Normally I like Big 5 for their selection and support. This store has the worst customer service. I went into buy cleats for my son and when asked the clerk for help he was busy flirting with his coworker and pointed to a section and said all the football cleats are over there good luck. He then went back to flirting with the now two young women with him. The young lady at the checkout counter when I told her she might want to mention something something to him simple looked cowed and apologized. Manager might want to address some issues in this store.

I like this place, lots of things of different assortments to buy. To me its like a mini mall of its own. Im thinking of buying this drone, JUST BECAUSE I CAN.

Excellent staff excellent service I would recommend anyone searching for a new pair of shoes to go here they went out of their way to help my wife find a shoe that was better suited for her foot.

We usually go here for a quick shoe purchase, (never had luck buying the right size shoes for little kids online). They have an o.k selection of running shoes . Nike, adidas, n.balance, Asics . And a couple others . Some cheap 20 dollar ones too. They have a cool selection of airsoft . Bb guns, boxing equip, hiking, etc but you can get school b.packs here as well .

They have a lot of variety for a small store. Fitness equipment varies, but they have the basics for weights and treadmills. Anything outside of running, basketball, and baseball will require heading to another store. For the basics though, they cant be great for the area!

Good prices and a decent selection of products, especially compared to Walmart next door. Employees are not that helpful and do not always listen to what you are saying (example was looking for a little guidance on work shoes and got pointed to hiking boots?) But they are at least nice and friendly. Probably one of the best places for sports related stuff in Ontario.

Wow, such a friendly group of employees, did not get help at the ammunition counter but that was ok...did not see what I was looking for. As always got Veterans discount on another item that I needed.

Checked it out recently. Staff seemed polite and had some product knowledge but could have been a bit more informed. Prices seemed a bit steep compared to some other retailers. They did however have a fair selection of products I find interesting. Will probably be back.

They were great and very friendly just didnt have what I was looking for. Swimsuits you would think someone would carry them year round at least for those who have Hot Tubs and needs a suit

I am an avid Big 5 shopper and they notice that you are a valued customer and treat you as such. The best part besides the selection are the friendly employees! They have even gotten things from other stores for me when they didnt have my size. Great place to shop foe quality active wear and shoes.

I have to change my review, which WAS a, good, 5 star review, when I bought some hand wraps, a week before. But, I now changed it, to a low 1 star, after my latest visit. I went in looking for additional boxing equipment, i.e. an Everlast 100 lb heavy bag, and a speed bag platform. I saw tags indicating that they they do sell them, which elated me, accordingly. Asking an assistant about their availability, he checked, to see if there were any, of either, in stock. He relayed, that, there was none in stock. I asked if they could order them for me, as I now coach boxing, after my professional boxing career is over. He came back, and said that his manager said no, that they couldnt, and wouldnt, order, either for me. I am done with them, at least Ontarios Big 5. I may check Nampas Big 5.:(

The store has a really good selection of sporting goods and apparel. The employees were nice and helpful and they actually carry UV protection clothes.To top it off, the prices were quite decent.I will return.

Okay Im mainly about guns this place has no guns I would say Walmart has the same selection.. Ive been in that store and I have not seen an employee two times... So cant say much here.

Very dissappointed in the staff in the shoe department today. He acted like he could care less on helping me find any shoes. Asked if he had heel grips and he handed me heel cushions. Also needed help on finding the right shoe for my wide foot. Went to ask him a question and he was no where to be found. So I dropped the shoes I was about to buy and left. Told the gal at the register he disappeared and they lost my sale. Have had better luck there before when I went here. So thats why I came today.Went across to Famous Footware and found what I needed

Absolutely deplorable service, I been to this store 3 times, and every time not only have I been disappointed but actually shocked at the rediculous lack of concern for customers. Dont waste your time, go to Nampa, the customer service is well worth what you would spend in fuel and sales tax.

Great place but they joined the other lazy businesses around town that like to start their day almost in the afternoon. Seen they said they open at 930 and now 10 and still closed....lazy lazy business.

Rude, argumentative cashier, she was wrong and didnt want to admit it. When you price an item wrong its not the customers fault! Ill use Amazon or drive into Nampa from now on.
