a time in the lobby. How hard is it to box the donuts and get the customer going on their way. I waited 45 minutes for service. The drive through line had over 25 cars so decided to go into the lobby. Had to wait 30 minutes outside and then another 15 minutes inside. There were only 5 people ahead me.

The best little donuts that melt in your mouth! This is a great location, right at The Mills and right near the fwy. Krispy Kreme never disappoints.

Had to travel all the way to Ontario to get myself a Krispy Kreme donut due to the fact that its the only place thats nearest to Highland. Was worth the drive. Quality and taste of the donuts was really good and wasnt disappointed at all. If just a slight criticism, they could have made the donuts just a tad bigger in size. Staff wasnt as friendly as well and they looked like they dont wanna be there to serve customers.

I was excited to take my family to have donuts late at night. But when I arrived i was not even greeted by nobody the person that took my order was Vivian and was very disappointed with her service!! She had an attitude and was rushing me to get my order. I really dont appreciate people like this for my business...

I come here because this is only krispy kreme around my house. And the line is always always always long. Im actuall writing this review while im in line because i waited..already 15mins and maybe i have to wait extra..what 20mins.They should do something about this. Hiring more employees? Donuts are just about the same as other places. Just long line.When you don’t have time you can’t buy donut haha

Nearest Krispy Kreme and Im glad. Id give it 5 stars but Im giving the 4.5 only because sometimes they get my doughnut selection wrong and give me another by mistake. I get it they are usually in a rush most days but they need to slow down and pay a bit more of attention 90% proper doughnut selection outcome, but overall a great place.

Employees were amazing they had such a variety of all times I had promised my grandson who is in love with these Donuts and I would bring him variety pack and his favorite glazed donuts they did not disappoint us they were awesome excuse the chips in the picture he wanted that also for Thanksgiving LOL if youre craving for something delicious something fresh Krispy Kreme is your place

Who does not enjoy Krispy Kreme Donuts??? The minute you walk in the door; the aroma mesmerize you with all those comfort smells; warm, fresh baked, & delicious smell of glaze for the donuts. Those freshly made donuts melt in your mouth like butter; their texture is soft as cotton; do not forget the gallon of ice cold milk to go with your donuts; a real treat!!! Yum!!!!

Had quick and great service ! Just not a fan of the donuts. It gets hard to finish a single Krispy Kreme donut (due to the overwhelming glaze factor) compared to other places I’ve tried.

Great place and location. Located minutes away from everything. Theyre always nice and friendly and the product they put out is always fresh. A must when going to the mall, the movies or driving by on the 15 or 10 freeway. Only reason it loses 1 star is because there hasnt been a time where the line isnt out the door. The multiple times Ive visited the wait time is always between 15 to 30 mins. Besides that it is a great place.

The Hot light was on so its no surprise the drive-thru line was long. It would have been faster to just go inside the building, but I was just being lazy. At the end of the day, the freshly-made original glazed doughnuts are worth it.

These donuts are overhyped. All the donuts are basically the same, the sprinkles and the maple donuts, they’re just the original glazed donuts with something added on top. There’s not a lot of variety here even though they’re menu says otherwise. Every time I go here they are always out of something, every time. Seems like the only good thing here is the original glazed donuts and they’re not so good either if you don’t get them fresh. These donuts were not worth the $12 I paid for them.

We went to Krispy Kreme Donuts today to see what all the hype over the new limited edition Reeces Peanut Butter Cup donuts were all about... And we quickly realized that they lived up to their hype. They SOLD OUT 10 Minutes before we got there and were told theyre baking more but they wouldnt be ready for an hour. Oh well, well wait and we must say the wait was more than well worth it! These Reeces Peanut Butter Cup donuts are sooooo GOOD! You gotta stop by Krispy Kreme Donuts and grab some Limited Edition Reeces Peanut Butter Cup Donuts for yourself... You will be very happy you went! #Yummy 🍩

When you first walk in, you can see a donut conveyor with tons of donuts. Its kinda cool.Good selection of donuts. Its hard to decide. Hubby and I both got one of the Reeses Donuts. It did not disappoint. Very tasty, the peanut butter was not overpowering. It was pretty creamy inside, and very generous on the fillings.I also got one of the chocolate eclairs. It was pretty good. Extremely sweet, I could not even finish it. Hubby got the strawberry cream filled. There was about a speck of strawberry inside. Quite disappointed with that one.We also got Frappuccino blended type drinks. I got the white chocolate with some coffee in it. It was awful. It tasted like chemicals. Hubby got the mocha one. It was okay. But they handed them to us, no labels, and they dont tell you which is which, we had to go back to ask.They also have a new Rewards program on an app you download on your phone. They dont even ask you about it until after you paid. Which by then of course its too late to put this transaction on to it. Oh well maybe next time.They are not friendly at all in this location. Theyre just trying to herd the masses out as fast as possible. I get that theyre extremely busy around the clock, but customer service goes a long way.You basically have to bust your own table if its dirty, not once did I see anybody come out and clean tables, even though the turnaround is quick and plentiful. This location could do with some training.

You know what to expect here. Smaller donuts but they taste great due to high sales volume.

I bought 18 donuts for my work crew and for the high price I was under impressed. I really dont see what all the hype about Krispy Kreme is. Also the drive thru was a complete PITA with very long line after midnight, and the bad speaker and mic system made comm very difficult. Ill stick with local indy donut shops in future for better quality, flavor and service.

Open a new location. Your lines are too long. Don’t bother coming here in the morning. The drive through is the only thing open and the lines are always insane and it’s chaos. You WILL wait for hours. Don’t support businesses that don’t respect customers.
